The hotel from the moment we walked in was excellent.
The desk staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Booking in was seamless and ended with a free glass of cava.
The rooms were immaculate and done to a very high spec.
The super king bed was so comfortable with a variety of pillows to suite your needs.
The bathroom was very spacious with double sink, heated mirror, walk in shower and hair dryer.
The nice touch was the free toiletries for use if required.
The breakfast and dinner were just amazing. With a wide selection of hot and cold foods with some dishes cooked to order.
The standard of food was excellent.
The restaurant was beautiful.
The upstairs pool area and restaurant were first class.
The location by the old town was very convenient for restaurants,shops and bars.
All staff at the hotel could not do enough for you.
We will definitely be returning. 10 out of 10.

Lovely hotel with fabulous staff. Actually I think the best in Benidorm. We were greeted on reception by Christian, who was so very helpful and friendly throughout our whole stay. There was a bottle of fizz in our room for my husband’s birthday which was a lovely surprise.
Evening meal and breakfast was wonderful
Not one fault I can say- a true 5 star 🌟

An amazing hotel. Friendly staff,always greeted with a warm welcome .Wonderfully food. The room was so quiet and comfortable.

My husband and I had an extraordinary holiday in this hotel!
First of all the hotel was above our expectations; from the welcome at check-in, to our room where Alicia surprised us with a bottle of cava(for my birthday)🥂, very well organized breakfast and dinner, and quite a few options for celiac people.
The service was great and we would like to thank Gines for his professionalism and attention during meals and Josue for the best cocktail and his unique energy. Thanks also to Sandra ,Judith and once again Alicia for their professionalism and such a warm welcome every time we met!
We will definitely come back and tell our friends about this hotel as it is not to be missed! 🌴🌊🌅🥂🤍

Brilliant stay and would really recommend this hotel for the high quality and spotlessly clean rooms, friendly and professional staff as well as location on the west side of Benidorm, a 3 minute walk away from the Old Town. The half board is also excellent with a different and wide choice of high quality food every evening, especially the varied and delicious salad options. Would only say that if you were vegetarian your options would be a bit limited, with the focus being on meat and seafood for hot/main options.
Otherwise, versus some of the few minor reviews, we have had a completely opposite stay- when eating we have had attentive service, the reception staff are helpful, and our room cleaned well during the day. Thank you for a great stay!
