The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, clean, and luxuriously comfortable. The dining options were also excellent, with a great variety of high-quality cuisine. The facilities — including the pool, beach, and spa — were top-notch and well-maintained. Overall, it was a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. Our recent stay at Marsa Malaz Kempinski, The Pearl – Doha, was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for in every possible way. The hotel’s luxurious ambiance, beautiful setting, and exceptional amenities made our visit unforgettable. What truly set our experience apart was the remarkable service from the staff. We would like to give special thanks to Rajendra Sukmaya from the Housekeeping Team, who left a thoughtful handwritten note in our room, wishing us a wonderful day (see attached photo). This personal touch made us feel genuinely valued and brought a smile to our faces every morning. Rajendra’s attention to detail and kindness are a testament to the high standards at Kempinski. Additionally, we want to highlight the outstanding service provided by Kiril at the reception. Kiril was incredibly courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. His warm welcome and helpful attitude made our check-in seamless and ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. In addition, Hassan from the breakfast team was outstanding and very kind to us, too. Thanks to the dedication of team members like Rajendra and Kiril, our stay at Marsa Malaz Kempinski was more than just a hotel visit—it was a memorable experience. I love the beach and pool at Kepimsky. Every time I go, I have a great time. They offer water sports, sunbeds, umbrellas, a bar, and a delicious menu. Vincent always greets people with a smile, and I'm impressed by how well he remembers everyone. I've seen him say hello to many guests, making them feel as if he is welcoming them to his home. He is truly a lovely person! 💗
