Stayed for 2 nights (25–26 Aug). • The stay overall was good. • Breakfast spread was nice, but unfortunately no Indian vegetarian options were available. • Standard check-out time is 12 pm. Since my flight was in the evening and my wife was not feeling well, I requested for a late check-out. Thanks to Nam at the reception, we were kindly allowed to stay till 1 pm. 🙏 Appreciate the hospitality, but a little more flexibility and inclusion in food options would make the experience even better.

The resort is located in a peaceful area, about 15 minutes from the city center by shuttle bus. Staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was varied with plenty of choices, and the restaurant was clean and beautifully set up. Our villa with a private pool was excellent. The resort offers free kayaking and has two great swimming pools. The beach could use some improvement, but it wasn’t a big issue. We had a minor problem with the main door, but staff responded quickly and were very helpful. Overall, a great stay — we’d love to come back!

Very nice hotel for the start of our honeymoon! Staff were very polite and friendly and attentive. There were small issues with our room, a random leak at a point. The bathroom door seal kept falling off and the doors leading to the bathroom wouldn't close properly. But otherwise this was a lovely stay. We had a small issue on our last night with a bill, however it was quickly rectified. Would stay again.

We stayed as a family in two rooms ,one for two adults and one for three kids on the ground floor with access to the garden terrace. Overall, everything was excellent, the service was good, and the hotel facilities were great. The only issue we experienced was a musty smell in the rooms and some dampness in the bathroom. Besides that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Hotel feels exclusive because it wasn’t crowded. Definitely more luxurious compared to hotels near Ao Nang beach itself. Service was friendly. They try their best to please. Buffet breakfast was short of my expectation, being a luxury hotel. Spread was simple. Simple is ok, but I was hoping for better; could feel they were trying to keep their cost low. Very little protein. I was impressed with the honey dripping honey comb for their waffles & pancake. Other than that, there’s very little to comment positively about their breakfast buffet spread. Dinner at the hotel was decent; good food presentation. Mango Sticky Rice was interesting - they had different type of rice. However, taste was “spoilt” with chocolate syrup. Otherwise, it was a good dish. Pad Thai was also presented interestingly in a honey comb egg wrap. Taste was so-so. Overall, we had a much better dinner experience at River Restaurant River and Bar at half the price. Pool was nice. Staff there was helpful with the towels and canopy. It felt relaxing being there.
