Loved this hotel, excellent rooms, well maintained and clean rooms, quite spacious as well. Beds and linens are too comfortable and relaxing after night sleep. They have a large breakfast spread with continental and few Indian items as well. Service at it's best, quite friendly and pamper you like anything. Quite safe at all times of the day.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The management was unprofessional, and the customer service was extremely poor. The staff seemed more focused on money than on guest satisfaction, and the comfort of the customer was clearly their last priority. The food was of very low quality, housekeeping was below standard, and the reception staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Overall, the service felt careless and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Doha. There are many better options where guest comfort and hospitality are taken seriously.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Doha and had a really comfortable experience. On arrival the team were quick to help with my luggage from the taxi and escort me to the front desk, where the warm welcome continued with a friendly check in that was done swiftly. My room was ready and I was impressed by the new design across the hotel, which gives it a fresh modern and spacious feel. There are plenty of food options, but my go to spot was The Cellar bar where the team were just as welcoming. The property also offers an outdoor pool, gym, spa and even a nightclub, though I didn’t visit those this time. Overall a great stay with a relaxed vibe.

Stayed here for a short overnight traveling on a Qatar Airways night flight. Arrived late at night - shuttle had already left but Uber was cheap and quick. Location is very convenient for airport access, but is somewhat outside of the center of Doha (there's a metro stop close by though, and Ubers are cheap and plentiful). Checkin was friendly and efficient; having booked two rooms for 2 adults and 2 children, the receptionist offered to change us to one two-bedroom suite so we could all be together. The suite was lovely, large and clean. It had a huge bathroom, with a separate shower and bathtub; another separate toilet and a large balcony - which was way too hot for sitting but a nice place to dry swim gear before the next flight. Additionally, the room had a little coffee maker, some fruit as a welcome amenity and bottled water. Unexpectedly, the room also had a treadmill in the main living area, which was a nice way to get some steps in without burning up outside. We used the pool in the morning, which is very refreshing and well guarded by two lifeguards who kept a close eye on our kids. Besides the pool, there was a large fitness area, for which I unfortunately didn't have time. For breakfast I picked up some coffee and muffins in the lobby coffeeshop, all were nice quality and staff was very friendly.

Er stayed here as Part of the Qatar Airways stopover Programm and loved it. The Hotel offers a comlimentary Airport Shuttle Both ways and also the Metro Station is only 3 minutes walking distance. The Hotel is very modern and well equipped, the pool and spa area are great. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Travelling by Metro takes you in 5 minutes to the City Centre.
