We stayed here for 3 night as a family and our stay was wonderful. Room is spacious, comfy bed, but bathroom is small. Service was excellent throughout our stay. We needed extra bottles of water and towel for our child and they bring it straight away always they were playful and cheerful with our child which was a great bonus. They have two swimming pools; Indoor and outdoor which is well designed and also gives people chance to enjoy till late as outdoor pool closes earlier. Breakfast was good and have a wide range of options from continental to Asian. Entire breakfast setup is refreshing and less congested. Sitting arrangements spread from inside to outside near the pool. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, service was great, location wasn't bad, child friendly place as well.

Overall very nice experience good valet service, nice room albeit aged, several pools, and good spa services. We especially recommend the massages great really marveles ones. Location yes ok maybe not the best next to a Highway but you dont hear the traffic.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team for their warm hospitality. The rooms, cleanliness, and overall ambiance made the experience truly comfortable, but what stood out the most was the exceptional service at the restaurant. A special thank you to Talal, Chef Krishna, and Rashid for their attentiveness, welcoming attitude, and genuine care. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure every meal was delightful. Their professionalism, polite demeanour, and friendly smiles added a personal touch that made my stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel at home. I look forward to visiting again!

The stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful and mainly due to the staf who are so helpfull and welcoming. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable. Every morning at breakfast we were being welcomed/greeted by Agnes with her beautifull smile and always very welcoming. Mohamed and Susan were also excellent. Always very helpfull and even remembered what we liked to drink. On top of that gave us great tips to eat and visit. They were truly so kind. They always greeted you with a smile. We cant forget of course the food that has been taken care of by Darif. My complements. Lastly a big thanks to Venu who took care of our room. Anything we needed he would take care of it. Also big thanks to Suresh as he is also responsible for the rooms. The staff is absolutely excellent. They truly take care of you and always Greet you with a wonderfull smile. I cant wait to visit Muscat again and stay at the Sheraton hotel.

My stay at the hotel was amazing. The rooms and the facilities are top notch. The breakfast buffet was very tasty with many choices. Talal bhai and Masooma made delicious and yummy food items for us. Highly recommend staying at this hotel
