Now that we’re home from our 7-night stay, it’s time for a review—and wow. This place is absolutely amazing. The hospitality from everyone was truly top-notch and so refreshing. We didn’t want for anything the entire trip. The food was surprisingly excellent! You never really expect outstanding food at an all-inclusive, but this resort completely exceeded expectations. Everything was top of the line. We especially loved the hibachi, the chicken patties at the BBQ hut, the pizza, and the buffet. One of the highlights of our trip was the cats! We came across at least eight of them, all incredibly friendly. We went through three bags of cat treats and shared many plates of fish and chicken feeding them—it brought us so much joy. Our son absolutely loved the Bob Marleys and the ice cream from the café! The beach is fabulous—soft sand, no seaweed, and no unpleasant spots at all. While swimming along the shore, we even saw tons of starfish. 20 out of 10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a fantastic trip at beaches negril! You could not even tell that the hurricane happened at the resort. The staff are all so wonderful and kind and appreciative of us staying at the resort. A special shout out to Royland and Chafey who went above and beyond to make our trip relaxing and easy. We had a fabulous experiance with a private boat rental. Lorenzo and David from the water sports staff provided an exceptional experiance with snorkeling and the boat tour which will be memories we will never forget. Beyond the service all of the staff were genuinely interested in helping in any way that they could. The food and drinks were great. The beach is spectacular, white sand with clear water.

We had a fantastic experience from airport greetings, to check-in with the concierge, to dining experiences, to snorkeling adventures, to relaxing on the beach or by the pool. We have older children (11, 15 and 17) and there was lots for them to do. The staff were all truly incredible - very friendly and attentive. The Tropical Oversized Concierge Family Suite worked fine for the 5 of us especially given that we didn't spend a lot of time in the room! The food and dining options were impressive. Although we dined at the 3 restaurants requiring reservations (all of which were excellent), a pleasant surprise was the ever-changing selections/variety at the buffet. It was a terrific holiday - thank you.

I just came back from a wonderful amazing trip to Beaches Negril! Everyone there was marvelous and made us feel right at home! I would like to give an extra special shout-out to the following people: 1. Nicarno aka Sarge and Anita for making our beach excursion so special! 2. Victoria, Renae, and Kimberley who knew our orders at Soy sushi by heart and made us feel so welcome, as we ate there everyday! 3. Kerry-Ann gave us very warm greetings and took such good care of my family! 4. Micah and Lawrenzo from the Water Sports Dept always recognized me as Grover and made certain our family and especially me as I am 80 years old were safe on the Hobie Cat and other activities! 5. Sansheya created the best Nutella crepes ever, as I visited her everyday! 6. Chanicka the Chef from Yaku and Christie made gluten free specialties for my grandson and made us feel right at home! 7. Danielle always made us feel right at home at her resort!! 8. Akeem went above and beyond in providing the greatest gift of all by training my daughter and grandsons to become scuba certified and even came in on his day off on Christmas! 9. Finally, I have to thank the Grover Sesame Street character for always including me in the Grover activities, including the parade and dance numbers, as I always wore my Grover shirts and hats! Beaches Negril – Better Than Ever 5 Days of Magic: Post-Storm Excellence for Our Family of Five! If you wanted to go now is the time. "Our family of five (3 kids, 2 adults) just returned from a 4-night, 5-day stay at Beaches Negril. While we had some initial hesitation about booking so soon post-storm, I want to be very clear: The resort is fully functional, beautiful, and absolutely the best time to go. They have worked tirelessly to bring everything back online, and the experience was seamless." Unique Experiences & Over-the-Top Service • The 'Banana Monkey' Legend: We have to mention Mario, our bartender. We told him how much we loved the 'Banana Monkey' drinks, but there was a temporary shortage of bananas on the island. Mario actually brought in a personal bunch of bananas from home just to make sure our family could enjoy our favorite drink. That level of heart and initiative is legendary. • Culinary Leadership: Lamar, the Executive Chef, spent time speaking with me regarding the details of the cuisine. He set the stage for the entire trip, ensuring we understood the care put into every menu. • Management with a Personal Touch: Roy (Services Manager) was a massive help during our first night beach buffet, ensuring our family’s needs were met perfectly. Giselle (Manager) provided a level of personal service that made us feel truly at home. Daily Highlights & Dining • The Food: The Thursday night beach party was a standout with lobster, steak, and shrimp. We loved Kimonos and Stella’s, but the surprise hit was Yuca—the Peruvian menu was actually our kids' favorite! • Sweet Spots: Café de Paris was our go-to for coffee and treats, and the girls spent plenty of time at YoYo’s Frozen Yogurt (the unlimited toppings were a huge win). • Beach & Water Sports: Lawrence was awesome. He was incredibly helpful with my girls, ensuring they felt safe and confident trying out all the different watercraft. World-Class Entertainment The entertainment team is back in full swing! We enjoyed a packed schedule: • Thursday: Cultural Parade and Beach Buffet. • Friday: Stellar evening water stage show. • Saturday: The 'Big Top' show event. • Sunday: Beaches show and Family Bingo—great fun for the whole crew. Final Verdict As a father, safety and service are my top priorities. Beaches Negril delivered on both. Don’t let storm concerns hold you back; the resort is shining, the staff—especially Mario, Lamar, Lawrence, Roy, and Giselle—are ready, and the "Banana Monkeys" are waiting!"
