Stayed here during a 1 day stopover in Doha. Had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to the hotel, this was somewhat expected as they informed us about this situation beforehand. Upon arriving to the hotel we were told our booked room was not ready yet and we would have to wait 45 minutes for the staff to prepare our room. After the 45 minute wait we were told it was still another 15-20 minutes, so we waited again in the lobby. After this wait staff came to us and informed our booked room was still not ready and offered to put us in a single King room. We booked a twin bed room and were not comfortable sharing a bed together. Staff proposed to add a single bed to this room but it would take even more time for this to be done. We asked for our booked twin room and if we could switch to the booked room whenever it was ready. We had already wasted a significant portion of our layover in Doha waiting for a room that never got provided so we were not exactly stoked for this outcome. We dropped our stuff off in the room (with 1 bed in it still) and went into the town so we could actually experience some of Doha. When returning back to the hotel after spending 5-6 hours in Doha we were not informed about us being able to swap to our booked twin room so we just walked back to the single King room we were provided in the meantime. We saw that a single bed was awkwardly added to the room in the middle of it not even neatly placed along a wall. We were genuinely looking forward to exploring and experiencing Doha during our layover but instead we spent a significant portion of our time there waiting for our booked room. We thought it was ridiculous for a Hyatt Regency location to be unable to offer a suitable and timely solution to this problem and instead opted to make us wait for nothing.

The free hotel shuttle offers convenient access to the airport—just a five-minute ride. It's definitely one of the better options for a long layover. As a Hyatt Category 1 property, this hotel is extremely undervalued. Using points here provides a five-star experience at a significantly reduced rate. The room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The hotel also offers a full range of amenities and several dining options. Although I only stayed for a few hours to rest, I truly appreciated the quality and comfort of the facilities.

Nice and easy stay for our transfer night between flights , the hotel has a shuttle to and from airport every hour. We could easily find a hotel representative at the exit of the airport (after going through immigration) for our ride to the hotel. The breakfast buffet has a nice choice.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. I especially want to thank Sultan, the room cleaner, for doing an amazing job every day. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was spotless. His attention to detail really made my stay more enjoyable. Thank you, Sultan!

Spent one night here during a layover. Went to the spa and had a massage and it was literally the best massage I ever had. If you're lucky Siddiq will be your masseur. He is a master of his craft. Where most people just rub you he knew exactly where to just apply some pressure, it was magnificent. So book a massage and get his special treatment you will not regret it.
