Excellent value for money and a great choice in Bangkok. The hotel is a bit further from the city center, but the peaceful riverside location and beautiful river views more than make up for it. It’s a nice escape from the busy city while still being well connected. The staff were very kind, professional, and always helpful. Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the pool with a river view is a real highlight. Overall, a very pleasant stay with nothing major to complain about, except that the security deposit refund is taking quite a long time - it has been a week since checkout and it has still not been returned. Despite this, we would still consider staying here again.

We had an amazing family stay at Chatrium Riverside Hotel. The riverfront location is stunning and very peaceful, and it made a perfect base for exploring the city with kids. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always patient with our children and happy to help with any requests. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and everyone in the family found something they loved. The pool area was a highlight for the kids, and the views from the hotel were simply beautiful. Overall, Chatrium Riverside Hotel provided a wonderful family experience. We felt safe, comfortable, and very well looked after. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to other families.

We were blessed with a magnificent 34th-floor room overlooking the Chao Phraya River. The views were breathtaking, especially at night when the river shimmered with lights and celebration. The room was spacious, elegant, and immaculately clean, offering exceptional comfort and peace. Cleanliness across the hotel was impeccable. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh, abundant, and beautifully presented, enjoyed with stunning river views. Celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary at Chatrium Riverside made the experience truly unforgettable. The hotel exceeded all expectations with thoughtful, heartfelt touches—beautiful bed décor, special lighting, and a chocolate cake delivered to our room. These gestures made us feel deeply valued and celebrated, creating memories we will cherish forever. Bangkok is a beautiful city, and Chatrium Riverside Hotel provided the perfect setting to honour such a meaningful milestone. An exceptional stay in every way. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Bangkok. Services organized excellently, from checkin, to the shuttle boat, to the new year eve dinner, all the processes ran extremely smooth and we were just enjoying our vacation in a relaxed mode without a single worry. Amazing true 5 star experience. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Dinner buffet for New Year eve was managed perfectly. Drinks flow ran very smooth, and variety and freshness of food was remarkable, everything was of the top quality and we enjoyed it a lot. Booking table outside was a right choice as we were close to fireworks and the show. Breakfast has a very good variety, or though was a little chaotic because of the amount of people running around in a relatively small space. If I can complain at all, it would be slow elevators. Sometimes we had to wait a long time, especially if hotel was full. Still, it is a definite favorite for me in Bangkok

From the thoughtful anniversary cake, the room upgrade, to the team calling in advance to ask about our preferred seating for dinner — every detail truly made us feel special and well cared for. The service was outstanding at every touchpoint: from a smooth and welcoming check-in, attentive and professional restaurant service, to the lovely housekeeping team. The room decoration was beautifully done and added a very special touch to our stay. This staycation exceeded all expectations and set a very high standard.
