I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ramada Riverside Bangkok. From the moment I checked in, the service was outstanding. I originally booked for one night, but I decided to extend my stay simply because everything was so perfect. A special thank you to the manager, RONAWAT !! , who went out of his way to make sure I could stay in the same room for my additional night. His professionalism and warm hospitality really made the experience even more memorable. The location is unbeatable—right on the river, giving a peaceful yet convenient spot to explore Bangkok. The food was excellent, and the buffet breakfast was absolutely to die for—a true highlight of the stay. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the attentiveness of the staff, was handled flawlessly. This was a five-star experience all the way through, and I truly appreciate everything the staff and management did to make my time here so enjoyable. I highly recommend Ramada Riverside Bangkok and will definitely return on my next trip.

Great Service and Good Food I had a nice experience during my stay. The front desk staff were very good — they were polite, helpful, and made my visit smooth and comfortable. The restaurant staff were also very attentive; they listened to my requests carefully and provided great service. The food was really good and exceeded my expectations. A couple of concerns: * The rooms are a bit small. * The manager, Pitchaya, seemed quite serious. It would be nice if she could be a bit more customer-friendly and welcoming, with a smile. Overall, the excellent service from the staff and the quality of the food made the stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again.

Excellent Customer Service and Great Vibes! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm, smiling faces that instantly made us feel welcome. The staff was always ready to help with anything we needed, no matter how big or small. Their friendly and attentive attitude really stood out. Room service was quick and efficient, and the food quality was great too. The entire experience—from the hospitality to the cleanliness and comfort of the room—was smooth and pleasant. The overall vibe of the hotel is just so positive and relaxing. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a great environment for their guests. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely visit again!

Great location in Bangkok to overpriced and old fashioned for the price they charge! 15 o’clock check in as standard absolutely unacceptable for 5 star hotel ! Bed was great! Sauna and jacuzzi out of service! Was not worth the money to in Ramada specially if you are discovering Bangkok most of the time

The room was very nice, although it had a slightly old smell at first. The service team was very friendly and helpful. We found a small bug in our room at 2 a.m., and they gave us a free room upgrade. The location was okay, but it always took some time to get back after a day out.
