The Crane Resort

We had a place with private pool, it was very beautiful. Restaurants were great, common swimming pools were big and beautiful. Zenith restaurant has amazing view next to the ocean. We can go to the beach right next to the resort. There are lot of locations to take photos. Our place had nice gazebo in the backyard with dining area, sleeping chairs for sun bathing and relaxing. Beautiful Tropical flowers & trees make this place special. It's well designed and well maintained

I recently stayed at Crane Resort for part of my vacation and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the decor was modern and pleasing. I appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary bottled water and welcome drink. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping the room tidy and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. The hotel amenities were excellent. The pool area was beautiful. I happened to stay during Hurricane Beryl and staffs were really helpful making sure we had a safe stay. They also had food arranged for 2 days and kept updating on the storm and made our stay comfortable without any problem/issues. The check-in process was a bit slow, and there was a bit of confusion with my reservation initially, but it was quickly resolved by the front desk staff. Overall, Crane Resort is a fantastic place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation. The combination of great amenities, friendly service, and a stunning location makes it a place I would definitely recommend and return to in the future.

Lovely resort. However is let down by poor service from some members of staff. They regularly run out of towels and so if you want to go to the pool at 3-4pm you can't and the staff are like tough. However, 5* as wonderful response and communication regarding the hurricane. Felt safe, food given as packed dinner back to the rooms, able to book additional nights and hotel manager Tennyson was excellent is managing our issues.

My family and I are visiting Barbados for the very first time and is staying at The Crane. While the Barbadian people are very welcoming our stay at the Crane has been a nightmare. The beach is filled of seaweeds making it intolerable to swim in, while the roof pool is nice our room smells moldy and the ac unit is leaking from the ceiling.Yesterday while cooking breakfast we lost power. Everything is electric and the power was out for hours. Today while showering the water just stopped. And we have no water! Called the front desk and because it’s after hours no one is available to fix the problem. I asked for another room but there was no water there either! Absolutely ridiculous! I have visited over 15 countries throughout the Caribbean and have NEVER had these issues. If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable vacation don’t go to the Crane!

The New Traveling Family

Beautiful resort views from all angles. Would give five stars except that the great food they had was not available at certain times of day when we needed it. It’s hard traveling with kids and you need to order pizza to room at 12pm for lunch and can’t. Overall I more than likely would stay again because the staff was friendly and the views were breathtaking. I loved the island, the people and the culture.
