We stayed at Banyan Tree Krabi in October 2025, and we have travelled around the world and stayed at many great hotels but the hospitality here is truly among the best we’ve ever experienced. Every staff member was incredible; kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. My wife has a very sensitive stomach and food intolerances, and from the first day, the restaurant staff made sure she always had meals suitable for her. They made a real effort to get it right every single time. A special thank you to the wonderful restaurant team — Olsng, Saina, Nine, and Priew, especially Priew, who always welcomed us with her sweet smile. The rooms were beautifully clean, and the housekeeping team, both in the morning and the evening, did a wonderful job. The room was spotless and had a lovely scent every night. And above all, a heartfelt thank you to Fah, the hotel host who welcomed us, showed us around the resort, and helped us change our room, making my wife’s birthday even more special. It meant so much to us, and we absolutely loved our stay. We absolutely recommend anyone traveling to Krabi to stay at the Banyan Tree, it’s truly exceptional.

We had a super and memorable family holiday at Banyan Tree Krabi and will definitely be back! 5 star all the way! The staff was exceptionally nice, responsive and proactive (including helping with our kid who was sick), including Pin and Gigi and everyone. The views were beautiful, lots of activities in and around the resort. The kids loved the kids water play area and slide. The food was one of the best in all the hotels we have stayed in Southeast Asia, especially at Saffron Restaurant. We did a super fun and delicious cooking class with Chef Bank, M and Khun Noogie at Saffron - loved it! The buggy were always super fast to arrive to do pickups and dropoffs. The spa treatments were excellent as well.

We stayed at Banyan Tree Krabi for three days, and it was truly an amazing experience — one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed in! My wife and I wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally well-maintained, with housekeeping cleaning twice a day. Even when we were out for dinner or walking on the beach at night, they prepared our room perfectly for sleep — such thoughtful in-house service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. On our departure morning, they prepared a special breakfast for us to take on the way to the airport, which was such a wonderful touch. Everything about this resort was simply out of this world. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be returning — I only wish we had more time to enjoy it!

This is place is heaven loved the location, service and the rooms were superb. We travelled with our son who is 19 months old and the way they took care of everything was exceptional. 1) if u are on a honeymoon don’t think twice and just have the best of time. 2) we came here with our son and as a family we loved every inch of it. 3) The room size to the service was impeccable and plus the private pool and jacuzzi was icing on the cake. 4) the staff were super friendly and always there to give the best service. 5) they had a play room which was so cute we would stay there during afternoon or after breakfast…and he ended up making friends…outside the play area was a bar facing the ocean where we would end up having our drinks and have a great time … 6) they had 2 restaurants and one Which was Thai special and having a great view and food. The second where we would have our breakfast everyday …and they are kid friendly and they serve some amazing kid special menu ..and of u sit outside there will be birds…who Will keep the little one occupied.

Our stay at Banyan Tree Krabi was simply perfect. We traveled with three young children and the staff went above and beyond to make everything easy and comfortable for us. When I wasn’t feeling well, they took great care of me and connected me with an excellent doctor who really helped. The resort itself is stunning, the rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the view is breathtaking. A huge thank you to Pha and Stone who took such wonderful care of us throughout our 9-day stay. An unforgettable experience — we would love to come back again.
