Amazing hotel with wonderful quiet beach, tropical gardens, fantastic staff, 2 big pools, activity centre with bicycles and kayaks and anything else you wish for. Shuttle bus to nearby town/touristic beach is also available and handy (we got ours booked no problem 1 day in advance). The villas with access to the pool are amazing.
The breakfast was amazing and so full of choice, every day different dishes. There also have live music on some nights which was so nice.
Special thanks to Beer from breakfast for making our stay special and arranging a last minute birthday cake for my husband on our last day. It made our stay very memorable.
We would highly recommend to everyone and would come back if we could.
It is a very nice 5* hotel truly caring for their guests.

This is not quite a 5 star hotel. Not that it's bad but it's in it's infancy. Service is friendly but not polished. Amenities are standard. Rooms are pleasant but not outstanding.
One thing they have got a handle on is the pricing. They know how to charge for imaginary 5 star service/products. 🤣
We had a late flight and requested a late check out. Without checking a single system the receptionist immediately advised me this was not possible but they could allow us a shower room to freshen up in. It came across as company policy.
Overall, a pleasant stay, a very comfortable bed but not one I would return to.

Here too, first of all, the staff was super friendly. There was a welcome drink and a cold towel. the room is very nice, clean and spacious. The garden view is more of a hedge, but that's fine. The complex itself is well maintained, not that big, so there were definitely bottlenecks at the pool. What you can possibly complain about is that it is very noisy, the hotel is located next to a mosque and therefore, if you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up by the prayer singer. The breakfast isn't that great either. The bread was often very dry and the selection was rather one-sided. but that's a matter of taste. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is well maintained and the pools are nice. Our room was cleaned nicely. However, there were a few things that bothered us that made us feel like it wasn’t a 5* resort. The pool area is not cleaned often so bottles and old plates are left on empty sunbeds and breakfast was pretty average with most things looking a bit stale. The robes in our room were taken the first night and never replaced. The location is pretty remote which we knew when we booked but when that is the case, the food needs to be excellent (which it wasn’t) and basics need to be available (my husband got food poisoning from a restaurant in Ao Nang and the hotel were unable to help at all despite my asking). I was told to go to a pharmacy but no help of where a good one might be, what we should buy or how to get there. Overall, the experience was fine but we wouldn’t stay again.

We stayed in an oceanfront view room for 4 nights. Its a great resort to kick-back and relax. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet with great sunrise views. There are 2 main pools at the hotel, (adult and everyone else) but the access to a "private beach" turned out to be disappointing. The beach wasn't very clean. Perhaps, "natural" is a better description. Certainly in comparison to most other beaches in Thailand, it can use a little work... You'd think the hotel could hire a couple of people to clean it up a bit, given they promote it as a "private beach". There are several shanties along the beach as well, which downgraded the "private beach" experience to a common not well maintained beach. We stuck to the pool...
The resort experience however was very good. The front desk employees are excellent with a great attitude and they provided a positive check in/out experience. The bartender (Moo) was also excellent. He made us feel important. I thought the employees are engaged and helpful.
As others have said, the food is good, just a limited menu and the wine selection is basic. All wine comes ice cold, which was a bit disappointing when you want to enjoy a good bottle of Chianti... Loved the morning cappuccinos and the barista ladies were happy to make them!🙏
So overall, we enjoyed our stay just avoid the beach ⛱️
