Super helpful staff and a nice room upgrade. Right on Rockley Beach. We saw a massive turtle 🐢 and a green monkey 🐒 on our way to a restaurant on the promenade.
Great bath and shower with the junior suite. Great air-conditioning and plenty of parking.
The reception team is very keen to help with booking restaurants and trips
A fantastic holiday 😀

I will start with the fact that whoever has written the past reviews must have been paid to do so. We arrived after 10pm to find the oceanfront room we booked was sold out. They tried to send us to a sister hotel 10 minutes south, not even on the beach. We refused, so they put us in a room that needed to be renovated 20 years ago, overlooking the highway. The next morning, the front desk offered us free breakfast in compensation if we were willing to stay in that room for our four nights. Needless to say we left and found accommodation on the north part of the island.
As far as the property goes, the beach was full of seaweed, and not clear like in the pics. The hotel is NOT located in a good part of town. We saw only a few tourists out and about. We moved north of town near the St James area, and wow what a difference. Beach and area were gorgeous and we felt very safe. I would warn any tourists to avoid this hotel and area at all costs!

This was my first time in Barbados. The best part of this hotel is the magnificent view and beach. The sand is pearly white, almost pink and the ocean is so clean and the most gorgeous shades of blue. The Accra is also very conveniently located with many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Room was basic, but adequate. Drinks were delicious. There are two very nice pools, one with a waterfall and swim up bar. The restaurants were a little pricey so we didn't eat on site much.

Beautiful pool and right on the beach, although the waves are sometimes quite big. Some rooms need updating but ours was ocean and pool view with a comfortable bed and gorgeous view. I would never do the all inclusive here as there is not enough selection and unnecessary as there are many choices minutes from the hotel. I had read staff were rude and unhelpful but found that to be untrue. We would stay here again if the price was right.

Nice hotel right on the beach. Rooms were decent size and comfortable beds. The balcony furniture is too big for the space and not comfortable at all. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Plenty of sun loungers available which were all new. We staying in May. Expensive food and drinks if not all inclusive which I wouldn't recommend taking.
Outside the hotel isn't great. Dirty and food options not great. I wouldn't stay a Rockley beach again. In fact I wouldn't go back to Barbados. Extremely expensive and quite run down and dirty. Sticking to Europe.
