I got back two days ago and I still can't get over it. This is the first time I've been so devastated leaving a hotel. Best vacation ever! The food, service, rooms and hotel grounds were great but the most amazing thing was the animators team. Great energy, multitasking people. I loved the different activities (even if I didn't participate in some) and the performances were my favorite part of the day. They're doing a great job, and I just dream of getting back there as soon as possible! I recommend it with all my heart

Fantastic all inclusive location... great welcome, late at night. Restaurant has been superb, great food choices and so much variety. The top bar has been faultless, Ali, Nester, Jaun & team and all the porters have been great always attentive. The animation team wow... energy, smiles and genuine interaction. Pool side and show times 100% effort to give the the holiday makers fun and memories...

Please ignore any negative reviews, we arrived at 22:20, there was food available near the bar, every single member of staff are happy and polite with the majority speaking multiple languages. The animation team , one word “wow “ they get everyone involved, always smiling, there are loads of games and activities throughout the day, they play a song and walk and greet everyone around the pools at 11am which gets everyone ready for the day. Bar staff are brilliant and always smiling, cleaners are really on it, the place is spotless, they clean everything. On arrival we were given the best welcome we could ask for. Shuttle bus runs twice a day every day. Food- lots of pork and fish dishes and very samey but there’s always something you can find to eat for the fussiest eaters, Asian night was brilliant. The desserts are the best tasting I’ve ever had on a holiday. Waiting staff clear tables fast and keep place clean. This is a lovely energetic hotel where a smile is never lost, whatever position is worked. Well done ABORA, you made our holiday memorable for the right reasons. All of you deserve a good merit. Amazing time, everywhere was so clean, good food and beautiful location! Staff friendly and helpful. Can’t beat the breakfasts! I must say the entertainment team were fantastic! They work so hard from 11am entertaining all in the day and then putting on the most spectacular show! The dancing and performances were eagerly anticipated on what the would do next!

We’ve had an absolutely fantastic holiday as a family! This was our very first trip abroad together, and we truly couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The staff have been amazing – especially the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond every day. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The food has been excellent, with a wide variety of options and plenty available at all times. We went all-inclusive and really appreciated the generous meal times – there was no pressure to rush, which made everything feel more relaxed. The facilities for children are brilliant. There are two fun playgrounds, a dedicated kids’ pool, a splash pad, and two additional pools to enjoy. The water slides were a big hit too – perfect for confident little swimmers. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus, and the evening entertainment has been great – something different every night and perfect for all ages. To put it simply: I was already checking prices to book again for next year by day two! I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends with kids and would love to come back in the near future.
