We had the most wonderful stay. The rooms, facilities and location are perfect but what completed our experience was the charm and attentiveness of all the hotel staff. Particularly the lovey Lita who served our meal on 2 evenings and the kind and helpful smiley staff in the club lounge. Nothing was too much trouble. What a memorable experience!

Well appointed rooms and facilities matched with generally good service. Overall, it was a good stay and will definitely return.
Some comments:
1. Signs must be posted to inform guests that laundry requests need to be informed, rather than to be left in the room for housekeeping to pick up (as we are familiar with).
2. Security needs to be tactful when addressing guests when returning from public beach, instead of telling guests 'this is a private property'. We were compelled to show our room card to prove we are guests as the security was not fluent in English.
3. Lady chef (live cooking station) in the Club Lounge restaurant during was not friendly when interacting with Asian guests (but very friendly towards Farangs).

Spent 5 nights at the Dustin Thani big hotel/resort. Best service we have encountered on our trip. Quiet area away from the busy tourist area beach is not crowded at all. Very nice pools. Many restaurants in easy walking distance from resort and 7-11 next door to pick up some snacks and cold drinks. Large rooms with great A/C and balconies that face toward the pools and beach. A higher end resort $$$$ not for the economy traveler. Excellent staff

We spent a relaxing week after a hectic week travelling! Everything thing about the Dusit Thani is just wonderful! The staff are all friendly and helpful; the rooms are gorgeous and the food just lovely! Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Shame about the jellyfish but did not spoil our beach heaven at all!

The hotel was wonderful . We had slight problem when we arrived but the staff were so understanding and helpful we were quickly offered another room . All staff were professional and friendly . Special mention to Far in the restaurant who was excellent , lovely smile for us everyday and remembering our drinks .The food is delicious with plenty of choice.The location is excellent, offering the beach and 2 infinity pools ,1 with swim up bar.. Only slight downside is lack of local restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat in hotel.
