Great hotel, fabulous time. When we return I will book a sea view room. Had a city view and it was of an adjacent residential apartment block. Did not detract from our time spent there though. Food is top quality, all the staff were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Beautiful hotel, perfect location, great rooms, food was delicious, but what made this stay first class was the customer service. From arrival until we departed the staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating for any ask that we had. We have been to plenty lovely hotels but it was the staff that made our stay extra special

We had a really pleasant stay in the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was clean and quiet with very comfortable beds. The hotel staff was always helpful and friendly. And even my picky children liked the meals.

This hotel is gorgeous and in a beautiful area of Benidorm. Our room was immaculate and cleaned every day. The staff are lovely at reception and the glass of cava on arrival was a lovely touch. Breakfast was fabulous with a great selection. We were half board but I would not rate the dinner, food was Luke warm and I found that there is a lot of lovely cheap restaurants close that was much better quality. The only downfall was on my last day when I asked the staff at breakfast if I could get a plum for my daughter who doesn’t eat breakfast as there was none that day, I was told no that plums are normally only served at dinner. I didn’t feel that this was a big ask!

Possibly the first hotel we've stayed at that was perfect, from beginning to end. At check in, we were welcomed with a glass of cava and felt valued as guests from that moment on. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and pleasant, without exception. I don't want to single people out, but Randy at reception, and the young lady with glasses were especially nice and I didn't see any of the guests who interacted with them not have a smile on their face after! The breakfast was varied and good quality, with the same for the evening meal. We ate in the pool bar restaurant once and the tapas we had there was better than the tapas we had in the three tapas restaurants we tried in town! Everything from the padded sunbeds, to the smart decor and furniture just oozed quality and style and it was a very pleasant place to spend time. The pool, whilst shallow and not really for swimming, was lovely and overlooked the sea. The glass sides were especially cool. We like to go to different places, and different hotels and have never stayed at the same place twice. For H10 Porto Pontiente, we'll make an exception. Thank you for a lovely stay!
