Excellent in every sense I can only praise the excellent service provided by very hard working staff at this hotel. From the team at reception, concierge and the bell boys who were excellent. Barsha in house keeping did an excellent job in keeping my room clean & fragranced. Guys & ladies in Coral restaurant, Adel, Errk & John and Philippine ladies at breakfast and dinner did an excellent job with a very friendly & prompt service. I had one of the most relaxing times. Not to forget the team in the kitchen . A fantastic choice of salads, deserts and main dishes cooked deliciously. Thank you everyone

My wife and I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. We arrived at 01:00 in the morning and were greeted at the front desk by Emin, the Night Manager, who was very helpful in getting us checked in and orientated. His positive attitude was really appreciated after a long flight. Breakfast in the Coral Restaurant was great with a varied selection of food and drink, all very fresh. John, Adil, and Tsulu provided us with attentive service, which we appreciated. In the late afternoon, we took advantage of the private seaside beach and a swim in the sea. We have had a great time and will definitely be back to Doha and this hotel.

I recently visited Coral, and I was very impressed by both the atmosphere and the service. The restaurant has a pleasant, welcoming vibe, and the food was delicious — well-prepared and beautifully presented. A special mention goes to Adil, who provided exceptional service throughout my visit. He was attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring that everything was perfect. His recommendations were spot on and made the dining experience even better. Overall, Coral offers great food, a comfortable setting, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it, especially if Adil is taking care of your table!

Had the best time here. From the moment we arrived Fitri was so kind and accommodating on reception, making sure she did everything to make us happy, including changing our room. The pool and beach is perfect, very clean, calm and great for relaxation. Special thanks to Brian at poolside who was really friendly and Akhil and the pool terrace bar for the wonderful service. The food here is great but special mention to the coral restaurant. The breakfast buffet is amazing and thank you to Trisha who gave very personalised service each day and Choki who was so kind and attentive making sure we had everything we needed

My stay at the Intercontinental Doha was wonderful from the very beginning. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a standard city-view room to a beautiful room with a king-size bed and a sea view – such a kind gesture that made a great first impression. The housekeeping was truly outstanding – everything was always perfectly clean and arranged with so much care and attention to detail. It felt like the room was prepared with love every single day. The staff came by twice daily to tidy up, refresh the towels, and make sure everything was perfect. A special thanks to Janak Krishna, who beautifully decorated my bed for my birthday – it was such a lovely surprise! The breakfast staff were also extremely friendly and attentive every single morning, which made starting each day such a pleasure. The entire team was incredibly kind and welcoming, and I felt completely at home throughout my stay. If I return to Doha, I will definitely stay at the Intercontinental again. Thank you so much for everything!
