Our stay at W Muscat was an exceptional experience from start to finish and truly exceeded our expectations, especially as a family travelling with kids. The resort strikes a perfect balance between luxury and family-friendly comfort. The pools were a major highlight for our children — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed so kids could enjoy themselves safely while adults relaxed nearby. Direct access to the beach was another big plus, making it incredibly easy to move between pool time and seaside walks without any hassle. The beach itself is well maintained, calm, and ideal for families. Food was outstanding across the resort. Every meal felt well curated, with a strong focus on quality ingredients, variety, and presentation. Whether it was breakfast or dining later in the day, the options catered well to both adults and children, which made mealtimes enjoyable rather than stressful. The service staff were attentive, warm, and genuinely accommodating toward families, which made a noticeable difference to the overall experience. Despite its stylish and modern vibe, W Muscat remains very welcoming for families. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, allowing everyone to relax after a full day of activities. Everything felt well organised and professionally managed without ever feeling rigid or restrictive. Overall, W Muscat is an excellent choice for families looking for a high-quality beach resort that offers luxury, comfort, and genuine family friendliness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

My wife and I stayed at W Muscat to celebrate our anniversary, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — the service throughout our stay was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. The property itself is stunning — modern, stylish, and perfectly located. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered great comfort with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The amenities, pool area, and overall atmosphere truly made our stay feel special. If there’s one small suggestion, it would be to include a few more vegetarian options on the menu. While the existing offerings were delicious, a bit more variety would make the dining experience even better. Overall, it was an excellent stay and a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary. We’d definitely recommend W Muscat to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in Oman!

It's easy to find a hotel with an exceptional setting like the W, but what truly sets it apart is the staff, who are simply outstanding. Thank you, Anbar, from reception. He made our stay unforgettable. We are also very grateful to the breakfast staff: Sadam Husein, Sonya, and Emmanuel. They are all fantastic. 10/10 for this hotel—beautiful and refined. The restaurants are of a very high standard.

Last-minute stay between Christmas and New Year for some much needed R&R. A beautiful hotel in a great location, with a friendly and genuinely helpful team throughout our stay. From the housekeepers to the W taxie driver who took us on a little tour. The detox massage was an absolute 10/10, highly recommend. Nancy was amazing, easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Special mention to the lovely Emanuel by the pool, who really added to the experience. We were lucky enough to be there for New Year’s Eve and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was great to see the staff clearly enjoying themselves while still working hard, especially one of the guys on the grill who was really feeling the music! Always lovely to see such a happy, positive team. Came home feeling truly refreshed. Would highly reccomend.

Our stay at W Muscat was absolutely amazing. My best friend and I loved the property, and the service truly made the experience unforgettable. The staff across housekeeping, front desk, and the restaurants were incredibly sweet, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We genuinely felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were very spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The hotel’s direct beach access was a big plus—complete with towels provided. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the hotel restaurants served great food as well. One thing that really stood out was how quickly the staff responded; every call was answered before the third ring, which you rarely see these days. Everything was beyond incredible, and we would happily keep coming back just for the exceptional service. Highly recommended!
