I would highly recommend beach view hotel - it was by mere chance my niece saw this hotel on Booking.com and even though I had already booked elsewhere we decided to come here instead. Very close to major routes, just cross the road to go to the calm and blue waters of Paynes Bay. Lots of eating places and restaurants nearby and a major supermarket chain less than 10 min drive. Rooms are spacious. Daily housekeeping. Comfortable full kitchen. The Papaya section we stayed at had lovely beach views. Major road in front of the hotel but we were not disturbed the least by the vehicular noise. Paynes Bay fish facility across the road on the beach - my mother was happy buying her fish and cooking same back at the room.

It's a truley beautiful place. I especially loved the wildlife. Hummingbirds, lizards and monkeys, visiting on my tropical doorstep outside my very spacious hotel room. Bananas and beautiful flowers growing all around. The staff were very friendly and always attentive. The hotel owner invited everyone to his home for cocktails and food and arranged taxis to collect everyone free of charge. The whole experience was amazing.

Very well appointed rooms and suites. Four pools to choose from and right on the beach in Paynes Bay. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Wifi was very reliable and fast . Buses to/from Bridgetown. Take the yellow ones for the best experience.

We had an enjoyable stay at beach view. The rooms are very large and perfect if you are bringing a family. You are in a great spot to either go south to bridge town or north to holetown. The cafe restaurant is great and the food is really good quality it’s a great asset although they really need to give the chef additional help in the kitchen as the time it takes for food to come out is just too long. The addition of the bar and pool table is a great although think it should be open more nights than Sunday to Wednesday. We were a bit disappointed on our final day that our request for a check out at 1pm instead of 12pm so we could have lunch at the apartment couldn’t be accommodated and left a sour taste on our final day, we weren’t asking for much flexibility but we got absolutely zero! Also we had requested when booking the room if we could have a room without anyone above, we got a room on the ground floor and although fine for the majority of our trip in the final few days someone was moved in above and they were so loud stomping around like elephants at 7am. Honestly cannot comprehend how anyone can walk so loudly!!

When we arrived, we were welcomed by security and then introduced to the general manager, who kindly escorted us to our room. The refrigerator was stocked with bagels, cream cheese, and bottled tap water, which is safe and drinkable on the island. Our spacious three-bedroom suite was well-equipped and comfortable, offering views of Paynes Beach just across the way. Each room featured blackout curtains and air conditioning for added comfort. The parking lot had ample space, and there was a small gym, several pools, and an on-site restaurant to enjoy.
