Overall it didn’t feel luxurious and wouldn’t hurry back. Staff weren’t very helpful, and was told different information from different employees. I had to ask three different members of staff before I was able to find the towel exchange (which was inconveniently only available between 10:30am-11:30am instead of just having bins of clean and dirty available throughout the day) and was hidden away near trees, so difficult to find. Felt like I kept getting palmed off by staff members trying to find it. For all inclusive snacks were only offered between 3pm-5:30pm. A lot of drinks you had to pay for separately. And no tea or coffee was available in the buffet area with lunch or dinner. Food was decent otherwise. Cleanliness was very mid. On our first day there were dirty shoe marks in our shower and balcony furniture was covered in a film of grime - so we didn’t want to use for our trip. Plenty of sun beds. Bottom of the pool was dirty.

We have just got home. We were all inclusive. What can I say. The hotel was very clean throughout. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Food was to a good standard with plenty of choice. The only two things that need improving in the hotel is the air conditioning. It works but isn't strong enough, barely feel that it is on. The other is the lifts. One was broken down which made it really hard for our family due to the numbers of guests using them. Spent a long time just waiting for a lift. We enjoyed our holiday and would visit again, just hope these are improved by our next visit. Thank you

Great hotel located 10 minutes walking from the boulevard. Rooms were cleaned every day which is super! The food was amazing, much variety and the staff is working hard to keep everything fresh and clean in the restaurant. The bar for drinks has alot of variety, in the evening it can take a bit longer for you to order your drink but its worth the wait! Overall very good hotel for a great price!

We stayed here from the 22nd September for our 6th wedding anniversary for week, First time to gran Canaria. When we first got to the hotel it looked really nice and looked exactly like what we had seen online. Reception staff weren’t really that helpful at all! We had a lot of issues with our room, As the interlocking door would not lock on the first day of being there and then I made 4 phone calls and also told the cleaners about this and at first we were told it will be sorted no problem, Then after another phone call to reception I was told that it was fine no problem the other room could NOT access our room from the door the other side and then the next day we had maintenance come to the room and he said it was open the whole time and COULD be accessed from the other side as the lock didn’t work at all. Maintenance were there about an hour and ended up breaking the handle and leaving saying ‘ Yes all fixed ‘ it wasn’t! You just broke it that’s all, I have pictures of it all! My wife who suffers with anxiety was not able to sleep properly the whole time we were there as she thought that someone could get in as the door handle was just loose! The room that we were in that has been modernised as ok, Floor was dirty so wouldn’t recommend wearing white socks! Mine are all ruined. The shower was all mouldy on the ceiling as there is no extraction for the moisture to escape. The air con is pretty much non existent and blows out hot air. I went and told reception about all this and they said there is one room if you’d like to change, So went to see this room and the air con fan was so loud you could barely hear each other. We told reception this and they said ‘ so you’ll stay in your room then, Yes ‘ I said well I have no choice. There was no entertainment for adults apart from the last night when we were leaving, seven though we were told there was. Swimming pools were dirty too. We have stayed in princess inspire in Tenerife and we thought this might have been the same but how wrong we were. I would like a response from this review as if I do not I will be contacting TUI and taking it further with them. If I could give this place a 0 I would, A very big shame as was for a lovely occasion.

A dream vacation – everything was perfect! I spent 10 unforgettable days at Hotel Princess in Gran Canaria, and I can honestly say everything exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially in the rooms, was impeccable. Every single member of the staff – from reception, housekeeping, kitchen and dining staff, to bartenders – was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was kind, welcoming, professional, and always attentive to our needs. I felt truly cared for from the very first moment, which made my vacation relaxing and full of joy. The hotel has a calm, pleasant atmosphere – ideal for rest, but also great for fun and socializing. The food was delicious and diverse, the cocktails were perfectly made, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for a 10+ experience! I’ll definitely return and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday in Gran Canaria.
