We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Muscat. The service was excellent and the staff are always attentive and welcoming. The breakfast was a real highlight - amazing spread! I would also like to give special recognition to Sudesh.K, from housekeeping team. He went above and beyond to make our stay feel homely, ensuring our rooms were always perfectly cleaned and welcoming. His attention to detail and friendliness really stood out and made a big difference to our overall experience. Love his surprise note that he place in our room every day:) Overall, I highly recommend the Sheraton Muscat for anyone visiting Oman – great service, excellent facilities, and a truly comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton! The staff were absolutely amazing — everyone was so friendly and accommodating, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. A special mention to Abdullah, who was exceptionally helpful and brilliant in every way. The breakfast staff were fantastic and made mornings such a pleasant experience. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the hotel’s ambiance was so warm and comforting. Overall, it was an outstanding stay — I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I spent three days at this hotel, and it is excellent. The environment is very clean and pleasant, and the staff are extremely helpful, always available when needed. The amenities, such as the gym and swimming pool, are outstanding. They offer both indoor and outdoor swimming options, which are quite impressive. As a vegetarian, I found a wide variety of vegetarian food options available, all of which are of high quality. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton.

Staying at the Sheraton Oman Hotel was an experience that blended luxury, comfort, and genuine Middle Eastern hospitality in the best way possible. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by how elegant and modern the space felt — tall ceilings, beautiful lighting, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere that instantly set the tone for the stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The beds were the kind you sink into and forget the outside world, and the large windows offered great views of Muscat’s cityscape and rugged mountains. Every detail felt thoughtful: quiet air-conditioning, high-quality linens, relaxing lighting, and a bathroom that looked like it belonged in a spa. One of the biggest highlights was the breakfast. The buffet was enormous and genuinely impressive — fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes, Middle Eastern classics, omelets made to order, and coffee that actually tasted good. It’s the kind of breakfast you look forward to waking up for. The pool area was another standout. It felt like a calm escape from the heat, with comfortable lounge chairs and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The fitness center was modern and well-equipped, and the staff kept everything clean and organized. Speaking of the staff — they were one of the hotel’s strongest points. Friendly, attentive, quick to help, and always polite, they made the stay feel personal. Whether it was housekeeping, the front desk, or the restaurant team, everyone treated guests with genuine warmth. Location-wise, the hotel is in a great spot: close to key attractions, easy to reach by car, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. It’s ideal for both business travelers and tourists exploring Muscat. Overall, the Sheraton Oman Hotel delivers a truly comfortable and refreshing stay, combining luxury amenities with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. I’d happily return — and recommend it to anyone visiting Muscat.

I liked the first Impression & Ambiance Welcome experience, lobby atmosphere, design with community tables, soundproof booths, the coffee at the entrance, overall vibe. After a long journey, we arrived at the reception by Amna, and she gived us an excellent debriefing about the timing and helped us with the process to receive the room pass in less than 5 minutes." I loved also the Room Cleanliness, comfort of the Sheraton Sleep Experience bed , room layout, quality of amenities (like Gilchrist & Soames toiletries ), by the way I want to thank our housekeeper Mr Sudish and his manager who took care of us during our stay. The quality of food/drinks is top 10, Mr Rohit served us with love and passion. The only thing that I didn't like is that some guests they swim with their own clothes ( not a burkini ) and not using a swimming dress, and to be honest it's not acceptable. This is not hygiene at all. I hope that the Sheraton's management implement a dressing code for the swimming pool. But in general the amenities & Services Pool/fitness center quality is good. The area where the hotel is very quiet, and the hotel is children friendly. The staff where very nice to children and you feel like you get a unique personal experience. Thank you Sheraton's Muscat team, you are doing a great job.
