*5 Stars – Always a Wonderful Stay!* I have stayed at Servatur Don Miguel many times and it’s always an absolute pleasure! The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained. The location is perfect – right next to the lively Yumbo Center, yet the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, so you can really relax. The food is excellent with a great variety and high quality every day. But what makes this hotel truly special is the staff – always kind, professional, and helpful. I would especially like to mention Jasmina Morales from the team, who helped me quickly and very competently with a recent booking change. Thank you again for your amazing support, Jasmina! Highly recommended – I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

I have a fantastic stay at Don Miguel for pride, this is my second time in the hotel. The room is clean and just lacks a plug socket near the tv. My superior pool view room was smaller than my friends without a pool view, so I would opt for one of these next time. The stand out experience here is the staff, they have all been so lovely with my desire to learn Spanish and have helped me with me pronunciation. Anya, on reception was the most helpful and extremely friendly, she also joked with me and my friend on many occasions. Anya was a stand out but all the staff have been great, including the cleaning staff. My small amount of Spanish helped me to be cautious to them better.

Great big hotel. Rooms are good. Very clean! Staff is very friendly Beds are best we had on GC. Pool is nice and enough space to rest on the beds. Breakfast is enough and lot of choice. Hotel is next to yumbo shopping centre and 10 min walk from the beach. I would more call it Gay only instead of Adult only. Great taxi service back to the airport. We would definitely book this hotel again!!

This hotel offers a lot: almost every evening live entertainment, fitness, restaurant, very extensive buffets, lovely pool area, courtesy room, etc. However, the large offer does come at the expense of quality. The entertainment is not very special, so there is little interest in it. The quality of the food is good, but not special. For example, at the evening buffet, more luxurious products such as salmon or stewed pears are offered, but once they are gone, they are not replenished. Only the cheaper dishes are replenished, causing everyone to eat very early, and the dining room becomes overcrowded. Guests who eat later can’t enjoy these offerings which would make the difference between ‘just good’ and ‘special’. The pool area is fine, but unfortunately, there is no enforcement on guests who unnecessarily reserve sunbeds for a long time, so it fills up quickly. The rooms are a bit dated and contain only the essentials (for example, no water kettle or suitcase table). The fitness room is just a bit too small, so it fills up quickly. My tip would be: offer fewer facilities, but ensure that what you do offer is of excellent quality. Maybe not live entertainment every evening, but make it a real party with good artists on the evenings it is there. For me, three stars. But due to the perfect location and the relatively favorable price compared to similar accommodations, one extra star.

A nice hotel, needs a bit of refurbishment, but the rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet. Plenty hot water. Pool area is nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is good, basic, but perfectly adequate. If you like the night life, you are on 5 mins walk from the Yumbo Centre, and believe me. You never hear a thing. Loved it.
