Our stay at Banyan Tree Krabi was nothing short of extraordinary, and it truly deserves a heartfelt, glowing review. We booked the Two-Bedroom Ocean Pool Suite for four nights, and the experience was exceptional from the very beginning. Even during the booking process, the team was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I had a few specific requests that required some back-and-forth, and every arrangement was handled smoothly and professionally by the kind and attentive staff. Upon arrival, everything we had requested was perfectly prepared — a beautiful welcome setup with wine, cake, and thoughtful decorations awaited us. From the very first moment, the staff ensured that every detail was flawless. I would especially like to thank Daria for her utmost dedication and genuine care; her help throughout our stay was truly outstanding. The suite itself was breathtaking — spacious, elegant, and dream-like, with a stunning ocean view and a private pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. Housekeeping was impeccable, with daily turndown service and delightful small desserts every evening, adding a lovely personal touch. We spent a lot of time at the bar, where Ton, Pong, Noom, and Khem were fantastic hosts. They made sure our glasses were never empty and delighted us with creative cocktail suggestions. The view from the bar is absolutely magnificent, complemented by a beautifully arranged beach setting. One evening, I arranged a romantic private dinner on the beach, and it exceeded all expectations. The setup was magical, the food was delicious, and the service was flawless. I regret that I can’t recall the name of our server (possibly Li), but he made us feel completely at ease and wonderfully entertained. This experience is highly recommended. Another highlight was the in-room BBQ, where Aum and Get (an award-winning chef) grilled an incredible selection including premium beef, Andaman Sea lobster, tiger prawns, and more. The room service manager, whose name I sadly forgot, was equally warm and attentive. Even though a wide range of sauces was already provided, I requested something more spicy and tangy — and without hesitation, they prepared it especially for us. This level of service truly stood out. We also enjoyed a boat trip, which was absolutely amazing. The boat was well-equipped with drinks and fresh fruit, and it was an unforgettable way to experience the surrounding beauty. Overall, it feels almost unfair to summarize such an exceptional stay in just a short review. Time and again, we were surprised by the hotel, the room, and most of all, the incredible team who went above and beyond to make us feel truly special. I already miss my time at Banyan Tree Krabi. I am usually someone who prefers to explore new destinations and hotels, but I can say with confidence that I will return to Banyan Tree Krabi. It is a truly remarkable place.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Banyan Tree Krabi. This was our first stay at a Banyan Tree property and it won't be our last! The property is beautiful and breathtaking. More importantly, the service here is impeccable. We met the most kindest and lovely staff that truly cared about our experience. Special shout out to Daria, Phoom, Veem, and Guy! They made sure we had the best time. This was hands down the best stay in 15 years of our travelling to 20+ countries!

Right from the start of our stay, Fah made us feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Fah impressed us with her warmth, attention to detail, and sincere desire to ensure everything was perfect. Her professionalism paired with her friendly personality truly elevated our stay. Tarn took the time to check about our stay and made sure everything was perfect. Her friendly and genuine approach made us feel valued. The resort itself is breathtaking—beautifully designed villas, serene views, and world-class facilities—but it’s the team who make Banyan Tree Krabi truly unforgettable! :)

We stayed at Banyan Tree Krabi in October 2025, and we have travelled around the world and stayed at many great hotels but the hospitality here is truly among the best we’ve ever experienced. Every staff member was incredible; kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. My wife has a very sensitive stomach and food intolerances, and from the first day, the restaurant staff made sure she always had meals suitable for her. They made a real effort to get it right every single time. A special thank you to the wonderful restaurant team — Olsng, Saina, Nine, and Priew, especially Priew, who always welcomed us with her sweet smile. The rooms were beautifully clean, and the housekeeping team, both in the morning and the evening, did a wonderful job. The room was spotless and had a lovely scent every night. And above all, a heartfelt thank you to Fah, the hotel host who welcomed us, showed us around the resort, and helped us change our room, making my wife’s birthday even more special. It meant so much to us, and we absolutely loved our stay. We absolutely recommend anyone traveling to Krabi to stay at the Banyan Tree, it’s truly exceptional.

This was the BEST vacation I have EVER been on in my life. From the hostesses, to the food & restaurants, to the rooms with great views and superb amenities. It was definitely a dream come true to visit the Banyan Tree Krabi Resort. Although it rained a little for 2 days of my stay, the sun was out between 11-6 and it was an amazing sunset views. The breakfast was buffet between 6-11am with everything you could ever think of there to eat. It is nice inside, clean and has a chef that will prepare you food that they do not have readily available upon arrival. It was so quiet and peaceful there I wish I could live there. I got a massage while I was there, kayak and went to the Ao Nang Elephant Sanctuary. It was so fun and relaxing my entire stay. Thank you to Ying my host, the staff and everyone who made my stay special. The customer service was great and I have never been treated better. I am definitely going back and I can’t wait. See you guys next year !
