The Intercontinental Doha Beach hotel truly shines, and a large part of that is down to its exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, Karim at reception made us feel incredibly welcome – his service was top-notch. This high standard continued throughout our stay, with every single member of staff we encountered offering a genuine smile and a warm greeting. Erik, who looked after us during breakfast, was particularly outstanding. As a family, we had a specific need to keep our ice packs frozen, and the room service team were absolutely fantastic in assisting us with this daily and without any delay. This level of attentiveness and willingness to help made a real difference to our stay. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Oumayma in the lounge club, whose service was also excellent. The hotel boasts fantastic facilities. The swimming pool is a real highlight – it's impressively large and thoughtfully designed with different levels, making it perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The beach area is equally appealing, beautifully clean and well-maintained. Finally, the breakfast experience was superb. The sheer variety of options available was endless, ensuring there was something to please everyone. Even the small details were noted, such as the high-quality shaving kit provided in the room. Overall, our family stay at the Intercontinental Doha Beach was a truly positive and memorable experience, largely thanks to the wonderful staff and excellent amenities.

Absolutely stunning hotel! The high ceilings and sparkling chandeliers create such a luxurious ambiance. The bedrooms are spotless and modern, with bathrooms that perfectly match the aesthetic. The service at the Coral Restaurant is exceptional. The buffet is large with plenty of options, but what really stood out was the helpful and friendly staff. A special thank you to Adil, May, and Masum for making our breakfast experience so enjoyable. Their attentiveness truly made a difference. And a big thank you to Jane also, who remembered small details that made us feel so at home. Highly recommend!

Belgian Cafe: Amazing Food & Great Service! I had an incredible experience at Belgian Cafe! The food was absolutely delicious—I tried the chicken wings, ribeye, and crème brûlée, and each dish was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich, and everything was served fresh and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. A special shoutout to Ms. Pricilla , Bradley, Robin & Akilesh who was exceptionally kind and attentive, making the experience even better. Overall, everything was amazing—great food, fantastic service, and a wonderful ambiance. Definitely a place worth visiting again!
