We stayed at the hotel for two weeks. The rooms were very nice and clean — cleaned every day. The food was tasty, although a bit repetitive, but everyone could find something for themselves. The animations were of a high standard — every evening there was a show prepared and almost every day there was a mini disco, which the children eagerly took part in. The animators spoke several foreign languages — Spanish, English, German, French and Polish. The hotel staff were also excellent — always helpful and multilingual. Special thanks to Ali the boss, as well as Beatriz, Gabriel, Nestor, Alexander and Ali. Thank You for your positive energy and great sense of humor. Thanks to You, this trip will stay in our memories.

We stayed at the Abora Interclub in Gran Canaria for a week as a family of three (my husband, myself, and our 21-month-old), and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, which made it easy for us to relax as a family. The entire hotel was spotless – from the rooms to the communal areas, everything was kept exceptionally clean. One of the highlights for us was the kids’ entertainment. There was so much for our little one to do, and it really made the holiday enjoyable and stress-free. The facilities overall were great, and it’s clear the hotel is very family-friendly. The location was another big plus: close to both the beach and the airport, making everything very convenient. The staff were consistently lovely, welcoming, and helpful, which really added to the overall experience. Considering the excellent price, we felt the holiday was fantastic value for money – everything we got far exceeded our expectations.

Nice view from the balcony the food is amazing. Amazing water slides l went on the slides at least 22 times each 🤗 .Super warm pool, there’s a lovely hot tub. 😍. Super talented acrobatics. Always amazed by how well you have made the show’s story stand out to me, especially since I saw the Mary Poppins show This hotel is too good and gorgeous to be true 🧚🏻‍♀️ From Faye age 8

We - 6 adults and 4 children - have just spent a lovely week at Abora Interclub Atlantic (San Augustin). Unfortunately, we did not get 3 family rooms next to each other as we had wished. So, as the grandparents, we stayed on another floor. Since we wanted to be able to sit together in the evenings when the children were asleep, we asked for 2 extra chairs for the terrace, but that was not possible according to the staff. This is poor service. The family apartments had a large outdoor terrace, where we could have sit together if we had enough chairs. There were obviously many large groups at the hotel. On the first evening, it was difficult to get a table for 10 people, even though we were there when it opened. But then we met Ali, member of the staff, and he was very welcoming and helpful. It was subsequently possible with Ali's / the waiters' help to move tables together. But all in all, a lovely week. Lovely food and good entertainment for the children.

I have been staying at this hotel for a week, and tomorrow is my last day. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very helpful. The only thing we would have preferred is if someone had shown us to our room, as it did take us a little while to find it. Once we settled in, the room was very clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were excellent – always making sure we had fresh towels and keeping everything tidy. We simply left the towels by the door, and they replaced them without any issues. The pool area is lovely, with plenty of sun loungers available – even in the afternoon, you can always find a space by the pool. The pool itself is clean and well looked after. The only small issue is that the floor can get a little slippery at times, so some non-slip mats would be a good improvement. The pool bar is great, and the evening entertainment has been very enjoyable. The location is a little bit out of the way, but it’s easy enough to get a taxi or walk down to the shops and the beach, which is very nice. When it comes to the food, it has mostly been either cold or just warm, and it would definitely be better if more of it was served hot. That said, there is always something you can find to eat. The 24/7 snack bar could be improved too, as the choices there are quite limited. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and we’ve had a lovely stay.
