I had a fantastic experience at H10 in Benidorm. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The reception team was very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy and pleasant. A special thank you to the amazing girls working at the bar and restaurant on the 5th floor — they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and created such a great atmosphere. I also want to highlight the breakfast team, especially the woman making the omelets. She was wonderful and the omelets were delicious! The breakfast service overall was excellent. My stay was fantastic from beginning to end, and I will definitely come back very soon. Highly recommended!

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay in Benidorm and couldn’t be happier with the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful — nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless, modern, and cleaned daily to a high standard. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the balcony views were a great bonus. The food exceeded expectations — plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner, always fresh, and something for everyone Location-wise, it was ideal — close enough to the beach, bars, and restaurants to enjoy everything Benidorm has to offer, but far enough away to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, a brilliant stay with great value for money. We would absolutely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Benidorm. Looking forward to coming back! 🌞🍹

Very good experience. The hotel had no problems and the staff was outstanding. Small details like suprise complimentary birthday champagne along with much more. The resturants was amazing, very delicious drinks and educated staff. Especially Maria Jose! She was excellent as our waiter! Made our whole trip memorable. Extremely kind and professional. Beautiful location with an extraordinary roof top pool. Would go back again! Loved my stay!

From the first moment we arrived at 11am in reception, we were warmly greeted by Carmen and Cristian who offered cava and other birthday treats. A wonderful, elegant hotel with sea views, stunning decor... live singer, excellent food, classy atmosphere and lovely staff. Roof terrace is beautiful but weather too cold to enjoy this month. Also Alicia and Diahna in restaurant were a credit to the hotel, all waiting staff very nice. Would confidently recommend this hotel.

We've been to Benidorm a few times and stayed in different hotels. This was the best so far. It's a modern hotel with great facilities and a really good location. We enjoyed the food which was buffet for breakfast and dinner. Lunch in the pool bar was excellent. Views from the rooftop pool are spectacular and the staff are all lovely. Highly recommended hotel.
