Friday brunch.. great lay out. Then there was the service. We were truly taken very good care by SNOW. Yes that is her name. Very friendly attentive all while maintaining a big smile. Probably best service we have had in a long time. Thank you Snow for everything. Look forward to going back and having Snow take great care of us again.

From the stunning location to the impeccable room service and genuine hospitality, every detail exceeded expectations and made our wedding anniversary celebration unforgettable. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Omar Al Jabri, Front Office Manager, for his professionalism and thoughtful assistance in arranging the perfect package for our special occasion. His courtesy and efficiency made the entire process seamless. I would also like to commend Khalil, the trainee at the front desk bill service, whose attentiveness and dedication were remarkable. It’s always a pleasure to come back to Kempinski Muscat. Each time I return, I feel at ease — confident that I will once again enjoy the very best. The hotel consistently delivers an experience that feels both personal and refined. It is more than just a destination; it is a place of lasting memories. This is five-star hospitality at its finest — and we will definitely return.

Everything was great for me and my family. We felt cherished in a a very nice atmosphere. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We easily got an early check and late check out once asking as front desk guys were so understanding. Also restaurants staff were kind and welcoming. Definitely we will come back when in Muscat.

The hotel itself is a masterpiece—its architecture beautifully blends contemporary design with Omani heritage. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the sea. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the high-end bathroom amenities, reflected thoughtful attention to comfort and quality. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. Every member of the staff—from reception to housekeeping to the restaurants—was genuinely attentive, courteous, and eager to ensure that my stay was perfect. Special thanks to the concierge team, who went above and beyond to assist with my plans and make excellent recommendations. The dining options were equally impressive. Each restaurant offered a unique culinary experience, and the quality of the food was consistently outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the fresh food and the variety at breakfast each morning. The hotel’s location is ideal—peacefully nestled along the beach, yet conveniently close to the airport and key attractions in Muscat. The pool area, spa, and beachfront access provided the perfect opportunities to unwind and recharge. I cannot recommend Kempinski Hotel Muscat highly enough. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel will exceed your expectations in every possible way. I had a great experience during my stay, thanks to the amazing hotel staff. The reception team was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. They made everything smooth and stress-free from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was a buffet served in the restaurant. It was okay, but I think it could be better with more variety and higher quality to match the excellent service provided by the staff. A special mention goes to (Mark) , our waiter, who was outstanding – very professional, attentive, and friendly. He really made us feel welcome. Also, a big thank you to (Efrianty) ,the hostess, who made sure everything in the restaurant was perfect. She was attentive, polite, and made sure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, the staff were the highlight of my stay – truly excellent service across the board. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the wonderful people who work there
