I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my trip to Gran Canaria. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and I felt at home right away. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, daily housekeeping, and the beautiful view from the balcony – waking up to the ocean view was a highlight of my stay! The hotel’s location is fantastic – close to the beach, local restaurants, and many great spots for exploring the island. It’s a perfect base whether you're here to relax or go on adventures. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, with plenty of fresh options every morning. The pool area was also a big plus – clean, well-maintained, and ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. What truly made this place stand out was the relaxing atmosphere and the attention to detail in every aspect of service. It’s clear the team here cares about guests having a great experience. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gran Canaria. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We recommend this hotel in every respect. The exception are the economy rooms on the lowest level of the hotel – the mix of restaurant and sewage smells should have eliminated them from the list. Fortunately, the very kind Mrs. Natalia at the front desk found us another room with an ocean view. We had to pay extra, but it was worth it. The food was good, especially the lunch and dinner menu, with a wide selection.

Very nice hotel — just keep in mind it’s quite a large resort, which does affect the noise level in the restaurant. That said, it's something you know beforehand, so it wasn’t a negative point for us. Everything else was perfectly arranged. The rooms were cleaned daily, and we were very satisfied with the housekeeping — always neat and on time. There are plenty of swimming options, and although the typical morning “towel race” happens like in most all-in hotels, we didn’t take part. We were happy with a table and a few chairs in the bar area near the pool. Pool towels are available via a towel card system, and there’s a €1 charge per towel exchange. We only used this once, as we didn’t spend full days at the pool apart from the first and last day. The food was varied and had something for everyone. The drinks menu included in the all-inclusive package was also extensive enough. The snack corner is popular and constantly restocked — great for midday bites if you’re relaxing by the pool. The entertainment team was enthusiastic and offered a wide range of activities both during the day and in the evening. We enjoyed a few great shows in the evenings that were clearly put together with effort and passion. A big bonus: waitstaff were present during the evening shows to bring drinks to your table — something we’ve never seen before in an all-inclusive resort. On our departure day, we had to check out before noon while our flight wasn’t until 8 PM. Late checkout wasn’t available, but the hotel offered us a private room for 30 minutes at a time of our choice. We booked one from 4:00 to 4:30 PM — it was a standard room where we could comfortably shower and change before our airport transfer. All in all, a very good hotel and highly recommended!

Start with the good points. Great staff. Lovely restaurant, good food and a great choice every night. Good location. Now a little grumble. I was on holiday with my teenage son. For my lad .. he wants a nice swimming pool and he enjoys taking part in activities in and around the pool. There really wasn't much going on for him and the 2 pools are not no where big enough for the amount of people the hotel holds. For myself the requirements are a gym.. that's my way of relaxing. The pictures made the gym look far better than it was. The machines were old and rusty.. and one was dangerous. There was no air conditioning.. door open and 30°c inside. 5 people in there and there was no where to exercise! How can that many people use such a tiny gym! Most mornings it was full. I did try to speak to my jet 2 rep about it.. she just shrugged it off and said yes the gym is basic. More concerned about selling me excursions. All night long there's noise in the corridors, so a good nights sleep was difficult. Our room was hot when we arrived, the air con was not working. Its was 11 at night and I told reception. They did get someone out straight away and solve the problem ..a bit. Poor air conditioning. Needs a proper maintenance contract and updating. This is not a 4 star hotel ..3 at the most.

We had Deluxe room in adult only part of the hotel. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The only downside is a double bed consisting of two separate beds that tend to move around the room at the slightest movement. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks offered were generally very good- you can really try something new every day, and I have to say that the vast majority of the food tasted really good. The exception are the cocktails included in the all-inclusive package, which were quite poor. Annoying detail was the check-in process, where I had to manually type all my personal details into a tablet just seconds after handing over my ID for scanning. Overall, I rate the hotel positively and recommend it.
