This hotel was amazing. Will definitely have this hotel in mind if I decide to come back to Bangkok again. Cleaners were amazing, they give enough water for the day, and everyday will make sure you were okay. The staff always open the door and are always smiling. Location is great too, many Halal joints nearby. The only improvement is there was a slight and i mean slight not strong smell from the toilet. I was okay with it. But it was there. Other than that this is a hotel I would come back to stay at.

Had a lovely time with our family. We booked four rooms and the hotel accommodated our extra requests. The rooms were cleaned daily and the reception provided an iron and weight machine upon request. Room service was ordered and once we ordered from the pool bar and were happy on both occasions. The location is very convenient to the BTS Nana station and we were close to some nice restaurants.

Spacious, clean and hygienic room. Mature gentleman spoke VG English and was very helpful and accomodating. All other staff were happy, pleasant and helpful. Situated in a safe, quiet Soi with many go to shops and restaurants within a stones throw. No noise heard from the bars or on the pool side. Great for a family or solo. Definitely stay again, value for price.

Hotel is ok, rooms were fine but it felt a bit tired. We stopped for 2 nights before heading to Hua Hin, it's in a busy area lists to do. Thai, Yemeni, Iranian etc restaurants close by, 7:11 across the road for supplies. Pool was nice but doesn't catch much sun.

Every area was spotless, which made my stay incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and dedication truly enhanced my stay, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend BelAire Bangkok Sukhumvit to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!
