What can I say… Before arriving at Mango Bay Hotel, I read a mix of reviews and had a few concerns—but rest assured, this is a truly lovely boutique hotel that offers a unique experience, far removed from the typical chain resorts. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and even include evening turndown service. Despite the hotel being fully booked, it never once felt busy or crowded thanks to the small number of rooms—adding to the peaceful, intimate vibe. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, often with 10+ restaurants and all the commercial frills—but those can start to feel impersonal and stale. Mango Bay is different. The staff are what truly make this place shine. Huge shoutout to Donnel, Sebrina, Javier, Ray J, and Isobelle (one of the managers, I believe)—every one of them was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was excellent, with à la carte dinners most nights and beach BBQs during the day. Yes, you could nitpick like some other reviews, but honestly—when it comes to value for money, Mango Bay is unbeatable. Sure, you could pay triple to stay at a big-name resort like Sandals, but it would be hard to top the beachfront location and overall charm of this hotel. The location is another bonus—right in Holetown with easy access to nearby towns, and there’s even a new shopping centre just across the road. I’ll absolutely be coming back—with the whole family next time!

Beautiful food. Beautiful setting. Staff to eager to take your cocktails before you’ve finished also we were having a breather eating our food and staff tried to take our plates away before we had finished. They need to ask before as first.

Just come back from Mango Bay. Stayed there last year so second visit. In the process of booking for next year. Love the hotel and location. Small hotel which I like right on the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Made new friends last year and met up again this year. Good value

Best value on the island. I checked out of the crane and into mango bay and so pleased I did. Isabella the guest service manager is a delight and really makes each guest feel special. Dale the general manager runs a very tight ship and addresses any missteps immediately. So grateful for the leadership team at mango bay! Happy Independence Day beautiful BIM!

The condition and the caliber of the rooms were terrible. They need gut them completely and start over. The food was merely passable. The staff were very nice and the each was gorgeous. I would ever stay here again nor recommend this place if quality is important.
