More like 4.5 stars. New hotel with well-appointed rooms. Pleasant view of river from balcony. One-bedroom suite has an odd layout with the bathroom completely splitting the living room and the bedroom. Hotel has good selection of on-site dining options, including outdoor by the river. Executive lounge has great views and attentive staff. Hotel water shuttle provides convenient access to public transit and Icon Siam mall. Starbucks and 7-11 next door. Concierge was able to take care of all needs on short notice. There is notable noise from the tour boats and river restaurants all the way until 11PM. Also, my room was twice filled with smoke when neighbors decided to ignore the no-smoking policy. This seems to be a consistent problem, since the hotel has air purifiers and scented spray at the ready to bring to your room.

I cannot express enough how wonderful my stay at this hotel has been. The staff and service are excellent and very accommodating. The location is wonderful, right on the river. There is so much to do in this area. As for me, I was so content in this hotel that I barely wanted to leave. The pool is beautiful Also overlooking the river. The breakfast buffet has such a variety of cuisines and is so wonderful. I was offered a room upgrade, and I didn’t even want to take it because my basic room was so nice. I literally wish I could live here. I would 10 out of 10 recommend staying at this hotel, you will not be disappointed. The hotel also offers a free boat shuttle to icon Siam and the pier nearby by. I am already looking forward to my next stay here.

This hotel is truly magnificent. The rooms are huge; probably the biggest rooms in bangkok. All amenities are available and the breakfast is wonderful. We only stayed one night but next trip we will definitely stay more. The staff are all nice and friendly They even complimentary offer you all the items in the minibar at the room. Great hotel with a beautiful view of the river. The pool was incredible and delightful to lounge around with its own cool view and pool bar! The breakfast is amazing all you can eat with all sorts of international options! All of the staff was so nice. The complimentary barge shuttle was super convenient and much appreciated. Super clean room that was cleaned everyday! Location closer to asiatique (cool market and pier with dinner cruises) and makes up for being farther from the super touristy areas with the barge they provide to take you to a pir closer to the main attractions.

Beautiful views, spacious rooms, and an impeccable breakfast. However, the booking process and service still have untapped potential. Once improved, this hotel has everything it takes to be truly outstanding.
