Our stay at W Muscat was absolutely amazing. My best friend and I loved the property, and the service truly made the experience unforgettable. The staff across housekeeping, front desk, and the restaurants were incredibly sweet, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We genuinely felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were very spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The hotel’s direct beach access was a big plus—complete with towels provided. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the hotel restaurants served great food as well. One thing that really stood out was how quickly the staff responded; every call was answered before the third ring, which you rarely see these days. Everything was beyond incredible, and we would happily keep coming back just for the exceptional service. Highly recommended!

The hotel’s location near the Royal Opera House Muscat is ideal — perfectly positioned for both cultural experiences and relaxation, while still offering privacy and tranquility. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide and high-quality selection that catered to every preference. The consistency, elegance, and warmth of the service are what make the W Muscat truly stand out. I always look forward to returning. Exceptional housekeeping service made my stay at the W Muscat truly memorable. Jackie, Alan, and Ravindra went above and beyond in every possible way — professional, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. The room was maintained to the highest standard at all times, with meticulous attention to detail and genuine care that reflected true luxury hospitality. Their kindness and responsiveness made the space feel not just spotless, but welcoming and personal. Housekeeping is often the heart of a hotel experience, and at the W Muscat, this team represents excellence at its finest.

Having spent three nights at the W Muscat, I would rate my overall experience an 8 out of 10. While the hotel certainly boasts a fancy and modern design, there were a few elements that kept the score from being higher. 👍 The High Points Exceptional Housekeeping: A major positive was the room service, which was very well executed, with service provided twice a day. Everything in the hotel, in general, was very clean. Wonderful Breakfast: The morning meal was a definite highlight, offering a wonderful selection and quality. Nice Rooms: The rooms themselves were nice, although on the smaller side. 😐 Areas for Improvement Atmosphere: Despite the high-end appearance, the overall atmosphere wasn't as expected, feeling not so young or immediately welcoming. Views: Guests should be aware that requesting a sea view might only result in a minor partial view of the sea. Dining Options: The hotel felt lacking in variety with not so many options for restaurants. The famous Buddha-Bar was enjoyable and visually great but felt a little boring in terms of atmosphere. Drink Prices: Be cautious with your bar bill, as the prices for drinks are extremely overpriced. 👎 Significant Concerns Security Staff: The experience with the security at the entrance was disappointing, as they were perceived as unprofessional and even rude at times, which is a significant area for the hotel to address. In summary: The W Muscat is a beautiful, clean hotel with great service elements, particularly housekeeping and breakfast. However, the slightly stiff atmosphere, limited views, high drink costs, and issues with entrance security prevent it from achieving a top-tier score.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The kindness and constant smiles of the staff made us feel truly welcome. We loved the delicious breakfasts and dinners at Harvest, as well as the relaxing moments by the beautiful pool. The hotel location near the beach and across the opera was perfect. The suite offered every comfort we could wish for and more. Thank you for an unforgettable stay — we can’t wait to come back.
