I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A special mention goes to May, Keesha, and Masum, who serve breakfast. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made sure everything was perfect. Their positive attitude really made the mornings enjoyable and set a great tone for the day. The breakfast itself was fresh, tasty, and well organized, thanks to their excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. May greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel instantly welcome. Adil provided excellent recommendations and ensured that everything was perfect at our table. Thiha was attentive and efficient, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Their teamwork, kindness, and genuine hospitality truly enhanced our dining experience. Wonderful hotel with excellent service from all the staff. We got an upgrade when we checked in, just as our son did who arrived before us. Lovely seaview. The gym is the best we’ve seen ever in any other hotel. The spa is great! The food is excellent. A good choice available in the buffets as well as a la carte. It is unduable to mention all the staff names that were so kind, will just mention Shaed at the beach who was extremely nice and offered great service.

Great Stay! From exiting taxi upon arrival to leaving everyone was pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. Had the lamb at Belgian Cafe did not disappoint. Flavorful. Ordered the Beef Shawarma platter for in-room dinning and it was delivered by Narayan, a true professional, polite, and very caring when setting up dish in room. Ensured I had anything I needed or anything extra I might have needed.
