We had an amazing experience and time staying here. Staff was super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Everyone spoke good English so that was helpful also. Rooms were beautiful and clean, with amazing views. We stayed for our honeymoon and had the hot tub room with ocean view and that was an absolute dream. Complementary wine and truffles upon arrival. Great location for walking places if we wanted to. Breakfast was delicious and very well done. Zero complaints.

Wow! What an amazing discovery. Luxurious in every way! Beautiful, thoughtful and exquisite rooms, and the most incredible people and service. Me and my husband were so impressed that we ended up extending our stay. One of my favorite parts of the day was laying poolside overlooking the gorgeous infinity pool and ocean, and relaxing with delicious cuisine and exceptional attention from the staff. Anna and Irene from the Korali team always went above and beyond to make our days incredible. I can't recommend this place enough!! We can't wait to come back.

We stayed here for our honeymoon for 3 nights. The service the staff provided was amazing! Rooms were large & clean. The rooms were also cleaned twice a day. Buffet breakfast was the best. It’s about 10min walk to the main town, so not far at all. We highly recommend you stay here, you won’t regret it! We will be back next time we visit Mykonos

🤩Nice place ; 3 sister hotels close to the center yet you need a ride to any other places; steps at lobby of both Korali and Kyma. 🙂Rooms are comfy, private pool/jacuzzi is available. 🙁Room service at night is not really good and takes too long. 😐Breakfast could be way better. 🤩Swimming pool has nice view, the musics on the contrary are super down, not like all other places on the island. 🙂food at restaurant is nice. 😬The iron was not a steam type so please change it. Happily o kids were at hotel which made the pace quite pleasant.

Friends & I stayed here for our 50th birthday celebration. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but had some hiccups that can be improved upon. The facility overall is nice & beautiful. The check in process can be improved & made consistent amongst all guests. Me & my roommates’ process was a bit chaotic & left us not really knowing everything on the property & where things were located. Half of the group had a male person that checked them in & he showed them where things were within their room as well as gave them maps and showed them where things were located on the property. Sefi, who checked us in had a bit of an attitude & was impatient with us. She wasn’t nice at all until she was alerted of my displeasure with her on the last day of my trip. Then, she became “friendlier”. Upon check in, I requested a map of the property from her 3 times & never received one. She also didn’t give us a tour of our room (as my friends received) and we had to figure out how to locate & access the refrigerator & safe on our own. I also requested a reservation for the 7 of us at Naia for later that evening & she didn’t make the reservation as she told me she would. It was only when one of my friends stopped by the front office to ask a question about something else & then confirmed the time of our reservation while she was there found out that a reservation hadn’t been made for us. I also noticied a distinct difference in how she treated Caucasian guests versus how she treated us (African American guests). This needs to be addressed with her. On the other hand, Elena (who performed my spa treatment) & Andrias (server at the pool bar) were both exceptional throughout my stay. Elena had a great touch throughout my spa treatment & created a very pleasant experience for me. Andrias was very nice & accommodating every day when we ate there for lunch. Another major issue I had was the temperature of the pool. The pool was extremely cold & none of the guests sitting out most days wanted to get in it because of how cold it was. Why must your pool be so refrigerated cold? Pool time is one of the main attractions of a vacation and that part of my experience was ruined as I didn’t get any at the property in the main pool or the one in my upgraded room. Overall. I would give my stay a 7 out of 10. It was a beautiful property but I expected so much more for the luxurious hotel you are.
