Above all expectations. The building itself is unique and with elegant details, that you won't find anywhere else. The view to the sea was also a beautiful surprise, sunrises and sunsets, on the turquoise waters. The quality of the service is stunning. Evey employee was polite, friendly, devoted. I encourage anyone to experience a stay at Fairmont Doha, because each instant becomes a memory full of beauty. I wish to thank Aghiles, the Guest Relations Manager, who kindly explained me curiosities about the architecture and decor, it enhanced my stay :) Also, a very kind man from India (or Sri) working in Room service, who pampered me with daily sweet treats. Housekeeping was so professionnal, also pampered me with details (bringing a beautiful vase for my flowers without me even asking). Lina, the spa therapist, who delivered a perfect massage. And last, Jo, a friendly receptionnist who took care of my arrival. Purely spectacular

I just wanted to share how amazing our stay at Fairmont Doha was! From the moment we arrived walked in, the hotel had the most beautiful scent — fresh, elegant, and so calming. I wish I knew exactly what fragrance it was because it made the whole place feel so luxurious and relaxing , every single person we met was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Hussain in reception , who was honestly one of the nicest and kindest people I’ve met. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even arranged an extra bed in our room so quickly and effortlessly. His warmth and kindness truly made our stay feel special. To all the staff, thank you so much — every single one of you were wonderful. The service was so quick, attentive, and thoughtful, and everyone who cleaned our rooms did an amazing job. Everything was always spotless and beautifully done.We really appreciated it everyday. The only names we knew of the room service people were Yaqoob and Daffa but everyone who did it was amazing Fairmont Doha, you have such an incredible team — thank you all for making our stay unforgettable. Our stay at the Fairmont Hotel was once again absolutely fantastic! This was our second time here, and the experience was once again first-class. We would particularly like to highlight the exceptional friendliness of the staff. Special praise goes to Imran, who took excellent care of us at breakfast. He was always attentive, friendly, and made our mornings special. Mohammed also deserves a big thank you for ensuring our well-being at the gold pool during our stay. It is these special details and the excellent service culture that make the Fairmont such an outstanding place. We highly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay at the Fairmont.

Fairmont Doha is the only place I stay whenever I come to Doha . As soon as I arrived I was warmly welcomed by Charles at the door, which immediately made me feel at home. I was upgraded to a lovely Fairmont Gold room with a lovely view, and everything about it was excellent. Housekeeping were genuinely outstanding. Sachin and Rashmi (I think that was their names) even helped remove a stain from one of my shirts, which I really appreciated. The spa was fantastic as always, and every member of staff I interacted with was welcoming and helpful. The concierges in particular deserve a mention – Amine, Corne, Randy, Marco and Rama as well as Enoc, Charles, Tulassi, Suleiman and Edward. I am sure there are even more names I have forgotten, which shows how many people go out of their way to make the stay special. There is a reason I keep coming back, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.
