Housekeeping is consistent and efficient, maintaining excellent standards daily. Service is one of the hotel’s strongest features. Staff are professional, courteous, and attentive without being intrusive. Requests are handled promptly, and there is a clear focus on guest comfort and satisfaction. From check-in to check-out, the service feels polished and well organized. The hotel also offers a strong selection of dining options, ranging from casual to fine dining, all executed to a high standard. I stayed at Fairmont Doha for two nights in early December and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The hotel’s location and architecture, shared with Raffles, are truly striking. The building itself feels like a work of art and sets the tone for a distinctive and memorable stay. I was kindly offered a room upgrade, which included a balcony and was a very welcome surprise. The room was exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and impressively high tech. The Japanese style toilet was an unexpected but much appreciated feature, adding to the overall sense of comfort and modern luxury. Breakfast at the hotel was of a very high standard, and room service was equally good. A special mention goes to Hager at breakfast, who was warm, attentive, and ensured each morning began on a pleasant note. There was also another member of the breakfast team working alongside her, wearing the same orange uniform, who served me the previous morning. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but she too deserves recognition for her excellent service. Another highlight of my stay was the gentleman working in the centre of the lobby during the night shifts. He was articulate, warm, and had a wonderfully positive presence. His warmth and character left a lasting impression and added real atmosphere to the hotel. Overall, the entire team made my first visit to Doha a most enjoyable one. From the service to the surroundings, everything came together seamlessly. My sincere thanks to the Fairmont Doha team for such a memorable stay. I would be very happy to return in the future.

The view as you can guess is absolutely amazing! The staffs were so polite and kind. The food was exceptional and I loved it very much, especially their sushi and lemon cheesecake. The interior is very cozy and luxurious as well. Oh and last but not the least, the mojito here is just amazing, I had mint lime mojito and it was just 🤌🏻 amazing. Overall the best experience. Thankyou so much

We had a wonderful stay at Fermont Doha with my family. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful lobby it’s elegant, welcoming, and sets a great first impression. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was comfortable and relaxing, making it a perfect place for a family stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which really made us feel at home. Especially i want to tell thanks to Shuruq and Nada Everything was well organized and thoughtfully arranged, and overall the experience felt smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily recommend Fermont Doha to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.
