We had a seafront room overlooking the pool and beach. We loved this hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially in the restaurant and bar areas. Always smiling and cheerful. The hotel has cosy , relaxed feel and does not feel too busy even when full. Rooms are very comfortable with lovely big bathrooms. The location is very convenient for the old town and we loved listening to the sound of the sea. The Christmas Day gala meal was fabulous. You could have unlimited sea food including lobster, huge prawns and scallops etc, plus fillet steak and many other choices. It’s not a traditional English roast but we didn’t mind that at all. The staff were extremely cheerful on the day and kept the wine flowing. Thank you to all of them.

Very nice hotel, right on the beach. Well worth paying for the half board upgrade. The food was always tasty but could have been warmer at times. If you want to try benidorm give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Great prices on jet2 holidays too 👍

Really nice hotel stayed for 7 Nights with front sea view is the best view you can get. Breakfast was nice loads of nice food to start the day of with. Would stay again maybe next year ill come back for just a few days.

One of the best hotels, I've been to as soon as you enter and even in the corridors there's such a lovely scent around the building. The location is unbeatable, our room was so spacious, clean and comfortable with a Seaview balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been better but not the worst. I will definitely be staying there again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to escape to a relaxed environment literally right on beautiful Levante beach.

Brilliant location, right on the beach/prom and a 10 minute walk into the old town. Decent rooms - but you'll need to pay more for a sea view. Service wasn't good, bar staff are seriously under strength so expect a long wait ..
