If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9.30pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

We had an amazing 7 days stay in the hotel. We've booked the hotel a few months in advance for a very good price! The receptionist Roberto made our stay even better! He is a professional and kind man with a lot of charisma. He was the first person we spoke to, and throughout the stay, he was extremely friendly, talkative, and welcoming! Please do not listen to the stupid reviews about broken lifts and lots of walking. The lifts work everyday you just need to press the button hard sometimes to call the lift. Also, yes, the hotel is on a cliff, and it takes around 15 mins to walk up from the bottom, but I have a simple solution: get in shape. The food was really nice every day and there was a lot of variety. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone and come back again, hopefully soon!

The best holiday yet! already looking to go back this year and next year. All the staff from the reception are so friendly and will always greet you. The entire place is cleaned constantly, the food is amazing, the view is even better. There is so much to do if you want to go and see all the sites and activities, we were told the busses are cheap, however, we didn't leave the hotel as this was purely a chill holiday and we did just that. I would recommend ignoring the people hunting for negatives because they're simply not justified in my eyes. Cannot wait to be back there again! Thank you very much to everyone and Mogan Princess!!

I was there on a weekly all-inclusive workation in December. Got a room on the top floor with a great view at the sea and all the hotels in the gorge. The place is not posh by any means, but it is neat and I had a great time. The beach is in a walking distance and the hotel has its stand with drinks/snacks there. The food was slightly repetitive, but otherwise solid. Not much noise from nearby clubs. I had the free WiFi signal on the balcony, my partner didn't (so had to work in the lobby). In December the place was around 25% full. The weather was specific (hot sun and cold wind). The safe in the room and laundry were paid extra. You can rent a car from an agent visiting the hotel or, in a better price - in a booth near the beach. You need to park it in around 15 minutes of walking up a steep hill though, as the hotel parking is mostly cosmetic.

I miss it so much. The place was amazing The staff were very welcoming and always had activities to do at the pool! The food was lovely and always had different stuff to choose from . During The day you can have fruit, burgers, ice cream and more amazing food! They always had good entertainment! They have a shop which sells essentials and a bar which is great to watch sports and have delicious drinks 🍸 😋 It's definitely the place to go if your looking for a nice holiday! It's in a lovely area with a view of the beach in all rooms. Most nights there was a really nice sunset . This is an amazing place and I definitely recommend it! 5 🌟

This hotel is rated 4 star by Tui. I will say it is a 4 star for food drinks and communal spaces the view from my balcony was the best view I have ever had from any hotel I have ever stayed in. The food was varied lots of seafood, chicken dishes, show cookery and the best puddings I have seen on a hotel buffett ever. Now for the bits they don't tell you. I knew this hotel had great views but what I didn't know was that it had 4 buildings stacked into the mountain side. My room was in the highest building on the penultimate floor room 4036b is a twin , beds were the most uncomfortable beds ever sadly. If you look at the decor it's in need of a complete revamp. Word of warning the lifts in this hotel break down all of the time there are 600 steps to climb to the top plus ramps on some floors if the lifts fail. If you are have mobility issues this sadly is not the hotel for you.
