We have just returned from a wonderful stay at The Chedi in Muscat. From the moment you arrive you feel welcome, relaxed and totally looked after. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the outdoor spaces are beautiful and tranquil. But the biggest shout out has to go to the staff, especially Pandiyan who looked after us at the Serai Pool. Pandiyan ensured everyone was comfortable, ensured we had plenty of cold water to drink, wonderful fruit sticks and best of all ice pops. He chatted, asked about your day and ensured your day by the pool was perfect

We enjoyed our stay at The Chedi Muscat. The pool area, gym and restaurants were very good. The beach was OK. Also we were not that satisfied with our room due to noise and the smell of food in the evening. Next time we know to book one of the villas. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. The grounds were truly beautiful.

Our stay at The Chedi was truly wonderful. The entire hotel complex is stunning. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was exceptional as well, offering a great variety of fresh, high-quality dishes. The only disappointment during our stay was our visit to the restaurant The Beach. As mentioned in my separate review, the food quality and presentation did not justify the high prices, which was surprising given the outstanding standard of the rest of the hotel. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Chedi and loved our overall experience. We would absolutely return and can highly recommend the hotel itself.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I stayed at The Chedi Muscat for our 25th Anniversary, and it was absolutely unforgettable. When we landed, we were picked up at the gate and transported through the Airport via the Lounge to the waiting car. When we arrived at the hotel, everything felt calm, stylish, and effortlessly luxurious. The design is stunning, set perfectly between the mountains and the sea, and the whole resort has such a peaceful, relaxing vibe. The Deluxe Club Balcony Room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were absolutely incredible — friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our anniversary extra special. The club amenities were a wonderful bonus, with quiet spaces to unwind and thoughtful touches throughout. The pools and private beach are beautiful and perfect for relaxing together. This stay made our Anniversary truly memorable. The Chedi Muscat is one of the best hotels we’ve ever visited — highly recommended.
