I stayed at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha recently, and I was genuinely impressed with the whole experience. From the beautiful design of the hotel to the high-quality service, everything was well-organized and thoughtful. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and relaxing. One of the highlights of my stay was the warm hospitality from the staff. I especially want to thank Adele, the hostess at the restaurant. She greeted us every morning with such kindness and positive energy. She was always attentive, remembered our preferences, and made us feel truly welcome. It’s rare to meet someone who makes such a natural connection with guests — she really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha. I would definitely love to come back

Staying at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The hotel is elegant, the service is excellent, and every detail is well taken care of. The breakfast was one of the highlights — so many delicious options and a lovely setting to start the day. What really stood out to me was the kindness of the staff, especially Adele, the hostess. She is such a pleasant and genuine person. Every morning she greeted us with warmth and made sure we felt comfortable and welcome. She has a natural way of making people feel at ease, and that made a big difference in our stay.

My stay at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and hospitality exceeded all expectations. The entire team was exceptional, ensuring every aspect of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. A special thank you to Otman, the night manager, who provided excellent support and facilitated an early check-in, making my arrival effortless. We were also greeted by Bincent, the F&B Manager who offered us his time and insight to the F&B offerings. All staff were exceptional and we enjoyed our time at award winning restaurant's Farmhouse and Mr Tie Steakhouse Nadia was our waitress on the evening of day 1 who really stood out with her kindness, constant smile and politeness, making the first day feel truly welcoming. Otman’s service at Rasa on throughout the week was impeccable—polite, professional, and always attentive. At the buffet restaurant, Merci delivered outstanding service, Dining was a true pleasure, with Elfandy at Rasa and Rabah at Farmhouse ensuring top-tier service. Zoh Pool Bar Team: We refer to them as the "Power Team" - Superstars during the day time were Charaka who served the mad rush for alcoholic beverages from 12pm supported by the team of Isaac, Ikrom, and the rest of the team (Shiam, Robin, Rasheed and Maher!) all were incredibly polite and contributed to a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. Also at Zoh Beach Bar, special thanks to Hakeem at the Beach Bar brought great energy all day in the +40 degrees heat Bella and the chef team who made excellent food and snacks!. Dining was a true pleasure, with Elfandy at Rasa and Rabah at Farmhouse ensuring top-tier service. At the main desk, Farouk—'the boss man'—made sure everything ran smoothly, embodying exceptional leadership. Lastly, I want to call out to special people Santi at the spa provided a rejuvenating experience, adding the perfect touch to a spectacular stay with world leading treatments (Back, Neck and Shoulders x2 and Reflexology) and superstar Suman from Housekeeping who cleaned our room daily on the 11th floor and made animals from the towels for my daughter. Thank you to the entire team at Rixos Gulf for making this visit truly special and we will see you again!

During my stay at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha, one of the people who truly made a difference was Adele, the hostess at the restaurant. From the first day, she greeted me with such warmth and positivity. She’s not only professional, but also a very pleasant and kind person who genuinely cares about how guests feel. Every morning, seeing her smile and hearing her friendly “good morning” made the start of my day better. She was always attentive, remembered little details, and made sure everything was just right. It’s clear she loves what she does, and it shows. I’m really thankful for her hospitality. People like Adele make a hotel stay feel more personal and special

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the experience was far below expectations. Unfortunately, there was no assistance with our luggage—we had to carry it ourselves. The attitude of the front desk staff was unwelcoming and unprofessional, making us feel as though we were an inconvenience rather than guests. The elevators were constantly overcrowded, resembling the atmosphere of public transportation rather than a luxury hotel. Our room had a strong, unpleasant odor due to ventilation issues, and no preventive measures had been taken. We had to insist on a cleaning service. The food was stale and appeared to be from the previous day, which raised serious concerns about quality and hygiene. We were unable to enjoy the pool or beach areas due to overcrowding and a lack of cleanliness. The beach felt more like a public space, and it was nearly impossible to find available seating. Even after check-out, when we requested coffee, we were unexpectedly asked to pay for it—something we did not expect from a hotel of this supposed standard. Having chosen Rixos expecting a high level of service and hospitality, this experience was, unfortunately, worse than that of a 3-star hotel. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this property to others.
