Banyan Tree Krabi is a true five-star resort, and easily one of the best hotel experiences I have had. From the start, the staff stood out as the friendliest and most accommodating I have encountered anywhere. Service was consistently thoughtful, proactive, and made the stay feel effortless. The rooms are beautifully designed, each with a private pool that adds a real sense of privacy. The showers and bathrooms are excellent, and the overall layout feels both comfortable and refined. The food across the resort was very strong, with several memorable meals. One highlight was the restaurant reached by cable car, which is a fun experience and offers incredible views. The New Year’s Eve celebration was particularly well done, with a great atmosphere and a fireworks countdown that made the night feel special. Banyan Tree Krabi delivers an exceptional balance of service, setting, and experience, and is a place I would return to without hesitation.

We decided to book this hotel for our honeymoon following an amazing stay at Banyan Samui last year. We are so pleased we did as we had the best week! The hotel feels like a heavenly beach resort in a very quiet area of the Krabi region, which was perfect for us. The view of the small islands is incredible and it was amazing to see the sunsets here each evening. The restaurants on-site are great and we dined at both a couple of times - the food at Saffron in particular is so good. We also really enjoyed the Christmas Eve event with superb food choices and a fire show! Breakfast is also a real highlight. All of the staff here are very genuine and kind. They really make the stay. There are too many people to name specifically but we wanted to say a special thanks to our host Jayda for being so lovely and making our trip so memorable! Lucky also gave an epic Muay Thai lesson which we loved. Our only piece of constructive advice would be to use the gorgeous reception area as a bar sometimes, as sunset would be amazing from up there. It was a really wonderful stay and we would definitely visit again. We have been lucky enough to stay at some amazing hotels, but Banyan Tree will forever be one of our favourites!

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Banyan Tree Krabi. The entire team was proactive, attentive, and always quick to assist, making our experience truly memorable. The complimentary honeymoon setup was a lovely and much-appreciated touch. The staff were consistently prompt with buggy requests, supplies, bookings and helping us make the most of the resort’s amenities. Everything felt seamless and thoughtfully handled. We honestly wish we had booked a few extra nights—it was an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much to the amazing team at Banyan Tree Krabi for making our honeymoon so special.

This was the BEST vacation I have EVER been on in my life. From the hostesses, to the food & restaurants, to the rooms with great views and superb amenities. It was definitely a dream come true to visit the Banyan Tree Krabi Resort. Although it rained a little for 2 days of my stay, the sun was out between 11-6 and it was an amazing sunset views. The breakfast was buffet between 6-11am with everything you could ever think of there to eat. It is nice inside, clean and has a chef that will prepare you food that they do not have readily available upon arrival. It was so quiet and peaceful there I wish I could live there. I got a massage while I was there, kayak and went to the Ao Nang Elephant Sanctuary. It was so fun and relaxing my entire stay. Thank you to Ying my host, the staff and everyone who made my stay special. The customer service was great and I have never been treated better. I am definitely going back and I can’t wait. See you guys next year !
