It's a super luxury by all means. Nothing beats the beautiful private location, the ambience, and the natural beauty of the place. Stunning view from across rooms overlooking the sea and the nice ornos . The rooms are small , I was disappointed with the size compared to what we are paying for. The bathroom is barely fit . The staff is kind and supportive , friendly and very easygoing. The venue is beautiful with a stunning infinity pool , kids pool , spa , sauna , Buda bar restaurant, sea bites, and beach access. The food is amazing and super delicious from breakfast to all restaurants. Golf carts are available as there is lots of walking and climbing, so watch out if you are not capable , its an issue. The greens are a natural feel, and the views from balconies are amazing. This place is the best for security and safety and also a great place for kids to enjoy. There are play areas around and special care for kids. Luxury shop on site as well. Overall, it is overpriced yet worth the premium lifestyle.

I am a loyal Marriott member and have tried their 100 of properties and I can confidently say Santa Marina service was the worst among all. There are many other resorts in Mykonos which are cheaper and much more luxurious than Santa Marina ( example Kakitikies) We went for my husband early birthday celebrations and I asked them to change the dates of the reservation which they gladly did but they gave us a room which was miles away from any facility. The hotel staff has too much attitude and don't want to help. When we called a buggy for breakfast in the morning the assistant manager was shouting at mg husband that he sent the buggy twice and called us but the reality was no one called us and we were waiting for 30 mins in the room no knock and no calls. And they will not stop arguing and their manager won't even consider talking and resolving. They think too highly of themselves. We went to the restaurant they had a wedding going on and they said they are closed for private event The staff at the swimming pool said if they can come with us to the US as they hate working here The breakfast server said they cannot accommodate any dietary restrictions. Then I had to call a manager and they gave me a sandwich The entire crew will treat you really badly especially if you are not American ( we looked Indians) My strong advice don't stay in the resort at all We really were very excited and it was the biggest waste of our money They are very very rude people here

I recently booked a stay with Santa Marina, and while circumstances prevented me from experiencing their accommodations firsthand, their customer service left a lasting impression. Cancelling my reservation required the hotel to send an international wire back to me, and the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. as luck would have it my first bank did not accept the wire as it was in euros, which caused these professionals to communicate with me again about a second wire and to work with their own internal accounting. Despite the challenges that this international wire transfer posed, they remained professional, responsive, and committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible. While it's never ideal to have to cancel travel plans, the level of cooperation and support I received from this hotel was truly remarkable. Their commitment to excellence and dedication to their guests is a testament to the quality of their service. In an industry where customer service can often feel like an afterthought, it's refreshing to encounter a team that places such a high value on ensuring the satisfaction of their guests. I look forward to the opportunity to stay with them in the future.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at the Santa Marina Hotel, and I must say, it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. From the moment I walked through the door, it was clear that this place was a disaster waiting to happen. However, the true highlight of this disastrous stay was none other than Leonidas Anagnostou, who seems to be on a personal mission to redefine the meaning of "customer service." Mr. Anagnostou's demeanor can only be described as aggressively rude. It's as if he takes pride in treating guests with an astonishing lack of respect and a complete disregard for their comfort. His interactions are laced with condescension, and he seems to relish in asserting his perceived authority over guests. I found his behavior not only offensive but also utterly unprofessional. During my stay, I encountered multiple instances where Mr. Anagnostou's behavior crossed the line. From the simple act of asking a question about hotel amenities to addressing concerns about the room, his responses were consistently curt and disdainful. It's one thing to encounter a staff member having a bad day, but it's an entirely different matter when the bad attitude is not a sporadic lapse but a consistent pattern. Not fitting for a Luxury Bonvoy Property. What's even more baffling is that the Santa Marina Hotel seems to tolerate, if not encourage, Mr. Anagnostou's behavior. It's evident that this hotel has little regard for the satisfaction and well-being of its guests. The management's failure to address and rectify such a glaring issue within their staff speaks volumes about the overall lack of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction at this establishment. As someone who values hospitality and respects the principle of providing a welcoming environment to paying guests, I am utterly appalled by my experience at Santa Marina Hotel. It's beyond disappointing that a potentially beautiful hotel is marred by the presence of an individual like Leonidas Anagnostou, whose hostile behavior leaves a lasting stain on the reputation of the establishment. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Santa Marina Hotel to think twice. The hostile and aggressive attitude displayed by Leonidas Anagnostou is reason enough to steer clear of this place. There are plenty of other options that prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction, rather than subjecting them to a toxic and unwelcoming atmosphere. Your vacation deserves better than this nightmare of a hotel.
