I had a very pleasant stay at Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok during my business trip. I was upgraded to a high-floor room (32nd floor) with a beautiful river view, which was much appreciated. The staff behaviour was outstanding. Everyone was polite and helpful, and I was especially impressed that the reception team addressed me by name whenever I called. The receptionist who checked me in was very welcoming, with a genuine smile that set a great tone for the stay. The food was excellent, and the complimentary ferry service made it very easy to move around and explore the city during my free time. Even though this was a business visit, I could relax and enjoy the hotel comfortably. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Breakfast was outstanding—fresh, abundant, and beautifully presented, enjoyed with stunning river views. Celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary at Chatrium Riverside made the experience truly unforgettable. The hotel exceeded all expectations with thoughtful, heartfelt touches—beautiful bed décor, special lighting, and a chocolate cake delivered to our room. These gestures made us feel deeply valued and celebrated, creating memories we will cherish forever. This was the best staycation experience I’ve ever had in Bangkok. From the thoughtful anniversary cake, the room upgrade, to the team calling in advance to ask about our preferred seating for dinner — every detail truly made us feel special and well cared for. The service was outstanding at every touchpoint: from a smooth and welcoming check-in, attentive and professional restaurant service, to the lovely housekeeping team. We had an amazing stay at this riverside hotel in Bangkok. The view of the river was absolutely gorgeous, and the overall ambiance was so relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the concierge service was excellent—always ready to help with a smile. The in-house restaurant served a fantastic breakfast with a wide selection of international cuisines, and the room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. The location is also super convenient, with a 7-Eleven and Starbucks just steps away. One of the best perks was the free ferry service to Sathorn Pier, which made getting around the city so easy. Overall, We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Bangkok.

Big river view rooms with living room and small kitchen and balcony .which we loved. The shower was rubbish amd considering how the price has gone up here I think they should be refurbished...weird glass wall from shower into bedroom. Which although has a blind it is controlled by person in bedroom so very odd. Beds super.comfortable Food was fab. Pool area was amazing . Asiatique is packed and like your worst nightmare but great for kids and youngsters who live the theme park/shopping experience.
