We stayed at this hotel with a 6-month-old baby for 4 days and 3 nights. I would like to point out the helpful staff, excellent cuisine, and the amazing buffet with drinks! The waiters in the restaurant were superb. The rolls and meat dishes were delicious! Thanks to the team for their excellent work! Excellent room cleaning, a huge water park, convenient parking, and a beautiful reception area. We really liked the cute coffee shop and the waiters in the reception area, the delicious coffee, and the delicious desserts. But we found several downsides to the hotel: 1. There are no indoor pools, and you can't take a baby to the spa area. 2. The hammam in the spa area is very cold and the baths weren't working. 3. There are a lot of rules that make your stay unrelaxing - the sea is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; pools are open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (But in Qatar it's very hot from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the ideal time for swimming is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., but everything is closed in the morning. 4. There was a Russian-speaking girl in the children's room - we didn't remember her name, she was very unfriendly and it was unpleasant to be there. Another girl came the next day and she was very friendly.

We had an amazing stay at Rixos Qetaifan Island North for 2 nights on the all-inclusive package. It is truly a fantastic resort for both parents and kids. A big shout out to Yasir from Reservations for arranging the perfect room and package for us. His help made our stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks as well to Kamal from the lounge cafeteria for his excellent service and attention to both us and our children. We also highly appreciated Seif at the pool bar for always taking care of us with such professionalism and kindness. And of course Patricia — always smiling, so friendly, and it was a real pleasure communicating with her in Spanish. Please pass our warm regards and appreciation to all of them. They made our experience memorable, and we will definitely be back because of them!

The hotel’s cuisine was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with an impressive variety of dishes. Having stayed at other Rixos resorts before, we can confidently say this one stands out as the best in terms of both food and service. A special thank you to Chef Ercan and Chef Cenk for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for our family, especially our children. The entire property is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and world-class hospitality. The rooms were spacious, elegant, impeccably clean, and equipped with excellent amenities. The breathtaking views and comfortable ambiance made our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious international and local dishes. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured an excellent dining experience throughout our stay. The property itself is magnificent, featuring stunning architecture, well-maintained facilities, beautiful landscapes, and exceptional recreational areas. The atmosphere is perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking for a luxurious getaway. What impressed us the most was the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Our stay at Rixos Qetaifan was overall very enjoyable. The rooms were extremely comfortable, with great pillows and blankets, spacious and well-equipped bathrooms, plenty of towels, and beautiful balcony views. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the quality of the alcohol was also very good. The waterpark was absolutely amazing and became one of the highlights of our stay. We would also like to compliment the restaurant and reception staff — they were always attentive, polite, and willing to help. However, there were a few disappointing points. The main Rixy Club was closed, and the small temporary room available instead was overcrowded and had very few toys. There was almost no evening entertainment for children and teenagers, and the only small playground was always full. Considering the usual Rixos standards, this was a major disappointment, as we expected much better children’s facilities. Another point is that for all-inclusive guests, it would be great if food at the waterpark could also be included in the package. Guests spend most of the day there, so having to pay extra for fast food did not feel very pleasant. Additionally, both mini-bars in our connected rooms were empty upon arrival, and one of them could not even be opened. After we requested a refill, drinks were delivered late at night when we were already asleep, which did not meet the expected level of service. Overall, we had a great stay and the hotel has many strong points, but some aspects of the service and children’s infrastructure could definitely be improved.
