Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel did not meet expectations, and I believe it does not deserve a 5-star rating, but rather a maximum of 3 stars. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but I was shocked by the poor cleanliness. I even found insects in my suite, which was completely unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard of hygiene. The furniture in the room was old and worn out, and the room decor was outdated. Even the design of the hallways felt very old and unmaintained. Upon arrival, the hotel’s lobby looked impressive and gave the impression of a high-class establishment, but the shock came as soon as I entered the room—it was a completely different story, with its outdated design and lack of modernity. For the first time in my life, I stayed in a suite that did not have a coffee machine! How can a hotel claiming to be 5 stars lack such a basic amenity in its suites? On top of all this, upon arrival, the hotel required a deposit of 4,000 Baht as a guarantee, which was not clearly communicated beforehand and felt excessive. The experience fell far below the expected standard, and I will not be staying here again in the future.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms are very big, the bathroom very nice and the beds very comfortable. There is also a locker for the safety of your belongings. The personnel is very polite and helpful. Especially Patt who was responsible for my reservation is excellent! There is a rooftop bar on 38th floor with awesome view of the city. The facilities of the hotel are perfect and it is very cheap for a 5-star hotel. Totally worth it!

I had high expectations with this hotel because it is supposedly a 5-star hotel. A good amount of people left reviews with high reviews. The first hotel my partner and I got stank, a plant growing from the sink, and the sink water not draining well. The hair dryer also doesn’t work. We asked to switch rooms and were greeted with a much worse situation but what made it “better” was the lesser strong smell. It’s obvious that they don’t keep the rooms maintained. They also don’t keep the rooms clean. I noticed this with the cups and spoons. It had stains which easily came off when I hand washed it myself. I used the cup but the next day, I noticed that they just put that cup back to place without cleaning it because my coffee stains in the side remained. Nothing gets cleaned, with so much stains and dusts collected on top. The sink faucet also are crooked and wobbly. When was this place last cared for? The water pressure is also non-existence. Turning the knobs doesn’t change anything and it had the smallest amount of water coming out. It took forever to clean my face or brush my teeth. The knob is also very moldy. Seriously? Is this even a 5 star hotel? If I wanted a 2-3 star hotel, I would’ve booked that instead. I will never stay here again. One star is a generous rating. It has potential if they cared about their hotel. The staffs don’t seem to care either, they probably don’t get paid enough to care.

The rooms and everything in this hotel is outdated. It's broken, dirty and looks horribly run down. Our room wasn't clean when we arrived, there was dirt everywhere. Upon complaining to the front desk, they sent the housekeeping for deep cleaning. They tried to apologise by offering us some drinks on the house, and the staff is trying their best to fix what is possible. However, the hotel definitely needs a renovation. Rooms were a tad smelly and there were stains on the walls, dust on the lamps, they were hardly in the correct position and some were broken. Due to lime at the faucet and shower head, the water did not run properly. Also, rooms were advertised as bigger online than what we actually received. Breakfast is ok, but not the quality and variety you expect from a "5" star hotel. It certainly can't be labelled as a 5 star hotel, I'd give it 2-3 max. Rooftop was closed for renovation as well which wasn't mentioned upon booking, which was another downgrade. The staff was always attentive and lovely. Avoid staying here if you're looking for comfort and expect new or at least well looked after rooms/ facilities.

I'll keep this short. This is NOT. 5 star hotel. The 2 bedroom skyline suite I stayed in was filthy / outdated. This is at best comparable to a 3 star hotel. The living room was dirty, boogers on the wall, and furniture are stained. The wooden desk are completely scratched up. I cannot in the right mind recommend this place to anyone.
