The location for the old town and Centro is excellent. Our room for 4 people was manageable, it was cleaned everyday to a very good standard and views from both sides of the hotel were nice. The food was really nice however the choice was limited and rotation was 7 days. The breakfast was a real winner for me in fact I would go as far as saying best I've had in any Benidorm hotel. The pool areas were not overcrowded and not too busy and the snack van served food the majority of the day. I would stay here again and I'm keen to try other hotels in the RH Group now

The staff we found helpful and always friendly. The room was a little on the small side ,the bathroom had no extraction and made the all the room very warm ,unless you left the balcony doors open . Fridge ,safe tea, coffee ,kettle , iron and ironing board all supplied. Major issues with the hot food bar the breakfast which was excellent, the dinner and tea food was terrible and we are not fussy. At times you couldn't tell what was on your plate ,other than the signs
above the serving area .Pools good if a little to busy with children who do have their own pool .To sum up would stay again but only on a bed and breakfast bases .

Especially Ricardo in the Bar a very pleasant man goes out of his way to help you looked after me all week . The food was excellent and Location was too . I would definitely go back to this hotel . Very clean and tidy bed sheets changed every day .

Shower not ideal as fell getting out of it due to sloped bath and nothing to hold on to. I cut my leg on glass door.
Otherwise room was nice.
Food excellent and staff very nice.
Location excellent for the old Town
Bar area nice...but too many small children running round very late at night...Adults seemed to let children do what they like and the staff didn't seem bothered.
Queuing system at the bar was not organised as customers waiting on the wrong side were ignored and staff did not advise where to queue.
In general the hotel was fantastic for children.
As for adults very little activities except eating and drinking.
Would not recommend this hotel for adults only.
Just for families.

Great location, rooms are OK, shower pressure amazing, mini fridge is horrendous barely cold and barely holds a thing
Balcony is a great size and beautiful views
Staff are amazing
If u are not all inclusive even if u pay for half board etc u don't get drinks not even water is free which I think is a joke
Nice basic games room
When door and black out curtains are closed it blocks out so maybe noise even though our room is right next to the lifts ist super quiet (even in July!!!)
Check in was a breeze
Travel cot comes with decent mattress and complimentary baby toiletries which are great
Lifts are a nightmare especially to and from the restaurant on level-1
Air conditioning barely works and will not work unless balcony door is closed
Hotel is very clean
Pools are like ice even the baby splash area
