Thank you for a great holiday! The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a large selection of food, so everyone can find something they like. The beach is close and bus stop to other locations on island is short walk away. Lot of sunloungers available. Activity team at hand with lots of activites for all.We enjoyed our short stay.

What a great hotel, very clean rooms and everywhere spotless. Staff are very pleasant and attentive. Entertainment staff are brilliant for children as well as the adults, great shows on nightly, mini disco and much more. Food was excellent quality and well maintained with something for everyone. Weather for the time of year was mid 60s with a cool breeze. Definitely be coming back.

The hotel is not bad, but it feels more like a 3-star than a 4-star. On the positive side, the entire staff and hotel service were great – very friendly and helpful people. The food was good and, most importantly, fresh. On the downside, there’s only one main bar for the whole hotel, which can lead to queues, even in December. A second bar near the reception opens only after 6 PM. There’s no typical restaurant bar area where you can comfortably sit in the cooler evenings. The hotel advertises heated pools, but honestly, it didn’t feel like the water was heated. The beach is quite close, although you have to go down some steep stairs to get there. Right next to the hotel there’s also a car rental, which is convenient. Overall, not a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The rooms are to a great standard. We had a family room and both bedrooms had T.Vs and comfortable beds for all 4 of us. The dining room is comfortable and you are not sat too close to other diners. The food is fantastic in both quality and range, with multiple fish and meat options aswell as vegetarian dishes. The staff are all amazing, friendly and happy to help. New Years Eve was incredible with a beautiful meal and then a great show. Well done

We stayed here at the end of November as a family of four (my partner and our two daughters aged 2 and 4). Overall, it was an okay stay, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations, especially for an all-inclusive family hotel. We booked a suite, which was a bit disappointing. While the room was clean, it was quite small for a suite and felt more like a standard family room. There was no kitchen area or seating, just a double bed and two single beds. The balcony was also very small, so there wasn’t really anywhere to relax in the room once the kids were asleep. The food was the biggest let-down. Breakfast was exactly the same every day with very little variety. The sausages were white and unappealing, so we didn’t even try them. Bread was often stale, which was surprising. The snack bar served the same food daily, and after a week it became very repetitive. Evening meals were also repetitive — fish was available every night, along with pizza or pasta, but none of it was particularly good. Dessert options were limited and always the same, although there was ice cream (only available in the main restaurant). Drinks were mixed. It was good to have real Pepsi on tap, but there were not enough drinks machines around the hotel. For two days, the drinks machine at reception wasn’t working, which caused queues elsewhere. There is only one main bar, which is outdoors and a short walk from the main building. You can also get drinks in the dining area and at reception, but these aren’t proper bar areas. Cocktails were only available at the bar and were limited to four pre-made options. The entertainment was okay, mainly aimed at younger children, which suited our girls. However, the pools were extremely cold — colder than the sea — which made them difficult to enjoy, especially for small children. There are four slides, which the kids liked when they could tolerate the water. The beach is around a 10-minute walk, including roughly 100 steps down, which is worth noting if you have a pushchair. Staff were fairly friendly, but the check-in process was frustrating. It took around an hour to check in, which isn’t ideal after travelling with young children. Overall, the hotel is clean and reasonably located, but the food quality, cold pools, limited bar areas and small “suite” rooms let it down. It may suit families with very young children who don’t plan to spend much time in the hotel, but we wouldn’t rush to return.
