Our stay at Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We ask for a room upgrade and the staff was able to get us a upgrade to one of the deluxe rooms with private pool. Both rooms that we had were luxurious, spacious, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The resort’s amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed the variety of dining options, each offering delicious cuisine and exceptional service. The pools and beach area were pristine, providing the perfect spots to relax and unwind. Call out to the staff within the kids room. These staff were exceptional and make it a point to remember your kids names. We drop our son there, for what we thought would be a couple hours so we can have some alone time, and instead, he did not want to leave. He had so much fun, that he just wants to stay at the kids room all day every day. Additionally, the entertainment and activities were fantastic, making every day exciting with dancing, fire show and music. We can’t wait to return.

So glad I trusted my gut and ignored a few online reviews about the Hyatt Ziva—because this place was pure paradise! From the moment the doorman greeted me, I knew I’d made the right choice. The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff? Top-notch, always helpful and kind. They were accommodating to my little cousins who lived locally and wanted to hang out with me ! It was very kid friendly so it was perfect ! Whether I was lounging by the pool, relaxing in one of the gazebos with jaw-dropping views, or catching some oceanfront yoga at sunrise, it was bliss. And let’s not forget the Barefoot Jerk Hut—a must-visit for the jerk pork and festival that will have you coming back for more. Hyatt Ziva, you were a dream come true!

Ziva is a happening place! Krystal is indeed a great check-in gal. She upgraded us and sent a special birthday gift to our room. Our room is spacious with a great ocean view. Air conditioning is only complaint It never gets below 73. But I think that is by design. Pools are great. Well taken care of. Food choices are way better than we expect from an all-inclusive. This is a great place We are totally enjoying our week here

We are currently staying at the Hyatt Ziva in Montego Bay as a family of four, including our three-year-old, and unfortunately, our experience so far has been extremely disappointing. Upon checking into our room, we immediately noticed several issues. The air conditioning wasn’t working, making the room unbearably hot, especially for our young child. Additionally, there were a significant number of roaches in the room, and several electrical outlets were not functioning properly. We promptly contacted the front desk, and while they managed to fix the AC, the room conditions remained unacceptable. To make matters worse, the alternative room offered was in even worse condition. Despite multiple requests for an upgraded room, nothing has been done to address our concerns. I am highly disappointed that after spending a considerable amount of money to stay at this location, we have yet to find a solution to our poor accommodations. This has turned what was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation into a highly uncomfortable and frustrating experience. We sincerely hope that the management takes immediate action to resolve these issues and ensure future guests don’t face the same problems.

We were here for a wedding, and it was amazing! The hospitality was top notch. Everyone was warm, and welcoming. Full of positive energy and the atmosphere was electrifying. We spent for 3 nights, 4 days, and no regrets whatsoever. The hotel and the surroundings were beautiful, and clean. The food and drinks were delicious, and on point. We had the most amazing week celebrating our son's graduation. We traveled with 3 teenagers and they found so many things to do, from snorkeling to a spa experience. The staff is all incredibly friendly and hospitable. We felt so welcome. We've stayed at another popular resort at Jamaica, the atmosphere and vibe here is so much better, this is now the only resort we'll visit here. We've had the best time with the pool bartenders, Q, and Stretch. We are going to miss Q and Stretch. They're both a lot of fun and are perfect for the entertainment department.

Quban, Mr. Nice and Ruth are the some of the best performance I’ve seen. They are very attentive, the go above and beyond to make us smile and also the kids. They had a tremendous time. The way they greet you every time they see you by you name and they never forget. Ruth is an awesome leader that keeps us on our toes. The resort is family friendly, clean and overall a great experience. 5 stars for all the department.

What a great vacation! Quban is enthusiastic and attentive. All restaurants were tasty. Doreen pours the drinks right, we stayed in 2 bedroom family suite- perfect for parents and 2 young adult sons. They LOVED the nightclub and were there every night after we enjoyed the evening entertainment (very talented staff). Daily activities to participate in, beach volleyball was fun. chairs on the beach readily available. Highly recommend!

Iberostar Rose Selection Suites was the greatest vacation for family friends or couples. There was always something to do including the zillion great activities per day along with the fun shows you can participate in! Mr Nice, Cuban, and Ruth were awesome hosts of the activities and so friendly and genuinely remembered each and every one of us. The food at all restaurants was delicious, and we had no issues being a walk in party of 13. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone coming to Jamaica!

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful resort. The service was good, the staff were mostly very friendly and a pleasure to be around. Two of the staff in particular were excellent... Dahlia and Jason. Dahlia went out of her way and went above and beyond expectations of a server, so happy to have met her. If you go for breakfast at the buffet, definitely ask to sit in her section. Jason is very kind and attentive and a pleasure to be around, very high level of professionalism, ask to be seated in Jason's section when you go for dinner at the Rum Factory. The rooms aren't very well updated, but the view and the food and the rest of the resort is fantastic. The beach was very nicely kept. Plenty of free lounge chairs in the sun and in the shade. I would definitely recommend going.

The entrance of the lobby with the view is absolutely STUNNING!!!!! I had an amazing time staying at this resort!!! I’m smiling now with glee from all the fun I had. Hotel staff was completely helpful and friendly. I was drunk pretty much every day of the trip, and they made sure I didn’t overdo it. They would bring me water or food to help me sober up if I got too happy by the pool! LOL one specific server I can’t for the life of me remember his name was the sweetest and checked up on me everyday he came into work to make sure I was sobered or needed water to sober up! It was very much appreciated. Wish I could thank them all individually to be honest The breakfast in the main dinning hall was great! They kept the basics (eggs, sausage, etc) daily and changed the sides everyday which was nice since this was the main choice for our stay. Dinner was okay. Wasn’t too much a fan, not to say the food wasn’t good, just not what I would normal want to eat for dinner. Didn’t get a change to enjoy the other dining options due to them being either closed or fully booked. Con: check in process. Not so much of the hotel’s fault more of guests checking in. a cluster of people at the front not knowing really where to go I guess you could say. Again not so much the fault of the hotel but guests needing to pay attention. Good Con: Property is so big that I didn’t get a chance to enjoy completely. I have recommended this property to others since being back home and I plan to return sometime next

Really had a great time. The staff is great and the grounds are beautiful. Hotel is older but nicely renovated. Being a smaller hotel means almost never a wait for an elevator and the grounds never seemed crowded. Rooms are comfortable and clean although the bathroom was too small for the door to open all the way. The lazy river is great, beach is beautiful, water slides were fun, and never much wait at any of the bars. We were very impressed with the food. Make dinner reservations when you arrive.

I really enjoyed my stay here! We got the diamond package and the butler service was beyond exceptional! The rooms were nice and all of the activities were fun. The breakfast buffet was great but the room service food was okay at best. However, the restaurants around the resort definitely made up for the room service food. All of the people working on the resort were super friendly and were there to assist us whenever needed for whatever we wanted and the drinks were great as well. I will most definitely come back here again soon!

I never leave reviews at the places we stay at but I feel like it was needed. We almost did not stay here because of the 3 bad reviews that we read on here. If you see those reviews please ignore them. This was the best vacation we ever had. All of the staff was perfect. Some even treated us like family. We have absolutely nothing bad to say about Rose Hall Hilton. In fact the only thing I want to say is we will be back next year same time

This wasn't the best resort and it wasn't the worst. It was very quiet. Not enough entertainment. Would've liked more music or activities that's kid friendly. The room was dated but was nice and clean. The butler service could've been better. It's not like other resorts. The food was amazing but the service in the restaurants was terrible. Just a slow process. Our children loved the kids club. They did many activities and played. The attendant were very nice and friendly. They took and sent pictures with our girls. They were amazing.

I went for my birthday September 25. This was the best time I had. The food was amazing the butler service was excellent I recommend Jordan and Chantel they are yhr best. The housekeeping was great they clean our room everyday. Every one was nice and professional. I also have to give a shout out to Melissa the service. This was the best birthday ever. We always had someone helps us. Driving us where we needed to go. The only thing I will say if you are looking to party hard this is not the place but I love it. To me this is for relaxation. Drinks was on point.

The resort is mostly nice. I would say 4 star not 5. The service is somewhat inconsistent, it really needs on who you get. We had a villa and was assigned a butler. I don't feel it was an added benefit . We did most of the leg work for our activities. We also had to leave the resort to enjoy the beaches.

Our recent stay at Jewel Grande of Montego Bay with a group of 14 family members ranging from ages 9 to 68 was a memorable adventure, but it came with its share of pros and cons. Positives: Friendly Staff: The resort staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Amazing Food: One of the standout features of our trip was the food. Every meal was a delight, with a variety of delicious options that pleased even the pickiest eaters in our group. Beautiful Beach: The beach was a highlight, offering stunning views and a perfect place to relax. Its beauty made for some great family photos and memorable moments. Negatives: Dated Facilities: The resort itself felt quite outdated. Many areas seemed in need of renovation and modernization, which was surprising given the cost of the trip. Limited Activities: We were disappointed by the lack of activities, both during the day and at night. There were few options for keeping everyone entertained, which was especially noticeable with a large group and a range of ages. Early Restaurant Closures: The restaurants closed quite early, at 9pm. This was inconvenient for those of us who prefer a later dining experience and limited our options for evening meals. Issues with Housekeeping: We encountered a troubling issue with the "Housekeeping Manager," Raymond. He was rude, arrogant, and seemed to be attempting to blame pre-existing damage on our guests. This situation was particularly frustrating and left a bad taste in our mouths for the remainder of the trip. While it was eventually resolved, the experience was disappointing and impacted our overall enjoyment. One of our rooms was only cleaned once in 8 days, even after multiple phone calls to the resort management. Overall, while the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food were commendable, the dated accommodations, lack of activities, early restaurant hours, and unpleasant interaction with housekeeping didn’t quite justify the high cost of the trip. If you’re looking for a beautiful beach and excellent dining with top-notch service, this resort delivers. However, if you're seeking a more vibrant and modern resort experience with ample activities and a more professional approach to guest relations, you might want to consider other options.

This moon palace is nothing like Cancun. Service was hit or miss. Sometimes I would have to wait 15 minutes and it wasn’t busy for someone to come over to get us water and once they would come you never saw them again some staff were rude. once the house keeper didn’t leave us any clean towels, when I asked her she said I only gave one you will have to get them from the pool and bring them up. Elevator broke a couple of times in one week. Basically only one place to eat breakfast. Water leaked in my room. We asked the bartender at the swim up bar for 15 shots as a tribute for our mom who passed away, gave him a $10 tip for it and he just snatched it and couldn’t even say thank you. There were 15 adults and we all agreed we wouldn’t be back. Loraine the waitress was awesome outside though. The kids did have fun and there were different things for them to do. But we were disappointed in Jamaica. We have been going to moon palace in Cancun for 15 yrs and that place is amazing.

Definitely will be returning! Absolutely loved it. I travelled as a family of 4 with a teenager and a 2 year old. I loved the children's indoor play area and the games room. The only niggle would be more pool tables please. Honestly, the food, the service, entertainment was AMAZING 👏 loved every second.

**Disappointing Stay at Moon Palace Jamaica - Not Worth the Price** I recently stayed at Moon Palace Jamaica, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the check-in process was slow and unorganized. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which set a bad tone for the stay. The room itself was a huge disappointment. It was smaller than expected, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. I found dust on the furniture and stains on the sheets, making it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The noise levels were unbearable. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, the machine going off at 6AM every morning and loud hallway traffic kept me up at night. Overall, for the price I paid, I expected much more. I would NOT recommend Moon Palace Jamaica to anyone, and I won’t be staying here again.Again staff was very Rude, especially at the front desk. To add, please get them to give you a paper receipt of your complaints, as they will lie!

Our family stayed at Moon Palace Jamaica for a week in September 2024. Our kids are 14 and 11. There was lots to do at the hotel amenities including Dolphin Cove, Scuba, and plenty of water-sport activities at the beach where Wayne from the water sport team was just amazing - he taught the kids to sail in the hobby Kat and looked after us all week. The hotel is also close to Dunns River falls, which is an awesome adventure. Food and service was top notch. Thanks for looking after us Moon Palace!

I chose to have my wedding at this resort because I honestly thought it would be a great experience but I regret making that decision. From the moment I started planning until the very last day of my stay. We booked 15 rooms overall. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready until 3 hours later, despite our flight being delayed an hour. When our room was finally available, it was stocked with any beverages or wine. Our room was to have a complimentary champagne bottle and roses in bed. Unfortunately, we didn't have any of that. At check-in, my parents room was mixed up with another person. The system said one room number and they were in another number. The overall service was terrible. They are rude, not helpful, demanding, and lazy. The wedding turned out great but everything else was awful. The restaurant employees were all confused and never coordinated. I'm so unhappy and will never ever stay at the moon palace Jamaica. I will say the grand and moon palace in Cancun is bigger and better.

i loved this place so much! I have been here twice and they were both unforgettable. Entertainment was so fun to watch and i love the dances. The workers were so nice! they all were so nice to me and my family and always stopped to say hi to us when they saw us around the resort. The swim up bars had nice workers and were always smiling and happy. The drinks were amazing!! The food was amazing too, the workers were so nice and patient. The rooms were so nice and clean. I loved the towel animals that were on our bed every day. The rooms were so clean! The resort it’s self is beautiful. There was so much to do and loved the pools and water slides. The beach is gorgeous. The water was so clear and clean! I can’t wait for my next stay at this resort!

This place was terrible! Most expensive vacation and possibly worst. The service was awful. Every bar tender looked like they were on their last day of work. They wouldn't make eye contact, zero talking, and when you did order they seemed annoyed to be there. My room had a window leaking rain water. The AC unit would dump water all over the floor every 5 hours or so. The TV had basically no reception. There was never a life guard on duty at the main pool. I only saw him when he came out to kick everyone out due to lightning. The entertainment was the best part, but even then it was kinda trash. Incredibly low budget. The one employee does all the makeup and MAKES all the wardrobes, and you can tell! The main swim up bar closes at 6, which really stunk. Food times were long for food that was sub par. All the locals on the beach annoying endlessly. Even waking my wife up from napping to haggle her. Most of the restaurants close by dinner time. The place is just disgusting...and the employees are miserable. Save your money and literally go ANYWHERE else.

Absolutely amazing stay. The new kids camp is amazing. The staff is so nice and engages with the kids. I truly feel like we are home while we are there. The best additions were the new kids camp and food trucks. The food trucks staff and food were beyond amazing. The jerk shop is the hidden secret with the best fish in foil ever. But the biggest shout-out goes out to the kids camp and how amazing they are so that we can truly enjoy our vacation.

**Autism Week at Beaches Negril: A Memorable Family Vacation** We recently spent 4 days and 3 nights at Beaches Negril for Autism Week, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. **Arrival & Transfer:** The airport arrival lounge was welcoming, and the kids loved the rocking horses. The private transfer to the resort was quite long, but the driver was friendly and accommodating. **Resort Welcome & Room:** Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly. The concierge lounge was nice, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. Our room was ready, clean, and well-maintained, with a fantastic view. The AC and TV worked perfectly, which was a relief after our long trip. **Autism Week Extras:** The welcome bag for Autism Week was outstanding! The kids adored the items inside, especially the fans, which were a lifesaver for my daughter, who is sun-sensitive. The Autism Inclusion shirts for the whole family were a great touch and made us feel part of something special. Both of my children are autistic, and the inclusive environment made them feel comfortable and engaged throughout our stay. **Activities & Shows:** Since we didn’t stay the entire week, we missed some activities, but from Wednesday to Friday, the Sesame Street evening show was a highlight. Although only Cookie Monster, Elmo, and The Count were present, the kids had a blast dancing. **Dining:** Breakfast at the buffet was excellent, though lunch and dinner were just okay. However, we absolutely loved Café de Paris, BarBBQ, Jerk Shack, and Stew Fish. Each offered delicious food and variety. Kimonos was also a standout—so much food, and it was all incredible! **Beach & Water Park:** The beach was simply amazing! There was plenty of seating with shaded huts, and the kids loved playing with the baby crabs on the shore. My son couldn’t get enough of the waves. Special shoutout to Morgan, the beach lifeguard, who went above and beyond for our family. He even helped us get giant crab with rice and peas—so delicious! The water park was another highlight, providing endless fun for the kids. **Downsides:** Unfortunately, we had a 20-minute photo session scheduled, but the photographer kept changing our times, which became frustrating. With children on the spectrum, this back-and-forth wasn’t manageable, and we ended up canceling the session. Additionally, the Sesame Street Breakfast Party on Friday morning was very short and felt rushed compared to our experience in Turks and Caicos. The most difficult part was that the characters were standing outside before coming in one by one, which the kids could see. It caused a lot of stress as we had to repeatedly explain why the characters were outside and not coming in sooner. Another disappointment was the eco-reef tour with the Autism Inclusion group, which was canceled the morning of, leaving the kids quite upset. Thankfully, the evening parade and music helped brighten the mood. **Overall Experience:** Yes, Beaches is expensive, but for a family-friendly resort, especially one that is so inclusive for children on the autism spectrum, it is truly worth it. My kids had the best vacation ever, and we always felt welcomed and safe. We can’t wait to attend Autism Week again in 2025, hopefully at the Beaches in Turks and Caicos!

Used to love this property, before they only allowed 2 people per room. It's a family resort! Whose ever heard of reserving a room solely for 1 child, 8 years old??? Or yet what if he were 2 or 3??? . Also the rooms used to be more comfortable, offering a couch in the sitting room, not 2 chairs. Very unhappy, will be giving my business to better true family resorts with more comfort for your buck.

Just got back from a fantastic trip. The resort is small enough that you can find your way around easily, but large enough that you have variety. First there is Janice, the best bartender I have ever met, make sure you tell her I say “hello” and try her ladder of drinks, also encourage her to make a ladder with shots (someone give this lady a raise or another day off). Then there is the entertainment staff, I am so sorry but I’m terrible with names, you know who you are. What a good looking fun bunch you are, had so much fun with you all. I will agree that the rooms need a little work, most of the bathroom doors don’t shut, but the staff make up for the facility, I can’t say enough great things about them. If you ever need a cab anywhere ask Shaneka (restaurant manager) for Cole, he is the kindest man you will ever meet. Thank staff for such an awesome vacation. xoxo
