What a fantastic hotel! We have just returned from a week at the Mogan Princess and had a great time. The food was lovely with plenty of choice and not repetitive. Our room was comfortable and had an amazing sea view where you could watch the sunset. We liked the laid back vibe of the hotel, you can serve yourself drinks at several locations throughout the day without having to queue or get tokens for glasses like at other hotels we have been to recently. Their were plenty of spaces to sunbathe with plenty of sun loungers. The main pool is heated and we were going in once an hour to cool down. The adult pool is not heated and a lot cooler however was still absolutely fine to swim in. The free bus to the beach and Puerto de Mogan was a great touch. Having the beach bar with all inclusive food and drink and toilets was excellent meaning you could spend a whole day at the beach in comfort. Puerto de Mogan is absolutely gorgeous and it would be even better if the free bus had an afternoon collection time so you could spend longer there. We only went there once for the market on our last day and we wish we had visited earlier on in our stay. The entertainment could have been better, we prefer live music to dancing and shows. We hired a car in reception for a day which was very simple and had a great day exploring the mountains. We have heard that the hotel is closing for a refurb in September and hope this does not increase the prices as we would love to come again.

Pros: The hotel is really lovely with great views of Puerto Mogan. All rooms have sea view. The sunset bar and terrace is excellent for enjoying a drink watching the sunset. The food is delicious with different themed menus. Cons: We were in the fourth building so several flights of stairs or 3 lifts and stairs. No water in room. You could only have water by the glass so we went to local shop to buy big bottle of water to keep in room. Some cocktails are all inclusive. Bloody Mary and Mojito's we had to pay for €5.90 which are our go to cocktails. All in all a lovely quite place. The staff are friendly and do everything to help. We visited in January 2026. The weather was a perfect 21 to 22°

The hotel is not worth 4 stars. It is quite difficult to climb up to it from the public parking lot, it has very few parking spaces in front. The room I stayed in had old furniture and sometimes dust. There is a shower and a bathtub. The refrigerator is not even equipped with water. Cleaning is done daily, but superficially. The waiters have an all-time that puts you in an embarrassing situation by the way they rush to take your front plate without asking if you can, even if you're not done. or they ask you if you still want to go and get food. The child seat was often dirty, a sign that it did not clean or disinfect them after use. The food is quite tasty but it is not too much, there are a few dishes that are repeated over and over again, it is a lot of fish with sauces. The view of the harbor and ocean is beautiful and the hotel's pool is clean.

This is my first ever holiday outside of the UK and I loved it. Couldn't really fault this hotel. Me and my partner checked in a little later than others as we arrived on a late flight, we checked in around 9pm. Sara who checked us in was very accommodating, explained everything to us clearly, and gave us a great map which made very clear how to get to our room. The view from our room was stunning. Despite other reviews we had no real issues with the lifts, if they were out of service they were fixed quickly so we were not disrupted by this. Bar staff at the hotel were also fantastic expecially Tattiana, David and Wilbur who were mainly tending the sunset bar during our stay. Cleaning at the hotel seemed almost constant. We had our room cleaned and bed made every day and we didnt even have to ask. Walking around the complex and staff were always smiling and greeting guests. The food in the restaurant was different every day so there was a nice variety. I could always find something and I'm extremely fussy. Would recommend and would stay again. Also shout out to the gentlemen at reception (I didnt get his name but he had a fabulous mustache!) As he was super helpful in getting us taxis whilst on our stay. Also great bus link into the port and to the beach.

On the day of arrival, we were checked in at the reception by a very friendly young man, unfortunately I did not remember his name. We were given room 6301C, which was located on the top floor and had a beautiful view. The quality and value for money were fine. However, our stay was made unpleasant already on the second day by stomach issues / food poisoning (we cannot attribute this to the hotel as we do not know where we caught it), which first affected my husband and then me. From the second day onwards, we did not use the restaurant for lunch or dinner at all, even though we had all-inclusive, as our appetite for their food was gone. What made the situation even worse was that on the last day of our holiday, on January 14th between 9:00 and 10:30 a.m., while we were at breakfast, we were robbed in our room by the cleaning staff, who dared to steal cash in the amount of 55 euros from my wallet. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting behavior! Please be careful during your stay — this should never happen! We therefore do not recommend this hotel and will definitely never return. A terrible experience.
