We spent a lovely week at Kempinski The Pearl Doha with our family and can truly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The entire staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the breakfast buffet is extensive with a wide variety of options. A special mention goes to Safaa, who made our stay especially pleasant and always looked after us for our well being with great care. We would also like to thank Elisabeth from the security team, who greeted us so warmly every day and always brought a smile to our faces. The hotel is very child-friendly, we felt completely comfortable as a family, and we would definitely return. Greetings Dzenisa

Really wanted to give this place 5 stars however certain things let this hotel down! The staff at the reception area need to definitely improve their customer service skills (maybe smile abit more, be more welcoming, acknowledge customers, etc). The rest of the staff were very accommodating and friendly especially those at the entrance of the hotel, in the restaurants, spa and in the pool area! The suite had a few issues (blocked sink and AC not working) which were resolved very quickly, so thankful for that! Massive shoutout to Mohammad Mizran, Jaleel, Ronaldo, Eric and all the public house staff who were always on hand to help and were very welcoming! Overall, a good experience which could’ve been better but nevertheless a lovely hotel in a fabulous location!

Our stay at Kempinski Marsa Malaz was absolutely spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the high standards of the hotel. The staff is exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel is stunning, luxurious, and meticulously detailed throughout. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and the beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The breakfast is outstanding, offering an impressive variety of high-quality options. We also had the chance to dine at the Public House Restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious—one of the highlights of our stay. It’s a real shame that our visit was so short, as this hotel truly deserves to be fully enjoyed for a longer period of time. A flawless 10/10 experience.

The customer service at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly, and Mike kindly offered us an upgrade to a suite, which was incredible. When we walked into the suite, our happiness instantly doubled. Everything was beautiful and modern, and my family and I truly loved our stay. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we wanted to cancel our other booking and extend our stay for another five nights, but unfortunately, that wasn’t possible. Every time we needed assistance, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. The pool staff were also fantastic and made our experience even more enjoyable. The only small area for improvement would be the baby high chairs in the breakfast restaurant. Either a chair wasn’t available, or if one was, the belt was missing or broken. It would be great if the hotel could invest in new, clean, sturdy baby high chairs with proper safety belts. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is undeniably beautiful and the service appeared professional on the surface. However, our experience raised serious concerns. During our stay, I experienced repeated insect bites that appeared every morning and stopped immediately after leaving the hotel. We were travelling with a young baby, and shortly after our return home, we had to consult a doctor due to significant skin reactions. This was extremely stressful for us as parents. What is most disappointing is not only the incident itself, but the way it was handled afterwards. Despite providing evidence and explaining the situation, the hotel categorically denied any issue and refused to acknowledge any responsibility. The matter was ultimately reviewed independently by Booking.com, who deemed our complaint valid and provided compensation — something the hotel itself did not do. While the property is impressive, guests should be aware that in the event of a serious problem, the hotel appears unwilling to acknowledge faults, even when families and infants are involved. For a 5-star hotel at this price level, this was deeply disappointing.
