Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok is a great choice for exploring the city Location is unbeatable - right in the heart of Bangkok, surrounded by local shopping and eating options. Palladium Mall is just a stone's throw away, making it a shopper's paradise . The hotel entry is sleek and modern, and the 9th floor reception area offers a great view of the city. The rooms are clean, well-managed, and comfy . Staff are super responsive and helpful too! Only thing I'd suggest is maybe some tweaks to the breakfast spread, but overall, it's a solid stay.

Stayed at Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel and had a great experience. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable, and the service is top-notch—special mention to the concierge team for their excellent assistance throughout the trip. I didn’t opt for the breakfast package because I wanted to try the local food, but the buffet looked very tempting and well-presented each morning. Location is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance—Big C, CentralWorld, Platinum Mall—and tons of delicious local food like Pratunam chicken rice, boat noodles, Soi 19 wanton noodles, and the night market. It’s also easy to get to other shopping areas, though do note that traffic can be heavy depending on the time you return. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Great place for shoppers and food lovers!

Amazing stay with a top notch service. I really loved my stay at this hotel this time I was in Bangkok. The drop off point is at Level 1, which is the same level to the back entrance of a shopping mall. The check in is at Level 9. Plus: 1. Location is superb. Right above a shopping mall. There is 7E just a few blocks away on the same side of the street. Pratinum shopping mall is very walkable. 2. There is a very good massage parlor just downstair at level 1. 3. Very efficient and friendly check in counter. They are the first hotel that actually followed the special request on Trip.com without me having to repeat it again at check in. I was given a room away from the lift, and after I went into the room, a staff came to deliver an extra pillow, a special request that Ive put by default for all my hotel bookings via Trip.com. Amazing attention to small details. 4. Room was clean. Aircond was working fine. Hot water available anytime with good pressure. 5. Housekeeping was great and polite. Staffs are friendly and polite, including the staffs at Level 1. Always makes jokes when I collected my grab foods there. Amazing time.

We stayed at Cebtara Watergate Pavilkion Hotel for two nights and it was worth it. We were a group of around 40 people and had to choose a place near to market. Particularly the location of this place is absolutely awesome because lots of shopping malls like Indra, MBK and others. Decent rooms and a very good breakfast as well. Very cooperative staff and the overall the experience was absolutely great.

Well located hotel near Pavilion mall. It is minutes walk to Central world and steps away from the night market. Lots of street food and food places around. Hotel is pretty old but we'll maintained. Everything works fine and room is spacious. Breakfast is pretty good with some changes everyday. Staff are friendly and service is good. Only drawback is the traffic outside but after all, it's the same everywhere around this area.
