Hi, I want to tell you about our stay at this hotel. A crazy experience, thinking about the little details for the customer, making the customer feel like they are only at the hotel. They treat them like the most special and important guest. Everything is possible, even the impossible, at the hotel it is possible. A perfect restaurant. Delicious food, everything is meticulously prepared at the highest level, and the service at the restaurant - we were there day after day, it simply remembered how I like to drink my drink. Fantastic and perfect together. I especially want to mention Daria and Jayda from the reception who simply did everything for us, made us feel like kings, with an endless smile all the time, on a personal level we celebrated a marriage proposal on the hotel's beach and we especially received Daria + Jayda to give us a hug. When we left, they attached a greeting card with a picture of us and a greeting for the marriage proposal. Amazing!!! A spectacular hotel, every corner is beautiful and precise. 1000000000000000000000/10

We stayed at Banyan Tree Krabi in October 2025, and we have travelled around the world and stayed at many great hotels but the hospitality here is truly among the best we’ve ever experienced. Every staff member was incredible; kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. My wife has a very sensitive stomach and food intolerances, and from the first day, the restaurant staff made sure she always had meals suitable for her. They made a real effort to get it right every single time. A special thank you to the wonderful restaurant team — Olsng, Saina, Nine, and Priew, especially Priew, who always welcomed us with her sweet smile. The rooms were beautifully clean, and the housekeeping team, both in the morning and the evening, did a wonderful job. The room was spotless and had a lovely scent every night. And above all, a heartfelt thank you to Fah, the hotel host who welcomed us, showed us around the resort, and helped us change our room, making my wife’s birthday even more special. It meant so much to us, and we absolutely loved our stay. We absolutely recommend anyone traveling to Krabi to stay at the Banyan Tree, it’s truly exceptional.

The resort is absolutely stunning. One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve seen in Thailand. The views are breathtaking, everything is impeccably clean, and the food was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the spa was luxurious and relaxing. Every moment was perfect — truly worth every penny. Without a doubt, the best hotel in Thailand

This was the BEST vacation I have EVER been on in my life. From the hostesses, to the food & restaurants, to the rooms with great views and superb amenities. It was definitely a dream come true to visit the Banyan Tree Krabi Resort. Although it rained a little for 2 days of my stay, the sun was out between 11-6 and it was an amazing sunset views. The breakfast was buffet between 6-11am with everything you could ever think of there to eat. It is nice inside, clean and has a chef that will prepare you food that they do not have readily available upon arrival. It was so quiet and peaceful there I wish I could live there. I got a massage while I was there, kayak and went to the Ao Nang Elephant Sanctuary. It was so fun and relaxing my entire stay. Thank you to Ying my host, the staff and everyone who made my stay special. The customer service was great and I have never been treated better. I am definitely going back and I can’t wait. See you guys next year !

We had a super and memorable family holiday at Banyan Tree Krabi and will definitely be back! 5 star all the way! The staff was exceptionally nice, responsive and proactive (including helping with our kid who was sick), including Pin and Gigi and everyone. The views were beautiful, lots of activities in and around the resort. The kids loved the kids water play area and slide. The food was one of the best in all the hotels we have stayed in Southeast Asia, especially at Saffron Restaurant. We did a super fun and delicious cooking class with Chef Bank, M and Khun Noogie at Saffron - loved it! The buggy were always super fast to arrive to do pickups and dropoffs. The spa treatments were excellent as well.
