We felt at home through all of our interactions with the hotel employees who, via their attentiveness and professionalism, made our experience even more enjoyable and seamless. The service offered here is one of the best I have received in the hotels I have stayed. The views are unmatched. The pool is amazing and was very surprised to find out it had salty water. Hope I get to come back one day!

Fantastic service. We were treated like royalty. Stunning views from all corners of the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Pool was amazing. Slightly challenging walk into town, but the higher elevation made for amazing views. Staff assisted with our transportation and took care of our bags with no trouble. Highly recommend.

The best experience for our 5 year anniversary - every single staff member could not be more accommodating and they made you feel like royalty. Nothing was ever to much, and they greeted you every-time you walked past with a smile and a lovely greeting. The room could not be cleaner and was cleaned so much. When we got home in the evening it was lovely and fresh and towels were put out next to our bed so we can get in it clean. All our stuff was super safe - we started the holiday putting stuff in the same and towards the end we felt self enough to just leave stuff around because of how the cleaners were. The definition of luxury. The pool had cabanas, thick sun beds and actual double bed sunloungers complimentary which is lovely to see that it was not extra. Special thanks to Andrew, Irene (pool side who was always so lovely and could not do more for us, constantly checking if we were okay) Lina (waitress) Mike and the lovely people who were doing complimentary buggy travels from one side of the hotel to the other. The staff at the front of the hotel (security) were also always welcoming and lovely. Thank you so so much for the best time ever, we will 1000% be back. Best anniversary ever :)

The staff was BEYOND amazing!! Nelly was an amazing host from the time we arrived.. It was my friend's birthday and she even made it a point to bring up a birthday cake to our room .. Complimentary champagne upon arrival.. Nikos and Dimitos We're awesome company at the bar and always making sure we were having a good time... Michkill Was always checking on us to make sure Our stay was perfection and honestly, I forget some of the other staff names but EVERYONE was phenomenal!! The view from our panoramic room was amazing! AC worked well!! Which is an issue on previous trips to Greece, not at this hotel.. Short walk into town.. Food was great pools were great.. They arranged our excursions for us, All our transportation. I literally didn't have to think of anything they did all the work.. If I could give it a hundred stars, I would!!
