My stay at the Hilton Doha – West Bay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth, grace, and genuine hospitality that made me feel instantly welcome. The entire team — from reception to concierge — were consistently professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my five-day stay. A special mention professionalism attentive, and always ensuring everything was just right. Without any prompting,a thoughtful gesture that made the stay even more memorable. Equally deserving of praise is Akbor Ali from Housekeeping, who went above and beyond every single day. Always arriving with a smile, he ensured my room was immaculate and that I had everything I needed. He attention to detail and genuine kindness truly elevated my experience. he made the effort to connect with me — not just in passing, but with genuine interest and thoughtful conversation. He even created a personalised itinerary for my stay, filled with excellent recommendations that helped me explore Doha effortlessly. His professionalism and warmth were a real credit to the hotel. The breakfast team also deserve recognition. Considering the number of guests they serve each morning, their service remained warm, energetic, and personal will try to come back very soon

The atmosphere was perfect, but what really made the evening stand out was the incredible service and the quality of the food. The highlight of our night was the staff. A huge thank you to Nur, Eve, and Dede for their exceptional hospitality. They were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm energy and efficiency made us feel truly welcomed. It is rare to find a team that works so seamlessly together to provide such high-level service. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was cooked to perfection. From the appetizers to the main course, every dish was a hit. Of course, the drinks were equally impressive, crafted with the signature Trader Vic’s touch. Overall Experience Between the delicious meal and the top-tier service from Nur, Eve, and Dede, everything was flawless. I enjoyed my stay here at Hilton. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I felt very safe. The staff is so attentive. Room service Akbor was amazing and quick. Housekeeping is the best rooms were cleaned everyday, my items organized for me. The hotel was very clean and spotless. Workers were cleaning each area everyday. The location and view is the absolute best I will definitely book a stay here again. Thank you to everyone.

The Hilton in Doha left only positive impressions. The location is very convenient, with access to the beach and the city center (City Center). We got a spacious and clean room with a beautiful sea view. I would especially like to praise the staff, particularly Murat and Lalita — everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the restaurant offered a great selection of dishes. An excellent option for a comfortable holiday! Greetings from Balarusia)
