The staff made the trip incredibly easy for us. Truly exceptional, I wish I remembered all their names! We had an extended stay, concerns about what to do for two weeks resolved quickly. We were resting up prior to a medical procedure, and this resort was the perfect place for us to do that. Private pools were refreshing, rooms were beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed. All the restaurants were delicious and reasonably priced. The views around the resort were exceptional. We enjoyed the day trip on the yacht and all the resort events available to us. We even had fresh coconut delivered to our room, unbelievable! We will definitely be back and are incredibly grateful for all the sunrise & sunsets.

We stayed at the Crane from December 27-31st. We had a mixed experience here. The good: -The beach is outstanding! The water is clear blue/green and you can see straight to the bottom. The sand is pure white and smooth. There are beautiful waves that are great for body surfing, but probably too strong for younger children. -The resort is lovely and very beautiful and not too big. -We stayed in one of The Contemporary rooms and it was very spacious and clean. No bugs and very few mosquitos. The bad: - Housekeeping. 2 days they didn't show up and we had to call continuously to make sure they came. We were a family of 5 and they never remembered to leave 5 towels or to make up the pull out couch. The safe didn't work in the room and our showers were warm, but not hot. - Terrible service in ALL the restaurants. All meals took 2 hours and they WERE properly staffed. The staff seemed not to care and could not be any less helpful. Very disappointing! - Large beautiful jacuzzi that was NOT hot only lukewarm. Again, very disappointing. Why build a large beautiful jacuzzi and not heat it? - Always out of towels on the beach. Overall, we paid over $1000/night to stay here and for that price we expected things to be better managed. This place has potential to be amazing with better management. Restaurants need to be overhauled and useless staff needs to be let go. Kitchen needs to move faster. Housekeeping needs to be better organized and managed. There needs to be wait service on the beach. I would return to the Crane only if new management was put in place.

The Crane Resort was an exceptional experience! The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the service. The staff at The Crane were outstanding, delivering impeccable service in every interaction. In a time when daily room service is becoming rare, The Crane goes above and beyond by providing multiple service visits per day—no special requests needed; it's simply their standard. The team was always smiling, consistently professional, and attentive to every detail. This is a 5-star experience, through and through!

I have to admit, I booked this vacation with my family before reading reviews about the resort. So, when I started reading them after booking, I began to worry if I had made a mistake based on some of the 1 and 2 star reviews. However, our stay was wonderful and the resort was fantastic! Maybe we lucked out with our room, but we had no issues with the A/C or with water pressure. The room stayed comfortably cool, and the water pressure was great. Room service came every single day to clean the room, and we had no problem getting fresh towels when we needed them. Even though we didn't use it, the private balcony pool was plenty warm and water was clean. The beach was nice, although there was seaweed on the sand and in the water most of the time, with only our check out day being the day no seaweed was present. But that wasn't a problem as we did excursions which went to even nicer beaches anyway. The staff was friendly with every member we passed greeting us with a smile and hello. The folks at the front desk were great, and the ladies at the concierge were super friendly and got us set up with excursions quickly after we arrived. I guess the only real "complaint" would be the lack of variety at the restaurants at the resort and the lack of restaurants nearby off the resort property. The food and drinks were definitely not cheap, but no one should expect it to be on an island whose biggest source of revenue is tourism and rum.

We celebrated our anniversary at The Crane. Our room was a one bedroom with a rooftop pool. The hotel service was faultless. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and approachable. Our room was beautifully decorated with every amenity we could want. The mattress was comfortable, and the pillows were fluffy. The air conditioning worked great! We had no plumbing issues. Our pool and patios were clean. The grounds were gorgeous!! They were renovating certain units and one pool area, but they were clearly marked and quite neat. We will definitely return to The Crane.
