It's a nice place but if you don't have a car it's hard to get by,it's very isolated and public transportation is very far.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a front and back terrace.
Breakfast and dinner have a lot a variety and everything is delicious.
The pool is great and also very clean.
You can smoke everywhere but the rooms.
The stuff is helpful and nice.
But for someone with a cat allergy is not a good place as there are cats everywhere.

It is a very nice hotel, spacious room and clean when you check in. good food and nice pool. On the downside the towels are very old and used. Cleaning service during the stay over is not the beat.

Wonderful accommodation. 2 terraces we had one with golf course view, very private.... €1.30 bus to beach or PDI... Taxis cheap.... Lovely walk about half an hour to lighthouse... Will return. Brilliant restaurants everywhere we ate out different places.... Staff very helpful especially Pep on desk he's a credit to this hotel..... Best stay we have had on Gran Canaria..... Patersons from Scotland❤️

The suites themselves are quite alright but basic. The facilities like pool area and breakfast/dining area were also really basic, didn't make me want to spend time relaxing in the hotel. Location is also far from everything, you can't survive without a car, the walk to the city or the beach is 40-50 minutes at least.
There's a big problem with cockroaches. I'm aware that in a subtropical climate they are in abundance but to find 1-2 in the suite and 1-2 on the suite's terrace for 3 or 4 nights in a row is a bit too much. Not to mentioned we found them in the bathroom, where we kept our toiletries and on the mirror.
When I checked in, I noticed the bathroom was not really cleaned properly, there were hairs all over the place including the shower, so it was quite nasty.
The breakfast does not really have any variety, the basic stuff every day and sometimes they wouldn't refill some of the items, so if you don't come early morning, you pretty much get some leftovers for some of the foods.
Overall, I think the hotel is quite overpriced for what it offers. I'm pretty sure it doesn't deserve 4 stars, it's more like a 3 stars, even if it is advertised as a 4 stars hotel on all websites. I don't recommend if you have other options.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Located in a golf area as the name suggests, which puts it away from all the disturbance but you should have a rental car to get to places. The breakfast buffet has a variety of good options, even a gluten free corner. There are pool tables and table tennis, as well as a general pool, adult only pool and whirlpool. There is a playground for children.
