The most perfect hotel I have ever been to. The service was amazing, the rooms are beautiful! And the bed is the most comfortable one ever! Very, very recommended. Food is great, and the location scenery is just a dream. Take a boat to Ha Hong Island to complete the experience. Truly amazing hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Krabi and would like to thank the amazing staff, especially Ms. Fah, for going out of her way to make our holiday truly special. Her warmth and attention to detail really stood out. We stayed in the Deluxe Partial Ocean View Suite, and it was absolutely lovely—comfortable bed, beautifully appointed room, and a million-dollar view of Krabi and the bay. The white sandy beach was stunning, especially on sunny days, and the cabanas added that perfect touch of luxury and relaxation. We only made it to breakfast once, but it was decent. The Thai restaurant served some fantastic food, and the bar, though quiet in the late evening, had one of the best views you could ask for. I genuinely feel the bar has huge potential—if they bring in the right bartenders, they could really enhance the sunset vibe and upsell drinks to match the setting. I also used the gym, which was well-equipped and did the job for a quick workout. The Buggy’s came really quick and the drivers were quite polite and kind. I just love how hospitable the service staff was. Overall, a solid 5/5 for the property. If I had one suggestion, it would be to rethink the bar experience a little—especially the dishwashing being done in front of customers, which felt a bit off in an otherwise serene setting. I cannot express how sensational this resort is. The location, amenities and staff are above and beyond. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by James who was simply exceptional. His customer service was truly top tier. We forgot our phone charger and he offered to let us use HIS for the entirety of our stay. we missed a complimentary part of our stay because we had a later check in and he offered a free dinner service that night instead at no extra charge. the pool was closed during our stay so we were blessed with the opportunity to take a long tail boat right from the resort beach front over to hong island which was so peaceful and beautiful. During this excursion i saw a lot of people snorkeling and mentioned how cool it was to one of the staff members, Dee, who came with us. He showed up 20 minutes later with snorkels for both me and my friend. He also patched up her foot after scraping it on a rock in the ocean. The staff is friendly, kind, and the best part about this resort. They also set up our dinner reservations for us, take you to and from all resort locations by buggy. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and had specials that changed daily. This is by far the best resort I’ve been to and is well worth the price. Thank you for the stay!

Easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my life and I have stayed in many! I stayed there in early September which is considered off peak/rainy season. Right from the very beginning Phoom gave us a detailed, and genuine welcome to the hotel. He proceeded to look after us whenever he could during our stay. Fah was wonderful with the kids and brought our kids to the kids club while my husband and I had our meals. She even gave a thoughtful parting gift to the kids which they absolutely loved! My son unfortunately got sick when we first arrived and the staff called in a doctor first thing in the morning and he was feeling much better the very next day and they gifted him with a cute little bouquet which he brought with him back to Singapore. He was very touched by the gesture. Saffron, their in house Thai restaurant was wonderful. The food tasted great but the staff whose name I didn’t catch was just absolutely fantastic and he went above and beyond in serving us. The restaurant was well designed as well. If I could add one thing that could make every thing better would be to have more extensive cooked breakfast menu that is halal. However their bakery section was amazing and I loved their slices strawberry cake and all their pastries. They even had an oven to heat croissants which most hotels overlooks. Thank you for the mini birthday cake and song at breakfast. I had a perfect time here. Definitely coming back again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Banyan Tree Krabi! The staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful. Our room was clean, modern, and super comfortable, perfect for our anniversary. The special setup they prepared made it even more memorable. Breakfast had great variety, and the team at Saffron served some of the best Thai food we’ve had. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back!
