Absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly welcoming-we were greeted by Khawla at reception who was fantastic! She made sure to get us the best room and she put a special request for our anniversary.She showed extreme kindness,caring and professionalism. At the dining hall,Mary was amazing,she was helping my little daughters at all times and gave them great experience We were also assisted throughout by Kennedy at the poolside who was extremely helpful. And many many others who all showed superb service! The room was beautiful with a lovely big balcony. The breakfast and brunch buffets were delicious with variety of choices. I 100% recommend!

Complete review of a Bed n breakfast at Al Messila luxury resort and spa. Stayed over here for a week as a honeymoon trip and we were not disappointed. From the moment you step foot at the hotel the staff are extremely welcoming - helping us upon check-in by taking our luggage to our room. The room itself was fantastic and spacious (we opted for deluxe room with balcony). The breakfast option was brilliant having a set menu and with subtle changes each day. The drinks and hot beverages were good and there was fantastic attention to detail by staff. Special thanks to Twan who showed excellent customer service and to the rest of the breakfast team. The pool was a delight and special commendation to the pool staff - Ahtesham & Kennedy who showed a keen eye for the small details in accommodating us whenever we went to the pool.

An absolutely beautiful and luxurious resort, worth every penny and more! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the pool, rooms, lounge area, food, spaz everything is top notch. It was my first time in Qatar and I couldn't be happier in this resort. A special thanks to our poolside staff Alteysham, and our life guard Jean Chaud, for making our stay even more pleasant, we really appreciated your level of hospitality and care when speaking to me and my husband. Having staff who genuinely seem like they are happy to assist you is an asset to a good hotel, so, well done for hiring a great team. Thanks so much again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Stay We had an unforgettable stay, made even more special thanks to the complimentary upgrade for our anniversary — a gesture we genuinely appreciated. The resort was exactly as advertised, so full credit to the marketing team. It’s absolutely huge, probably the biggest in Qatar, and every part of it feels beautiful, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. The service throughout our stay was top-tier. The staff were consistently friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Atesham, Jean-Claud, Kennedy, Leya, and Kahoula (thank you again for the hair tie!). All the chefs were fantastic as well — the food was consistently high quality. We especially loved the Blue Flames night, which had such a great atmosphere, and the experience of eating freshly cooked food by the pool was perfect. Overall, an amazing stay from start to finish. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning!

I'd like to give a special mention to Jessie (Jacinta) from the kids club who was exceptional with our group of about 6 kids for quite a few hours and engaged in indoor games, outdoor play, dinner time, movie time, with so much love and energy. Perfect woman for the job, every kids club needs a Jessie. Also the gingerbread house experience for kids was lovely, one of the nicest and less chaotic ones we've done in Qatar. The food at Taj Rasoi is exceptional and the service provided by Aakash was brilliant. We also thoroughly enjoyed the festive happy hour at Elixir with really well thought out tasty cocktails and food, what a great deal. And always a brilliant breakfast at Deli Kitchen.
