We had a peaceful and pleasant stay at Rembrandt Residences in February 2025. The staff, including the reception team and luggage assistants, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We booked a family suite, which was very clean and well-maintained. While the property does have a classic, older charm, we had no complaints whatsoever. For those mentioning issues with the lifts—there are three elevators, and during our stay, two of them worked flawlessly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay.

Though these residences are abit dated where it lost a star. I would say its benefits are its close proximity to places like terminal 21 shopping mall, and Asok BTS and if you like to party then Soi Cow Boy but also has a lot of restaurants close by including the ones in the residence. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good wifi and they do have an extensive room service menu. I had a room with a view of the pool area which was nice. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from the and staff were always friendly and easy to engage. There was free parking included in my package which was good. Overall a good clean comfortable hotel in a good location in the centre of Bangkoks tourist district. Only other negative though the wifi was good. I have noticed that every word document I opened up using the wifi here has been corrupted and not sure what has happened there. So I suggest they password protect their wifi to make it more secure or maybe their wifi has some security issues and unsafe to use.

I recently stayed at the Rembrandt Hotel in Bangkok and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Special mention goes to Mr. Tono from the concierge team, and Mr. Din and Mr. Bang from the bellboy team. They were incredibly helpful and kind, especially when I needed assistance finding a prayer room. They not only guided me but did so with genuine willingness and a smile—something I truly appreciated 🥹❤️ Our room was spotless—cleaned thoroughly and neatly every day. It was always a joy to return to such a fresh and welcoming space after a long day out. The attention to detail in housekeeping definitely added to the overall experience. The location is another major plus. The hotel is conveniently situated near popular shopping spots like Siam Centre and Siam Paragon, making it easy for us to explore. All in all, I would definitely recommend Rembrandt Hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok! 😊
