We took the family room with a view. It was lovely. Kids loved the bunk beds. The little one loved the tipi tent. It felt like "their" room to them, rather than another room where they get the sofa bed. The view is absolutely a joy to wake up to every morning. Breakfast was fine, with a good variety. Pool isn't huge , but never felt crowded. All in all, great value!!

We paid a little more for an ocean view room on 4th floor, it was exceptional and definitely 5 star all the way, with the most stunning views and the staff were so professional and friendly. It’s in the heart of town just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great gym, huge pool although it closes at 7pm. I would suggest that it would be great to have it open for adults only from 7pm to 10pm. Highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the view of both the mountains and the beach is stunning. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality, and the pool area is nice, with just the right amount of people—never too crowded. However, we were disappointed by one thing: upon arrival, we were told that we had been upgraded to a better room with a better view. But when we got to the room, we realized it was actually a twin room that had been converted into a double room by pushing the two single beds together. The layout didn’t feel like a proper double room, and we could feel the gap between the two beds. When we brought this up with the reception, they responded quite abruptly, saying that if we wanted a “real” double bed, they would have to “downgrade” us to a room without a balcony or a view. For a hotel of this level, we expected a better solution, and certainly not two single beds pushed toget

We stayed for 4days and 3night in this hotel. Our baby love their kids club. Our baby came nearly 6-7x to the kids club during our staycation. Mr Bank was also very helpful during our arrival & before we going back to airport. The location is startegic. Walkaway to the blue mountain night market, surrounded by shops, watson, 7E, money changer and many more. Very easy to find food halal or non halal. Its also a walkaway to the beach, and about 10minutes walk to the mosque. The staff are nice and helpful. We took normal room but it is so much satisfaction. Worth every penny. We had a great stay. Thank you Holiday Inn Krabi☺️

The staff were super friendly and helpful from the second we stepped on the property. We originally booked a standard room with a Mountain View. When we got on site we were told we were upgraded to a premium room which sounded great.. but our view ended up being the playground so that was a bummer! In hindsight we should have requested to decline the upgrade once we realized we lost the view. Other than that, the room was extremely clean and spacious. There were a lot of options and variety at breakfast, and they even had multiple coffee/espresso machines. The hotel had many restaurants around and only a 10 minute walk to the beach to get to other islands. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The only reason I took it down to a 4 star was because of the “upgrade” we received.
