The hotel is located in good area near sevral malls. Good working AC and clean rooms. Got an upgraded room without asking, very sweet. Staffs named Bombay, Soon, Bee and Thor are very helpful and sweet. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The pictures from booking.com were far from accurate to match the property we were first(and secondly) placed in. The furniture was old and stained, walls old and stained, floors scuffed and missing pieces of the wood/linoleum and appliances very old. The rooms also felt so musty and unkempt. However our main concern was the infestation of cockroaches in our room. I had originally only seen one in the kitchen area, and since we're in a tropical climate I tried to be understanding, but there were dozens and dozens that we killed over the course of the night in various locations throughout the apartment. It was at that time I realized I didn't want to switch rooms yet again and would prefer to not deal with any more potential problems that arose.

Hotel is little bit outdated,but you par exact price for it. Very comfy and big rooms, with all what You need. Have small gym,great pool ....service is perfect girls on desk very polite and eager to help ... location is great also 500m from bts but in nice quiet street,7 eleven ... massage ... close to Terminal 21 and Emsphere ... we are coming back in January !

The room was a great value. We did have an insect problem in the first room but we were moved to another room and it wasn’t a problem. The location is great and the food from room service was surprisingly good. I come to this hotel all the time. It is an old dated hotel but it’s still the best value in Sukhumvit. We got a two bedroom two bath apt with a kitchen for a great price that couldn’t be beaten. Highly recommend.

We had stay the hotel for 2 night and had excellent experiences, Ms.Kim been professional check us in even we have trouble with our booking trough the agent. The room was fantastic, park view, big and soft bed , the bath room great size with all amenities. The location is great that I can travelling with sky train, subway and airport link. Kevin,Day,Bee and Tor alway pay attention to the customer when you arrive and want to go out , they provide us with Took took up and down all day with smiles. My children recommended me to stay hear again for next holiday.
