The rooms are to a great standard. We had a family room and both bedrooms had T.Vs and comfortable beds for all 4 of us. The dining room is comfortable and you are not sat too close to other diners. The food is fantastic in both quality and range, with multiple fish and meat options aswell as vegetarian dishes. The staff are all amazing, friendly and happy to help. New Years Eve was incredible with a beautiful meal and then a great show. Well done

What a great hotel, very clean rooms and everywhere spotless. Staff are very pleasant and attentive. Entertainment staff are brilliant for children as well as the adults, great shows on nightly, mini disco and much more. Food was excellent quality and well maintained with something for everyone. Weather for the time of year was mid 60s with a cool breeze. Definitely be coming back.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday! We will definitely come back. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we were lucky to have a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a large selection of food, so everyone can find something they like. The beach is close, although the walk back is a bit of a workout 😉. A great hotel, especially for families with children. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is not bad, but it feels more like a 3-star than a 4-star. On the positive side, the entire staff and hotel service were great – very friendly and helpful people. The food was good and, most importantly, fresh. On the downside, there’s only one main bar for the whole hotel, which can lead to queues, even in December. A second bar near the reception opens only after 6 PM. There’s no typical restaurant bar area where you can comfortably sit in the cooler evenings. The hotel advertises heated pools, but honestly, it didn’t feel like the water was heated. The beach is quite close, although you have to go down some steep stairs to get there. Right next to the hotel there’s also a car rental, which is convenient. Overall, not a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

We really expected a lot from this resort based on thr listing. But it was really disappointing. This is definitely not something we wanted as a family on a holiday. The listing promised multiple restaurants with a-la-carte options, but when we went there, there was only 1 buffet restaurant. The food spread was reasonable, but options for vegetarians was very limited. Even the pools were not heated and it didn't make a lot of sense getting into it when the temperature was 20 deg C and breezy. There was no massage service within the resort but it was an adjoining private facility which just had one bed and they were not very friendly to book appointments. When we went and asked for pool towels they rudely said they have all gone to the laundry and none are available. What kind of a resort runs out of pool towels. There was no iron in the rooms, and when I asked for it in the reception, they said you have to rent it from an outside shop and we need to inform them well in advance. The bar tenders were also quite rude when we made any specific requests even after having taken the all inclusive plus package. Overall came back very disappointed with the holiday. I always wondered how such a resort could have such a good rating. I got my answer on the last day of my stay. They drop a sheet of paper in your room to write reviews and enter into a raffle draw to win some prizes. So invariably they end up getting good reviews. Please avoid if you can.
