Just got back from an amazing stay at the H10 Costa Mogán in Gran Canaria, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. One of the biggest highlights was definitely the food buffet. The variety on offer was absolutely incredible, catering to all tastes, and everything was delicious. We never had a problem finding something new and exciting to try at every meal. Beyond the food, the entertainment throughout the day was brilliant. There was always something going on, from activities by the pool to shows in the evening, keeping everyone engaged without ever feeling intrusive. It really added to the fun and relaxed vibe of our holiday, considering that the area is very quiet. If you're looking for a great hotel with excellent food and plenty to keep you entertained, the H10 Costa Mogán is a top choice! The only thing I wasn't very keen is the room facilities arrangements with open plan.

The Hotel itself is extremely nice, Nice sized rooms , very clean and mostly very friendly staff, shout out to Gabriele and Christian from the animation team. What lacked for us was lack of management presence, maybe the hotel is going for a more laid back feel, but for instance there was no one in the restaurant to organise seating, or management asking how things were, even when leaving the hotel, no "How was your stay " just little things but things that go that extra mile. Food was quite good but if you went later in the evening, you did not get some of the options available to earlier people, Everyone should get the same choices no matter what time you go. All in all we had a very nice stay , and we did enjoy ourselves. we do like H10 hotels.

We stayed at H10 Costa Mogán to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The hotel is modern, spotless, and ideally located near the beach and marina. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view — housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The food was great, with a wide variety at the buffet and something for everyone. We also loved the snacks from the pool bar when we wanted a little bite — the iced coffee is a must! The animation team were brilliant and really added to the experience. Bingo by the pool in the afternoon was a definite highlight — I ended up winning a bottle of cava, a certificate, and a medal in the very last second, which made it even more fun and memorable! The pool area was calm and well-maintained, with plenty of loungers. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had such a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back again!

We absolutely loved it here! First time travelling to Gran Canaria and first time at an H10 hotel via Jet2 Holidays. I’d read some reviews saying the space at the pool isn’t very big. Honestly, it was all awesome. The pool area, rooftop, food was amazing, staff fab, and so was our room. Yes, the area is quiet, but that’s what we wanted. You can easily book activities and excursions via the hotel to see more of the island. We took a cab ride 20 minutes away to Puerto de Mogan which was amazing - about €20 each way. Hotel booked the taxi and it’s easy to find one back, and you can pay by card or cash. That’s an easy half or full day trip and the town is beautiful. We will publish a YouTube review soon on channel Travel Live Learn if you’d like to see more for yourself. Will 100% return here.

First time here and it will not be my last. The staff were friendly, the room clean and spacious, the pool side had enough room to accommodate guests. As a treat to myself I paid for a days rent for the Riviera club where a bottle of cava was part of it. When you split the cost between two people it's not that bad. Entertainment was ok, some nights were better than others but didn't detract from the overall feeling. Location is beautiful with it being right by the beach. A lovely touch which was gratefully received was a light dinner which was left in the room as we had arrived way after 10pm. The food overall was ok. Buffet style and although I am a fussy eater I didn't have to put up with the same thing every day. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my week here and I look forward to being a guest again next year.
