This hotel is absolutely amazing, it has incredible service and if you have a view from your room (not all rooms do) it is absolutely amazing. Great restaurants specially the Japanese restaurant. Beautiful salt water pool with fantastic views. Now rooms are very nice but little bit small. Breakfast is nice, however it is exactly the same every day . No charge in fruit, no change in pastries, no change in bread, no change in deli or cheese. Which when you are staying for 10 day becomes a bit boring and hotel at this level should improve that. Beach is little bit rocky so it becomes little difficult to go in a water, but it is nice. Hotel location is about 20 -30 min outside of town, depending on traffic. The hotel provides free shuttle which use to run every hour but it now runs only every other hour in the afternoon and evening and I must say it's no longer as convenient as it use to be previously. Don't take me wrong, I do love this hotel. I just want point out all the pluses and minuses. And I hope I'm fair.

We stayed here during June 2024. The resort as a whole offers everything you need to have a great couple of days just sunbathing and dining at the resort. Resort-wise, the pools are great, overlooking the water. Lots of lounge chairs makes sunbathing easy and non-stressful. Swim-up bar, with the bast bartender we encountered during our 2 week stay in Greece, was a lot of fun. Good service at the pool as well as the casual pool restaurant with good food. Common areas were open and breezy. There was a spa on-site but we didn't use it. Food-wise, we loved the big breakfast buffet. Lots of offerings. Dinner at the sushi restaurant was delicious...they just need to remove the cacti that blocks the view of the water. Dinner at the Celebrities Restaurant was less impressive...beautiful setting and ambiance but the food was less impressive. Pastas were way overcooked and the whole fish was a little dry. Service was very good throughout the resort. Everyone was very helpful, courteous, and pleasant. There is access to private and public beach areas...you just have to walk there...downhill there, uphill back. The water was beautiful. Rooms were nice but cramped. Funny thing...I think the resort hung all the bathroom doors backwards...when you are in the toilet area, you can't see through the door (it's a mirror) but people on the other side can see you sitting there. Different. Downside, access to everything else on the island. They did run a shuttle but it had only one drop off/pick up place. After you were dropped off, it was up to you to find a rare taxi(only 30 on the entire island). They did offer a shuttle between their multiple resorts on the island but there was a pretty steep fee for the ride...which should have been free considering the restaurants/resorts were still within their group/resort system, and they were going to benefit from your business/spending.

The best 5 days of my life at this hotel! The staff are the kindest, best people ever! They made me feel so welcome and so relaxed on my holiday, very attentive and lovely :) The hotel speaks for itself, deserving of all 5 stars! It is pristine, smells amazing every where you walk, spacious, unlimited delicious breakfast options with champagne, 2 large pools with comfy sun beds and a beach and pool bar, along with their own private beach. Everything was so perfect, the list is endless of how amazing my time was here. Thank you so much for having us

The trip I had been looking forward to for a long time turned into a nightmare. Right from the start, when we arrived at the entrance, we found leftover fruit and wine bottles from the previous guests on the windowsill, which had not been cleaned up. We immediately reported this to the front desk, asking if the room was not ready and if we needed to switch rooms. However, the front desk merely said that it was an outdoor area, so it didn’t matter, and they would take care of it immediately, without offering any apology. When we entered the room, we found the lighting to be very dim, with the entire room relying on the weak glow of three lamps, and the bathroom was also poorly lit. Upon reaching the much-anticipated balcony area, we discovered a stark contrast between the picture (Image 1) we saw when booking and the actual room (Image 2) we checked into. We expected a private area, but in reality, the neighbors on both sides could vaguely see you when you were outside due to the sparse wooden partitions. Additionally, the view was marred by several steel wires. The most serious issue was that the bathroom had no waterproofing measures at all. After showering, the floor was completely wet, even though we were very careful. We did not proactively report this problem, but in the evening, the housekeeping staff knocked on every room to proactively provide extra towels and floor mats, indicating that the flooding issue affected every room without any improvements being made. On the second day, we tried to report these issues during our stay, but the hotel was very passive. We spent a lot of time and money to get here, only to receive such poor service and room quality. It was an incredibly disappointing hotel experience… Additional Information: On the second night, the pool area was rented out for a wedding party for external guests, and hotel guests were not notified in advance. We only found out when we asked on site. The party lasted until 1 AM, and the music was so loud that we couldn't sleep in our room. We complained around midnight, hoping the music could be turned down, but the front desk only responded that the party would not end until 1 AM and there was nothing they could do.

We arrived today and I can already give my review. We love itttttt and employees are SOOOO nice and thoughtful! The only sad thing is that it is the opposite side of Mykonos Town BUTTTT they do offer bus shuttle, which is nice since we saved on 2 days VTT rental! IMPORTANT NOTICE: if you are Canadian, make sure to get an international driver licence if you want to rent a scooter..! We were not aware and seems like it's a Greece Law... Canadian driver licence are not allowed to rent scooters. Which is weird because we can rent VTT and cars (obviously they are more expensive....)
