I stayed at the innside twice in four weeks. I had arrived approx 13:30. Booked single room I was told by reception there were no single rooms available and was offered another room. Then to be told none of the other rooms were available. Only room available was upgrade in which I had to pay another €90. Travelling alone this is quite high charge and confused why there was no single rooms left yet I had booked this. To be offered no free or reduced cost for upgrade particularly since I stayed at Innside hotel only four weeks since is not acceptable. Lovely hotel but this time cleanliness was not to max spec as before. Food not has good. Breakfast has better selection than evening. Never commented before about hotel on my last stay has all was very good. So not happy about being charged €90for upgrade on a 3 night stay.

What a fabulous hotel. Directly on the sea front. Immaculately clean throughout, rooms very comfortable slept very well. Great bathroom and shower. Breakfast had something for everyone well presented with plenty of choice. The staff were lovely, especially Carolina, who is an asset to the hotel. She was always smiling and very attentive.

Hotel very warm, to the point it’s too warm so you have your window open. AC doesn’t blow cold in the winter. Be aware smoking on the hotel balconies is allowed and the smoke will travel into your room if you’re close, which we are and it goes in our window. Our hotel room now reeks of weed and cigarettes. Won’t be back, thought this was a better hotel than in the strip but it’s not worth the extra. Avoid.

My husband , myself and our 2 friends stayed there for 5 nights on the 28.03.25 half board . We paid an extra 125.00 for a side sea view room and was very disappointed as as the room was very small . The food was appalling to the point 2 of us had soup and chips on a soup roll because there was nothing else to eat . Loads of veg to choose from but no choice of meats or fish. The bar was charging about €6 for a pint beer 560mls but all you got was 330mls. The reception staff we not friendly and tried to charge me for beers that someone ordered on my room number . I havd stayed in much nicer Hotels there, but i would not go back to this Hotel again and wouldnt advise anyone else to go there .Very very disappointed .

Last minute holiday , great location easy distance from old town . Lovely welcome .room not the biggest but serves well we upgraded to side sea view. No coffee tea facilities but you can request a kettle.breakfast varied wide choice and fresh. Plenty of room no waiting.
