I came to Bangkok for work and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Nov 2025. I stayed in the ‘One bedroom suite King City View’. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, living room space, balcony, bathroom and a view of the Chao Praya River. The design is a bit dated but the amenities were great. The bed and room was very comfortable. From check-in, I experienced very good service from the front desk staff, Khun ‘Olive’ who welcomed me with a smile and gracious hospitality. She even walked me to the elevator and checked if I needed a valet to bring my luggage up. When I requested for a late check out on the day itself, she did her best to assist with my request with a smile. She represented the Chatrium Hotel very well and is an asset and ambassador for them. Though this location is away from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit and nightlife, but it’s great for a quieter and scenic view of the Chao Praya River. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and will recommend them. I look forward to returning in future. Khob Khun Krap to the hotel team 🙏🏻

We had an amazing stay at this riverside hotel in Bangkok. The view of the river was absolutely gorgeous, and the overall ambiance was so relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the concierge service was excellent—always ready to help with a smile. The in-house restaurant served a fantastic breakfast with a wide selection of international cuisines, and the room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. The location is also super convenient, with a 7-Eleven and Starbucks just steps away. One of the best perks was the free ferry service to Sathorn Pier, which made getting around the city so easy. Overall, We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Bangkok.

I love the staff at Chatrium. Every single person greets you warmly and does their best to ensure you have the best stay. We arrived with a fuzzy baby, our room was not quite ready and they upgraded our room to a two bedroom suite at no cost and let us keep it for the rest of the stay. This was a highly appeiciated gesture. We tried the in room dining and were very happy with the food. The breakfast at Chatrium is outstanding. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

I stayed here for 2 days and 1 night, and I was truly impressed and delighted. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my entire stay, from check-in to check-out. They provided excellent recommendations for all services, especially Khun Toey, who took great care of me and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She is amazing girl for helping me. I want to say thank you her so much for taking care me. I stayed on the 24th floor, and the room was very clean with a beautiful view. Everything was extremely impressive, and I will definitely come back again.

Beautiful rooms (and bathroom) overlooking the river. We also had a nice veranda and the room has an espresso machine. Breakfast has an enormous variety of Asian and Western dishes, but coffee was poor. There was a nice seating area outside on the river-front. The buffet diner was expensive, and they ran out of some dishes. The boat service operated every thirty minutes to the pier and was free and three times per day to the huge, modern mall. We had excellent service overall.
