The hotel was very clean, and rooms were a fairly decent size. Sea food restaurant had a very good mix of choices for dinner. Can't fault it at all. Breakfast had a very good variety to choose from and a nice view of the sea to relax. Went out of season, so only 1 week of entertainment at the hotel. Was our first time in Thailand, and it didn't disappoint. Visited Patong a few times, and had so many more restaurants and shops and bars, will think about coming to that area next time. The staff were amazing, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They always seemed to be smiling and happy. The only thing I didn't understand was having to sign a receipt every time we ordered a drink or food as we were all-inclusive.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a stunning sea view that made each morning feel special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Daniel at the lobby, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and beautiful views – we’ll definitely come back!

Beautiful place. Very helpful service. I am really thankfull for all help that receptionists and staff gave us. If you search for cozy stay near nice beach with sand and no rocks - this place is very good for you. Silence. Beach. Hospitality. Happiness. Thanks of one time for great stay.

Not understanding the good reviews. The hotel is very old and worn, feels like a scene from the 80s. The facilities are really old and in need of refurbishment. There are broken tiles in the bathroom, the kids club is always unattended (in the rare event it is, the staff doesn’t engage the kids and only cares about her lunch break), the pool is also dirty. There is no elevator to all the rooms. Food in the restaurants are mediocre although breakfast has a decent spread. The beach is ok, with enough sun beds for all. But you need to use a towel card to exchange for a towel - the cards like most of the hotel are old and worn.

Wow what a place! Very clean! The staff where amazing and very helpful! The food was very nice, the staff where helpful as we went with food allergies, they were able to accommodate our needs. We would definitely come back! Now the down point, the beds, not very comfortable and the plug sockets were a little bit temperamental. Apart from this perfect!
