I had a fantastic stay at Centara Watergate Pavilion. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, cosy, and very comfortable. They come with all the essential amenities and are kept spotless thanks to daily housekeeping. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful—always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the main shopping malls in Pratunam like Platinum Mall, CentralWorld, Big C, and more. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store right around the corner, which is super handy for quick snacks or essentials. The hotel is also attached to a mall, which has some nice shopping options right on site. In-room dining was excellent, with a good variety and great flavour—perfect for when you want to unwind in your room. Transfers are easy—the hotel is about 45 minutes from BKK airport. You can take a Grab or Bolt taxi, and on the way back, the hotel can arrange a taxi for 500 baht including highway tolls, which is very convenient. Tips for future travelers: There's a spa on the ground floor, attached to the mall and run by a third party. They offer excellent massages at very affordable prices. If you're looking to relax after a long day of shopping, I highly recommend checking it out. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

It's my 1st time staying here for 3 nights. Everything is nice from Reception to Concierge. Room is big and clean. Very comfortable bed with great pillows. My room is on 17th floor with great view. Took train from airport directly less than 30mins, walk from station to hotel about less than 10mins. The hotel has many retail shops and massage parlour. If you want to have a quiet place to relax, visit this massage parlour instead. It is located right in front of the lobby entrance. Upon arrival, Concierge will collect your luggage and advise you to proceed to level 9 for check in. Thereafter, they sent up our luggage for us. Overall, we find this a good hotel to stay. After all, with all the great reviews, no regret.

Pros: Large and nice rooms, very clean. Nice terrace on 9th floor. Professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast. 10mn walk to Central World and Platinum. +1 for the rooftop bar at night. Cons: No swimming pool. Small gym. Tourist shops at the bottom of the building (personally it's a con because it makes it feel cheap). Outside of hotel are dirty pavements, smelly. Bit aggressive massage parlors. Overall a good hotel. 4 stars because there are many other good hotels around, competition is tough.

One of the best hotels to date. Amazing facilities. The staff were very friendly. The chef was amazing and made a special Jain breakfast every day, as there were limited Jain options available. It’s great for vegetarians. The hotel staff and everyone there were fantastic. The room size was a bit small, but the hospitality was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Good hotel to stay in and very clean. The service is very good especially the concierge, wanlop who helped my friend to get transport everywhere we want to go. The bed is very comfortable except the pillow is too soft. Food bf is good and location to platinum and big c is about 10-15min walking. Along the way many shop along the way. Very friendly and well greeting staff.
