We were unfortunately assigned a room that should not be offered to customers. The room had significant issues: there was noticeable humidity, a rusty bathtub, and a door handle that was nearly falling off.
While the reception staff were helpful and willing to assist, offering to move us to another room, the hotel was fully booked, so staying in that room for one night was unavoidable. They did not offer to move us to another hotel. Additionally, we had to waste our free time returning to the hotel to move our luggage.
The room we were eventually moved to was in acceptable condition, but this experience was disappointing. It’s concerning that rooms in such poor condition are still made available to guests. I advise future customers to check their rooms carefully upon arrival and to complain if necessary. It’s a shame that these issues tarnish what could have been a better stay.
I would not recommend booking here and giving money to thieves.

If you ask for a renovated and (somewhat) quiet room it’s really not as bad as reviews make it. Only quite noisy from the outside neighbors sometimes (so bring headphones to sleep) and I feel the room could have been cleaned better. But definitely worth for what you’re paying.

- cockroaches 🪳in the room (video attached).
- dirty worn-out furniture. (photo attached)
- I asked another family - their room was also "terrible". So there was no point in changing.
- bad view from the windows.
- in the pre-paid dinner no tea, no coffee, even just “water NOT included". (I know, it’s hard to believe this! I re-asked several times two staff personnel and video recorded their “Not included” 😅)
- because the island has desalinated ocean water, even brushing your teeth had an unpleasant aftertaste (well, its on the whole island, in every hotel)
- tap water is only good to flush the toilet and shower. Cannot use it even boiled for tea or coffee. You need to buy bottled water. (I was warned about it only already on the island.)
- I paid for a week, but escaped to the continent after 1 night.
- expensive urgent return tickets. I don't recommend flying to the island at all - dry volcanic desert land, terrible water, so-so houses, and bad service ( typical for Spain ) Don’t get trapped.

Nice friendly hotel, bit dated but clean and friendly staff. We had bed and breakfast which was surprisingly good. Safe and relaxing environment. Beds are terrible.

You get what you pay for.
My partner and I have recently stayed at this hotel for 2weeks.
We had specifically upgraded to a superior room to have one of the renovated rooms.
On entry we found a few things that weren’t cleaned properly but we moved passed it as that’s expected from a 3star hotel.
For the first 4days of our stay there was no sign of room service and we started to get really irritated because our bin was over flowing along with other bits and bobs that needed to be taken care off.
On the 5th day we finally had a lovely lady come and sorted us out everyday until the end of our stay.I never caught her name but she was the one that made our stay better.
Half way through cooking our dinner the electricity went,we waited about 15mins for someone to come and have a look at what the problem was.In the end it was just the stove but I’d be happy to have known that before entering the room as it’s not good to mess with hungry people.
The hallways were a little scary if you were walking through during the night.
Sometimes they didn’t turn on and sometimes they did.
Close to the main attractions.
Moving passed all the obstacles we would come back as the area is quiet and allows you to relax.
