We were guests here in April 2025, here are our impressions of the Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok: The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable, and the room was tip top. The breakfast buffet was a dream. Our son had a Western breakfast and was happy, while we had an Asian breakfast, with everything from soup to noodles and rice to fresh fruit. It was simply delicious. The location right on the river is perfect; the hotel offers a shuttle boat that takes you right into the heart of Bangkok. The view over the Chao Phraya River was spectacular, even from the 8th floor. 5 stars; everything was perfect for us. 😋😍

Excellent location, spacious, comfortable rooms, incredible staff and a lovely pool, what’s not to like? Spent a whole week here and enjoyed every minute. Stunning river views from the large balcony, tons of decent restaurants within easy walking distance plus free (and frequent) shuttle boats, you will not be disappointed. Add in the easy transport links and the fact it’s peacefully quiet and you know you’re onto a winner. Highly recommended.

5 stars out of 5 stars....well deserved kudos for an excellent stay at the Chatrium Hotel . From the front desk greeting to ease of check-in , the initial service was superb. The room on the 34th floor with club access was spacious with a Chao Phraya river that was breathtaking. The Club lounge on the 36th floor was relaxing with on of the best views in Bangkok.. Food was decent, and the service was off-the- charts attentive and welcoming!!!! The hotel location could not have been more perfect. The hotel boat plying the Chao Phraya river dropped me off either at Sathorn (BTS connection) or IconSiam. The kitchen in the room had all the basics necessary. TV, AC, and shower all worked well. A rainshower head would have been great. Bed was comfortable. Elevators were fast . The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight . The selections included both Western and Asian and Indian selections. Great choices. Coffee stations got very busy at peak hours and could have used a few more coffee machines. Breakfast on the River Barge patio, early in the morning, was perfect and an awesome way to start a Bangkok day 😀 😋 Service at breakfast was impeccable and extremely helpful. Handicap ♿️ doable and recommended. Final take.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL OF THE ABOVE REASONS. I will stay here again in the future.

I booked this hotel for my mother's birthday and we both loved it. We stayed in the one bedroom suite king with riverview, and the room was perfect. Amazing view from the bedroom and living room. Great balcony. Spacious living room. Very long, comfortable couch, which was great since that's where I slept, lol. Very nice international buffet breakfast with vegetarian/vegan options. Nice selection of foods available to order for lunch and dinner whether in room or in the restaurant. In room dining is available 24 hrs. The grounds around the hotel are very nice with a great view of the river. A river boat is available to take you to one of the main boat piers and Iconsiam shopping complex where all the dinner boats and tours are launched. The outdoor pool is a really nice size, and there is also a separate kids pool and hot tub. The gym is nice with free weights and treadmills. Men's and women's locker rooms have showers, restrooms, and saunas. Every member of the staff has been great, I can't say enough how polite everyone has been. Finally the sky bar is something you must go to on the 36th floor. Great drinks and an amazing view.

The hotel is 10/10. We had the Grand Deluxe River View room booked and it was spectacular. Very spacious with everything that we needed. Complimentry mini bar. Good size balcony with great views of the city. Customer service was faultless. Breakfast was the best of all the hotels we had stayed during our Thailand trip. The head chef was on the floor making sure everything was up to standard. Go quality and variety of food. Regular boat service to Iconsiam which was ideal. Location is central enough to get anywhere in Bangkok via Bolt/taxi. Public transport however is a little far out (20 minute walk to the nearest station).
