Our stay at Hilton Doha was absolutely perfect. The room was modern and comfortable. The balcony offering views, What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Everyone was kind, polite and eager to help. I would especially like to thank to Akbor who went above professionalism and warm hospitality made a real difference in our experience. The housekeeping service during my stay was absolutely superb! The room was immaculate and beautifully maintained throughout my visit. room attendant akbor very helpful and friendly. I rarely write reviews, but my stay at Hilton Doha was shockingly bad and worth warning others about. From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. The hotel entrance was blocked by window cleaning scaffolding, creating an unwelcoming first impression. Check in was cold and unprofessional. The front desk staff were disengaged, did not smile, and provided no information about the hotel. I was told I received an upgrade and specifically asked if the room was sea view. I was told yes. When I entered the room, it was not sea view. I was later told it was partial sea view, which is not the same. I requested a room change, was promised a new key, and waited with no follow up. Repeated calls to the front desk went unanswered. Inside the room, there were no welcome amenities or acknowledgment of my Diamond status. Worse, I found leftover food hidden under the ottoman from a previous guest. Completely unacceptable. That night, extremely loud music from the hotel nightclub continued until around 2 AM, making sleep nearly impossible even from the 21st floor. The next day, the ironing board was filthy and unusable. Housekeeping later left replacement towels thrown on my work desk, which felt careless and unprofessional. This stay was one failure after another. Hilton is known for standards and consistency, and this property delivered neither. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a quality Hilton experience.

Have traveled in 139 countries and stayed in countless hotels around the Globe. The staff at the Doha Hilton always express great hospitality with a glowing smile. Very helpful, positive and welcoming. Clean rooms and always fully appointed buffets. I try to always select at least one “shining star” out of a group, and this time I would have to select “Lelita” at the Mawasem Restaurant on the ground floor. She is a picture of ‘Service with a smile!’ Thanks guys!!!!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was just as pleasant as the first. The hospitality remains top-notch. Being so close to the beach made for a truly relaxing experience, especially enjoying the sea breeze in the mornings and evenings. I also want to give a special thanks to Musaddik from housekeeping for keeping my room impeccably clean throughout my stay
