I recently stayed at the InterContinental Spa Hotel in Doha, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that made me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Agnes and her amazing team at the Club Lounge! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Whether it was a perfectly brewed coffee in the morning or thoughtful assistance with any request, they went above and beyond to make my experience truly special. The hotel itself is a luxurious oasis with top-notch facilities. The spa was absolutely fantastic—perfect for unwinding and relaxing. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views that added to the overall sense of tranquility. The dining options were also impressive, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to every taste. The attention to detail and dedication to quality was evident in every aspect of my stay. Thank you to everyone at InterContinental Spa Hotel for making my visit so memorable. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!

The Intercontinental Doha Beach hotel truly shines, and a large part of that is down to its exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, Karim at reception made us feel incredibly welcome – his service was top-notch. This high standard continued throughout our stay, with every single member of staff we encountered offering a genuine smile and a warm greeting. Erik, who looked after us during breakfast, was particularly outstanding. As a family, we had a specific need to keep our ice packs frozen, and the room service team were absolutely fantastic in assisting us with this daily and without any delay. This level of attentiveness and willingness to help made a real difference to our stay. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Oumayma in the lounge club, whose service was also excellent. The hotel boasts fantastic facilities. The swimming pool is a real highlight – it's impressively large and thoughtfully designed with different levels, making it perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The beach area is equally appealing, beautifully clean and well-maintained. Finally, the breakfast experience was superb. The sheer variety of options available was endless, ensuring there was something to please everyone. Even the small details were noted, such as the high-quality shaving kit provided in the room. Overall, our family stay at the Intercontinental Doha Beach was a truly positive and memorable experience, largely thanks to the wonderful staff and excellent amenities.

There were two things I really didn’t like. The quality and attentiveness, thoughtfulness of the service in the main restaurant during the evenings was very much depending on the responsible on duty. If you are not a good example, what can you expect? It was really obvious. The food is delicious and the buffet awesome. The other thing was the beach: the sunbeds are outdated and worn. After two days my back hurt (luckily the beds in the rooms were super nice). Then, and the hotel is partly responsible, fellow guests reserve sunbeds 8 am sharp and show up at 1pm. I don’t see the point why I should set the alarm clock during my holidays to get a sunbed on the beach. There are hotels now that have other policies. Towel cards, assigned sunbeds to the room, take-away-towel policy after 30minutes (but putting into action), I don’t know, there are many more ways…. This hotel should invest much on the beach: new sunbeds, many more umbrellas, and much more manpower to assist hotel guests. In overall I really liked it here. Rooms, housekeeping, food quality, food variety: really awesome

Stayed for a few days at the Intercontinental. Firstly, from the initial booking to checkout, I had nothing but exceptional service! Had breakfast a Coral which had an amazing spread. Adil and Keesha did an outstanding job and took care of our table! Appreciated the coffee flowing as needed! We spent a lot of our time at the beach which, despite a full crowd, was upkept quite well. Would recommend for anyone visiting Doha to visit this lovely hotel! Definitely check out Coral for their breakfast!
