We’ve had an absolutely fantastic holiday as a family! This was our very first trip abroad together, and we truly couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The staff have been amazing – especially the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond every day. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The food has been excellent, with a wide variety of options and plenty available at all times. We went all-inclusive and really appreciated the generous meal times – there was no pressure to rush, which made everything feel more relaxed. The facilities for children are brilliant. There are two fun playgrounds, a dedicated kids’ pool, a splash pad, and two additional pools to enjoy. The water slides were a big hit too – perfect for confident little swimmers. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus, and the evening entertainment has been great – something different every night and perfect for all ages. To put it simply: I was already checking prices to book again for next year by day two! I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends with kids and would love to come back in the near future.

My friend and I stayed here for our first trip abroad together and had the most amazing time. The facilities are all clean, the rooms were lovely and spacious. The food is also good quality and every meal was enjoyable All the staff are very friendly and very helpful, especially the bar staff. Our biggest praise goes to the animation team who are the reason we had such an amazing holiday, they work so hard to ensure all guests are having a good time, and work hard to try and get everyone involved. The daytime activities were all very enjoyable, and the evening shows were so entertaining and well organised. In particular Jade, Bobby, Ashley and Jessica went above and beyond ensuring we had a fun enjoyable holiday. We will be coming back again due to the amazing experience we had at this hotel, 10/10 would recommend to anyone else.

Booked this hotel for our first family holiday abroad and already looking to go back next year! It was everything and more! The splash zone and baby pool was perfect, always plenty of sun beds, all inclusive drinks were great. Food was lovely especially the pancakes at breakfast and the rooms were a great size too, we was in block 5 and there was a lift which was an unexpected surprise. Thank you so much for making our first family holiday one I'll never forget and we look forward to coming back 🩷

Well where to start! We turned up at the hotel and I'll be honest, I was a little disappointed but then I walked into the hotel and boy was I wrong! The reception staff were very nice and helpful... They made such an effort with the children which was nice for them as they were tired after the flight. The rooms are beautiful... We had a suite and it's the nicest room we have ever stayed in. Clean. Fresh. Walk in wardrobe. It's like a little village here. Three pools and a splash park for the little ones. Slides are fab. Pool bar snack are lovely. Now the entertainment.... The best I have ever seen when being on holiday. The entertainment team here are just elite. From morning activities to evening entertainment... It's just fantastic 😍. Best kids club ever My kids have never participated in evening entertainment and this holiday they were the first to get off their seats. Absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be returning.

Everything was fine, as expected. We were here for a week. The food was fine, especially the lunches. We liked the evening programs very much. The only thing we thought was strange, was that all inclusive wasn't actually all inclusive .. there were a lot of extras you still had to pay for (like certain drinks such as smoothies and good brand coffee). The cleaning was really good tho.
