5/5 Stars – Absolutely perfect stay for families! Highly recommended!We had an amazing stay and felt incredibly welcome from the very first moment. The location of the hotel is unbeatable: it is right by the beach next to the promenade, and the beautiful old town is just a few steps away. Plus, there is a supermarket right next door, which is extremely convenient if you forget anything.Our Junior Suite was beautiful, spacious, and featured a balcony with a great city view. A huge plus was that the baby cot we requested was set up perfectly. The room service was flawless as well. We also loved the clever wristbands that function as room keys – so practical! The pool area is fantastic, offering a stunning view, and the water temperature was absolutely perfect, even for our toddler. The staff throughout the hotel was exceptionally friendly and attentive.Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was amazing with a wonderful selection. Having fresh fried eggs and omelets made to order was a highlights every morning. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back!

We visited this hotel to surprise some friends who were already on holiday, and from the moment we arrived until the minute we left, the staff were outstanding in every respect. A special mention goes to Lorena on reception, who was fantastic during check-in. She is a real credit to the hotel and an invaluable asset to the H10 group. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and offers excellent facilities. Our room was lovely, and the pool and bar area are very well designed. The food was outstanding—easily one of the best experiences we’ve had in Spain. The location is also ideal, just a few minutes’ walk from the old town and right on the beachfront. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel in every way, and I would highly recommend it.

Me and my sister came to this hotel in May and it’s honestly one of the best we’ve ever stayed in! Staff are so friendly and helpful especially Lorena at reception who assisted us in everyway. Rooms are amazing decor and so clean. Rooftop pool and food and drink were top tier. They really made our holiday in Benidorm and we will be booking again and at other H10 hotels! Couldn’t recommend enough!!

I recently stayed at the H10 Porto Poniente in Benidorm and it was an absolute pleasure from the moment I arrived. This hotel is truly fantastic and deserves every bit of praise. The entire property is really clean and beautifully maintained, with a fresh, modern feel throughout. What immediately stood out was how wonderful the hotel smells — a light, pleasant, and inviting fragrance that makes every area feel luxurious and welcoming (not overpowering at all, just genuinely fantastic). The food was another major highlight. Everything I tried was delicious, with great variety and consistently high quality. The meals added so much to the overall enjoyment of the stay. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel genuinely cared for. With its fantastic location right by Poniente Beach, spotless cleanliness, great food, and warm service, the H10 Porto Poniente is a real winner in Benidorm. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Fantastic hotel. Right on the Benidorm boulevard, right by the center. It lacks nothing for a relaxing stay. The moment you enter the hotel, you are greeted with a smile by staff who speak very good English. The room was large and comfortable. A nice outdoor swimming pool on the roof with a view of the sea and the boulevard. The hotel is close to the train station and the bus stops almost right outside the door. The food is also really good. Compliments to everyone who works there. They do their utmost to ensure that everything runs smoothly for the guests, and that is not always easy in this world nowadays.
