My sister and I met in New York City for a 4-day sister trip and had an absolute blast!!!! The hotel was not only affordable but also exceeded our expectations in term of service. The staff was fantastic, and we especially want to give a shout out to Maria. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome-like we were old friends.She was always there with a warm smile, great food recommendations, and genuine interest in how our day went every evening. Maria, thank you for taking such great care of us- you truly made our trip extra special. We'll definitely be back Shannon and Laura

Horrible hotel. Do not stay here, beware! Bathroom looks old, and the floors aren't clean. Unfortunately, I stayed there and their "leadership team" told us that the water was going to be out from 10am-6pm EDT. Well come to find out when I returned to my hotel at 10:30pm EDT, 10:30PM, the water and the AC is OUT. I didn't notice this until I went to my room. After that, I tried to call the front desk with the phone in my room, and guess what? The PHONE DOESNT WORK! This is the WORST experience I've ever had in any hotel. Poor service, poor leadership, horrible room. Save your money, and go to other hotels around the area. I will NEVER stay here again.

Perfect for a solo traveler staying a few days and just looking for a clean and safe place to sleep at night. Can't beat the location either. My room was **extremely clean**, including the bathroom. Bed/pillows were comfortable enough for someone like me who has insomnia. Pilled are a bit flat fyi. There is a mattress but no box spring. At least you can check under the bed and see how clean it is. Room was actually bigger than I thought, I've stayed in smaller in NYC. Big flat screen TV. Some metal storage box furniture for clothes but was fine. No mini fridge but I knew that before I booked. There are vending machines w drinks and snacks in lobby and an attached restaurant. Room could benefit from having at least a folding chair so there could be somewhere else to sit. Temp controls worked fine, and temperature easily adjusted. Could hear slamming doors but you can let your room fan run or bring a white noise machine or earplugs like me. Didn't hear much outside noise and I was on the second floor. Bathroom was small but served its purpose. No issues with toilet or shower. Temperature was fine, water pressure good and can be adjusted. I appreciated the decent quality hair dryer. Shower has gel, shampoo and conditioner affixed to the wall. Sink has bar of soap. No lotion. Room didn't get serviced, I guess leave your room before 11am lolol. Hotel lobby inside and out had constant security which was very nice to see. Please don't hesitate to stay here, I enjoyed my time.

I had a personal interaction with the hotel receptionist, Maria, and she truly stood out. She was exceptionally helpful and went out of her way to assist me in resolving an issue with my reservation. Since it was the weekend and the management team was not on-site, Maria offered several thoughtful solutions and clearly explained how I could proceed. She even informed me of the exact time the night shift manager would be available. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression. Maria is a remarkable person and a true asset to the hotel.

Was told on the phone when I made the reservation I could have guaranteed early check in at 1pm. I made sure to repeat that 4 times the person assured me I would be able to check in at 1pm arrived to the hotel at 1:30 and was told absolutely not and I could leave my bags but nothing was ready. I stressed I needed it because I had somewhere to be but no one cared then I finally get to check in at 3 and I get into the worlds smallest elevator to go up to the worlds smallest room could barely move then not even 10 minutes later a knock on the door that the water would be shut off at 10am they should’ve said this upon check in as I would’ve gone elsewhere for all these inconveniences. $500 to stay in a shoebox and have no water in the morning is absolutely absurd on top of already being lied to about checking in. Would not recommend or return but the location is great for tourists
