Great 2 bedroom suites available for the bigger families. Lovely pool. Gym available, too. Very good buffet breakfast and convenient bar meals, albeit they are a bit pricey. This hotel could do with a refurbishment to get back to 5 star but is still good and worth it. Easy enough to get e everywhere. The sky train station is a 10-15 minute walk. Easy access to most tourist attractions via public transport

I recently stayed here with my family in a 2 bedroom suite and I honestly had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned everyday with new towels, sheets and water and the location worked for us. I visited the spa and enjoyed a relaxing massage as well as using the pool and gym facilities. I took a star away only to due to the fact that the hotel room could do with a little updating, it needs a lick of paint and the bathroom could do with re-grouting and the sofa and carpets had stains on them but if none of that bothers you then I recommend you come and stay here. Also the pool is absolutely freezing! View from the pool is stunning but the roof top bar is closed for renovation so it would have been nice to no that in advance although we did visit the restaurant which had amazing views at night.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the check-in experience I encountered at your hotel on the afternoon of June 2, 2025. As a hotel that prides itself on providing five-star service, your operational mismanagement on this day severely undermined your reputation and resulted in an extremely unpleasant start to my stay. Specifically, upon my arrival at 5:00 PM to check in, I was astonished to find only one staff member at the check-in counter during what should be a peak period. This glaring understaffing forced me and other guests to endure an unacceptable two-hour wait. For a five-star hotel, such a blatant lack of adequate staffing is not only inefficient but also demonstrates a severe disregard for guests' valuable time. What was even more egregious was the complete absence of any management-level personnel throughout this extended waiting period. This not only signifies your hotel's indifference to service quality but also shows a profound disrespect for your guests. When customers are facing service difficulties, the absence of management is unequivocally a dereliction of duty, making guests feel unheard and unvalued. This experience has led me to seriously question the professional standards and service commitment of your establishment. Your hotel failed to deliver the level of service commensurate with its five-star status, which is not only unfair to me but also a disservice to all customers who trust your brand. I demand a clear and reasonable explanation for this incident and request that you outline the specific corrective actions your hotel will implement to ensure such a situation never recurs. I expect your immediate attention to this complaint and prompt action to rectify the negative impression left by this service failure. Great location - grabs are cheaper. Amenities are pretty good, same as breakfast. Staff is super friendly - we were celebrating our honeymoon and got a free upgrade!!! Only downside is that the rooms are a bit old - if they would renew them, this would be a world class hotel. Regardless, price/value, very recommended
