Location is 10/10. What a lovely hotel, so clean and modern and all the staff and just so nice, will defo be coming back. We was half board and just loved eating here, we put lots of weight on as so good !! We had a side view room which was really nice. Bathroom is really big and it had a really good hair dryer . They give you x2 small bottles of water everyday. (only downside, no kettle and the fridge didn't work)

Not a 4 star hotel. Problems from the outset when we arrived. After a long flight and travel it took us nearly 25 minutes to check in. I was then asked to sign my life away with a form that was written in Spanish and then asked ‘why I wouldn’t sign it?’. The receptionist then described what it said to me in English and then when I received a copy of it in English it said something completely different from what they described. The rooms are very basic and the carpets look like they were last replaced in the 80’s. The sunbed system is set up to create arguments - they open at 10am and it’s every man for themselves! Picture people running and jumping over themselves to get a sun bed. The service (aside from one nice lady) has been poor; you ask for a drink and they look at you like they have just asked you fly you to the moon. They are also intent on making you pay the minute you receive your drink instead of opening a tab. It feels like they think everybody is going to a runner, even though we are staying at the hotel. There’s more rules in the hotel than some schools have, it doesn’t make for a very relaxing experience. Update: waited 35 minutes to get a pint. They repeatedly refuse to serve you at the bar and then send you back to the sunbed and then ignore you. Breakfast was complete mess this morning with no tables prepared with food spread all over them and my partner was told to cover up, despite there already being multiple people sat at breakfast with similar tops on. The people next to us yesterday waited 55 minutes for a bowl of chips to arrive and it took them 25 minutes to order……

I stayed at the innside twice in four weeks. I had arrived approx 13:30. Booked single room I was told by reception there were no single rooms available and was offered another room. Then to be told none of the other rooms were available. Only room available was upgrade in which I had to pay another €90. Travelling alone this is quite high charge and confused why there was no single rooms left yet I had booked this. To be offered no free or reduced cost for upgrade particularly since I stayed at Innside hotel only four weeks since is not acceptable. Lovely hotel but this time cleanliness was not to max spec as before. Food not has good. Breakfast has better selection than evening. Never commented before about hotel on my last stay has all was very good. So not happy about being charged €90for upgrade on a 3 night stay.

What a fabulous hotel. Directly on the sea front. Immaculately clean throughout, rooms very comfortable slept very well. Great bathroom and shower. Breakfast had something for everyone well presented with plenty of choice. The staff were lovely, especially Carolina, who is an asset to the hotel. She was always smiling and very attentive.

We had a first floor premium double seaview room. The room itself was nice and clean, upon booking you could choose a double bed or two singles (we chose a double bed) but were given a room with two singles pushed together with a double sheet ontop. No duvet, and although I know we are in a warm country my husband and I are on different thermostats and he freezes the room with the Aircon and a sheet just wasn't enough to keep me warm. I like a duvet still but with Aircon on. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere where the bedding is just two sheets. Aircon nice and cold and although no kettle nor iron in the room, reception kindly delivered both to the room when required The view was lovely and no noise from the beach outside at night as you're halfway between the strip end and old town. It was about a 15 minute walk to the strip from this hotel which tbh is nice to be away from the rowdiness of new town. Communication with the bartender was a little difficult he was taking drinks orders around the pool, and very busy, but he was memorising the orders and got ours wrong a couple of times. Service was a little slow due to him being rushed off his feet, he could have done with some extra help. The pool was a big disappointment to us, we usually book air bnb for extra space of an apartment but due to us going alone without the kids this time we thought we would treat ourselves to a hotel with pool as I enjoy laying by the pool, but the pool is nowhere near as big as photos suggest and hardly any sunloungers for the amount of guests staying. The majority of the seating is for tables and chairs for the bar/restaurant, and these were mostly unoccupied so the space could be utilised so much better. Because of this we didn't even use the pool as there's no where to lay out after a swim. We enjoyed our holiday very much but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again personally.
