I recently stayed at Watergate Pavilion Bangkok Hotel. The hotel is in a prime location, which makes it very convenient for shopping and exploring Bangkok. The property itself feels like a luxury hotel: the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay. I really loved the spread, there were plenty of options. However, the service experience was mixed. At check-in, they asked for a security deposit in cash, which was a bit inconvenient. Although we managed to arrange it, it would have been easier if card options were available. Another issue I faced was in the lobby area. After a long and tiring day in Bangkok, I briefly lay down on the sofa to rest, but a staff member asked me not to sleep there and to remain seated upright. Felt rude. While the property and amenities are impressive, the service could be slightly more guest-friendly to match the luxury experience.

We had a really wonderful stay here as a family. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of options, and the hospitality truly stood out. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. My family especially appreciated the service and the overall care shown to guests. The rooms were well-equipped with smart TVs, which was very convenient—especially when traveling with family and wanting to relax together in the evenings. The only downside was that there was no swimming pool, which would have been a nice addition for families. But apart from that, everything was perfect. If we visit Bangkok again, this will definitely be one of our go-to hotels.

Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok is a great choice for exploring the city Location is unbeatable - right in the heart of Bangkok, surrounded by local shopping and eating options. Palladium Mall is just a stone's throw away, making it a shopper's paradise . The hotel entry is sleek and modern, and the 9th floor reception area offers a great view of the city. The rooms are clean, well-managed, and comfy . Staff are super responsive and helpful too! Only thing I'd suggest is maybe some tweaks to the breakfast spread, but overall, it's a solid stay.

My partner and i had such a pleasant stay at Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Receptionists were friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team was very kind too. Everyday our towels were changed and the room was always spotless. We stayed on the 15th floor in a smoking room and everything was comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel itself is very convenient — there’s even a Starbucks downstairs, and the location is near almost everywhere. The bellboy uncle who helped carry our luggage was super friendly and truly deserved tips for his kindness and service. Even though this is a 4.5-star hotel, honestly the service felt top tier. We only paid for the breakfast buffet for one day, and there were so many varieties from Asian to Western food, breads, pastries, hot and cold drinks. It’s not halal certified, so i only ate the bread selection, but for 350 baht, it was still extremely satisfying and worth the experience. The TV in the room came with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Travelling around Bangkok was very convenient too. The hotel is near BTS and Airport Rail Link access, although for nearby places i would recommend using Grab or taxi riders because Bangkok traffic can get really jammed. Still, me and my partner managed to travel around easily using BTS throughout our trip. On the way back to the airport, we booked the hotel SUV service for 700 baht, and to us it was affordable, comfortable and hassle-free. If you sign up for their free hotel membership, you can also enjoy benefits like early check-in which is really useful. What made this stay extra memorable for me was the surprise prepared by the staff on my first day. They placed birthday cards signed by the staff, macarons, a small cake and birthday wishes in the room. I never even told them it was my birthday, so this really touched my heart and became a very special memory for me. We truly want to thank all the Centara team members — from the reception staff, housekeeping team, and especially the friendly bellboy uncle — for giving us such sweet memories during our Bangkok trip. This will definitely be our permanent hotel whenever we travel to Bangkok again ❤️

I was here to pick up my tourists so no comment on the room. Personally, I received a good hospitality from the staff from the bottom til réception, appreciated it. The hôtel lobby and restroom are clean and cozy. Nice view from higher floor or lobby. The hôtel is also well places in term of those who désires to do a lot of shopping and visit some historical places. The hôtel can be easily accessed by local transports like taxi, tuktuk, BTS Skyline, or taxi-boat. However, for the traffic is sure case that very busy especially during prime time.
