We spent our honeymoon at this hotel and everything was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and varied, with different themed evenings that made every dinner special. After dinner there were entertaining shows and quizzes, which we really enjoyed and added a fun touch to our stay. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere of the hotel is very warm and friendly, and we felt relaxed from the very first day. Overall, it was a perfect experience for such a special occasion. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for couples looking for a memorable holiday.

A lovely hotel that feels good value for money, but a few minor things make it less than perfect. The staff are great, friendly and attentive. The food quality is good and they have good provision for allergies (but it can mean having to speak with the friendly chefs almost daily about what you can have as not everything is labelled). Aside from the main restaurant, there isn't much food that allergy sufferers are likely to be able to eat in the snack bars. Choice of all inclusive drinks is good but cocktails are the familiar sugary premixed types that most all inclusive resorts offer. The pools are awesome for the kids having water slides, etc. that are big enough to make even older kids happy. There isn't really a dedicated indoor bar area as it's a shared space that includes reception, making it busy and noisy almost all the time. In fact, it is quite difficult to find a quiet corner anywhere on the hotel site - even the adult only pool area suffers with noise from the entertainment going on in the main pools. The hotel advertises it has a gym. While this is technically true, it is an outdoor calesthenics climbing frame that was mostly occupied by kids, and means you have to exercise in 30C plus sun/heat the whole time. There is also a sports court that offers football and basketball, and table tennis and pool tables near the pool bar area and elsewhere. The hotel is set on the top of a hill a little outside San Augustin itself and is an easy 10 mins walk to the beach, but all uphill on the way back. Being on a hill though, the views are great in some areas of the hotel and grounds.

Took our 3 year old daughter here for her first holiday. The entertainment staff were absolutely amazing! From daytime entertainment and games to evening mini disco and shows by the team. We absolutely loved the rendition of frozen and their show oxygen which was a contemporary piece. The food was good with a different theme each night and full of flavour! The all inclusive range of drink was great and even included ice cream and slushies! The room was good, great location and a good size. Only downside was the double bed was 2 singles and they kept separating and moving if we turned over. Also had a cockroach run across the floor but I think this was down to the door being open on ground floor. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and shops and it has lovely views. Can’t fault this hotel and the staff, especially the entertainment team! Thank you for making my little girls first holiday so special!

We’ve had an absolutely fantastic holiday as a family! This was our very first trip abroad together, and we truly couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The staff have been amazing – especially the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond every day. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The food has been excellent, with a wide variety of options and plenty available at all times. We went all-inclusive and really appreciated the generous meal times – there was no pressure to rush, which made everything feel more relaxed. The facilities for children are brilliant. There are two fun playgrounds, a dedicated kids’ pool, a splash pad, and two additional pools to enjoy. The water slides were a big hit too – perfect for confident little swimmers. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus, and the evening entertainment has been great – something different every night and perfect for all ages. To put it simply: I was already checking prices to book again for next year by day two! I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends with kids and would love to come back in the near future.

My friend and I stayed here for our first trip abroad together and had the most amazing time. The facilities are all clean, the rooms were lovely and spacious. The food is also good quality and every meal was enjoyable All the staff are very friendly and very helpful, especially the bar staff. Our biggest praise goes to the animation team who are the reason we had such an amazing holiday, they work so hard to ensure all guests are having a good time, and work hard to try and get everyone involved. The daytime activities were all very enjoyable, and the evening shows were so entertaining and well organised. In particular Jade, Bobby, Ashley and Jessica went above and beyond ensuring we had a fun enjoyable holiday. We will be coming back again due to the amazing experience we had at this hotel, 10/10 would recommend to anyone else.
