We stayed at the hotel for two weeks. The rooms were very nice and clean — cleaned every day. The food was tasty, although a bit repetitive, but everyone could find something for themselves. The animations were of a high standard — every evening there was a show prepared and almost every day there was a mini disco, which the children eagerly took part in. The animators spoke several foreign languages — Spanish, English, German, French and Polish. The hotel staff were also excellent — always helpful and multilingual. Special thanks to Ali the boss, as well as Beatriz, Gabriel, Nestor, Alexander and Ali. Thank You for your positive energy and great sense of humor. Thanks to You, this trip will stay in our memories.

We stayed at the Abora Interclub in Gran Canaria for a week as a family of three (my husband, myself, and our 21-month-old), and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, which made it easy for us to relax as a family. The entire hotel was spotless – from the rooms to the communal areas, everything was kept exceptionally clean. One of the highlights for us was the kids’ entertainment. There was so much for our little one to do, and it really made the holiday enjoyable and stress-free. The facilities overall were great, and it’s clear the hotel is very family-friendly. The location was another big plus: close to both the beach and the airport, making everything very convenient. The staff were consistently lovely, welcoming, and helpful, which really added to the overall experience. Considering the excellent price, we felt the holiday was fantastic value for money – everything we got far exceeded our expectations.

Just had 10 days here and I will definitely be coming back. The staff are so friendly and very helpful the cleaners do an amazing job on your room the food was awesome the only complaint is they need to have bigger tea cups out throughout the day.. the complex itself is really nice the adult pool is great and has a help yourself drinks bar with soft drinks beer and wine.. the food variety is enormous there's something for everyone the entertainment is good in the evenings the cocktail bar is very good try the vodka sun it's lush there's a late night snack bar for a quick burger or hotdogs on the way back from the entertainment the weather was hot I got sun poisoning which hurt ALOT but there's a pharmacy on site that helped I would highly recommend abora to anyone it has everything you need for that sweet getaway ill be booking to come back again soon

We - 6 adults and 4 children - have just spent a lovely week at Abora Interclub Atlantic (San Augustin). Unfortunately, we did not get 3 family rooms next to each other as we had wished. So, as the grandparents, we stayed on another floor. Since we wanted to be able to sit together in the evenings when the children were asleep, we asked for 2 extra chairs for the terrace, but that was not possible according to the staff. This is poor service. The family apartments had a large outdoor terrace, where we could have sit together if we had enough chairs. There were obviously many large groups at the hotel. On the first evening, it was difficult to get a table for 10 people, even though we were there when it opened. But then we met Ali, member of the staff, and he was very welcoming and helpful. It was subsequently possible with Ali's / the waiters' help to move tables together. But all in all, a lovely week. Lovely food and good entertainment for the children.

We had a nice family holiday would be nice to uave more of a deink sele rion for the all inclusive and to be provided tea and coffee with milk in the room as we had a kettle but nothing to use with it and as the coffee and drinks are not available until 8.30am in the buffet area its a long wait if you want a coffee in the morning as the snack bar and normal bar is not open until 11am. Also the beach is a bit of a walk with alot of steps so not very good unles you get a taxi further along and walk down. The food is ok amd what you expect from a all you can eat style. The main problem we had was my son shared a room with his grandad and was supposed to have a bed made up but it was still a sofa and when you get here at 9:30 pm after travaling the last thing you expect to do is make up a bed then the cleaning staff continued to pack it all away every few days so it had to be remade every time it was quite annoying but overall it was a nice holiday and the birthday cake we ordered for my wife was amazing .
