H10 has absolutely beautiful hotels everywhere we have been so far (Malaga, Madrid and Benidorm). This particular hotel is right on the sea front, next to the old town which is the charming part of Benidorm. Our room is very spacious and stylish, the bathroom is perfect too. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous. The service is always 5*, and in Benidorm they went beyond our expectation from the moment we arrived. Breakfasts and dinners are delicious but what I would like to highlight is the host in the restaurant every morning and evening this weekend: Josué. He is genuinely so kind with every single guest and super helpful when help is needed. He could easily work in some of the top restaurants in the world. We are about the check out with only positive things in our mind.

Just got back from a week here. Brilliant hotel, great location on the Poniente handy for the old town and close enough to walk into the Levante. ALL the staff were helpful,attentive and gave service with a smile. Very clean and up to date hotel. Breakfast was varied and well presented. Dinner offered a good choice of menu.However sometimes the vegetables were not as hot as they should be and people were using a microwave oven to reheat them. And on the show cooking grill I did have to ask the grill chef to ease up on the salt, as a couple of times I recieved over seasoned meat. That apart I can say I will definately return again

This is a fantastic hotel, in a great location, staff are excellent, food is good to meet every dietary need. All public areas are light and airy. Great pool on the roof, with a bar with loads of space to enjoy the sunshine. Rooms are spacious and to a high standard, could not fault the hotel at all for cleanliness, service and attentive staff. Second visit and we will be returning. Only criticism is it would be nice if shorts were excluded for dinner service.

We have stayed in a few 4 star hotels in Benidorm and this is the best so far. All the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make your stay a great one. Hotel spotless, food was excellent so much choice, show cooking was great. Location was a few minutes walk to the town. Round the corner was a great supermarket not too expensive for drinks. Out the hotel first right and it's on the left. Some small supermarkets are very expensive. Have to mention the back bacon at breakfast was very nice and often you do not get this abroad. Just a two minute walk to the beach. I will definitely be staying here again I think it's the best in Benidorm.

Just returned from a 2 weeks holiday here and could not fault the hotel at all - excellent location, clean, relaxed atmosphere, good food and all the staff you see are friendly and helpful. We had a seaview room where we could sit on the balcony and watch the world go by and enjoy the amazing sunsets. We enjoyed the hotel so much we booked to come back next year.
