We had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Resort! The breakfast was super varied and delicious, with plenty of options for every taste. Our room was spotless, shiny, and very clean, and the large, comfortable bed gave us an excellent night’s sleep. The location is great, very close to the beach, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. We also loved the happy hour at the pool bar—such a nice touch for relaxing afternoons. A special thanks to Mary at the reception—she was so kind and helpful in every way. We really appreciated her and would definitely love to come back!

When I booked this hotel, I confused it with the original Holiday Inn Krabi, which used to be by the sea and is now just called Holiday. I stayed at the original twice and it had a very pleasant vibe—both because it was on the beach and thanks to its overall atmosphere. You can’t say that about this one; I really don’t understand why Holiday Inn replaced it. This hotel is called a “resort,” but it isn’t a resort—it’s just a few buildings set into a hillside in the jungle. The rooms themselves are fine and clean, but everything else is AVERAGE. The restaurant and breakfast are average. If you stay right on the main road, you’ll get noise all day and night. If you have a room with a pool view, it’s quiet and nice. What I’ve noticed is that the hotel is mostly used by flight crews who have contracts to stay here. This is my third time in Krabi over the last 12 years, and now it’s become mainly an Indian place. There are Indian restaurants everywhere, and this hotel tailors much of its menu to Indian guests. They even complain in reviews about some kind of racism, which I don’t get, since they’re the majority here, along with Chinese and Russians. The whole of Krabi feels like “Little India,” and I don’t see any reason to go back. When I want to visit Thailand, I want to be in Thailand—eating Thai food and experiencing Thai culture. Otherwise, the price-to-performance ratio is very good.

We took the family room with a view. It was lovely. Kids loved the bunk beds. The little one loved the tipi tent. It felt like "their" room to them, rather than another room where they get the sofa bed. The view is absolutely a joy to wake up to every morning. Breakfast was fine, with a good variety. Pool isn't huge , but never felt crowded. All in all, great value!!

We stayed for 4days and 3night in this hotel. Our baby love their kids club. Our baby came nearly 6-7x to the kids club during our staycation. Mr Bank was also very helpful during our arrival & before we going back to airport. The location is startegic. Walkaway to the blue mountain night market, surrounded by shops, watson, 7E, money changer and many more. Very easy to find food halal or non halal. Its also a walkaway to the beach, and about 10minutes walk to the mosque. The staff are nice and helpful. We took normal room but it is so much satisfaction. Worth every penny. We had a great stay. Thank you Holiday Inn Krabi☺️

The staff were super friendly and helpful from the second we stepped on the property. We originally booked a standard room with a Mountain View. When we got on site we were told we were upgraded to a premium room which sounded great.. but our view ended up being the playground so that was a bummer! In hindsight we should have requested to decline the upgrade once we realized we lost the view. Other than that, the room was extremely clean and spacious. There were a lot of options and variety at breakfast, and they even had multiple coffee/espresso machines. The hotel had many restaurants around and only a 10 minute walk to the beach to get to other islands. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The only reason I took it down to a 4 star was because of the “upgrade” we received.
