Our stay at The Chedi was truly wonderful. The entire hotel complex is stunning. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was exceptional as well, offering a great variety of fresh, high-quality dishes. The only disappointment during our stay was our visit to the restaurant The Beach. As mentioned in my separate review, the food quality and presentation did not justify the high prices, which was surprising given the outstanding standard of the rest of the hotel. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Chedi and loved our overall experience. We would absolutely return and can highly recommend the hotel itself.

We had a wonderful time here again. The staff is so welcoming and friendly we always feel like coming home. We had a Terrace room and a suite both fantastic. Pandiyan took care of us like the last time, that we find our place in the shade. Kumari from housekeeping was such a nice pleasant person. Richard from the Club Lounge found us out new favorite drink „make my day“ And it was ! We will be back next year - building a family tradition

I would especially like to thank Pandiyan, Mahfoodh, and Akon for their warm and professional service. They took great care of us during our stay and made everything feel personal and effortless. Their kindness, attention to detail, and positive energy truly made our experience even more special. Highly recommended – we will definitely return!

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Chedi. The entire resort is beautiful, and the staff was consistently warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality dishes. The only real disappointments were the restaurant The Beach and the beach area itself. As noted in my separate review, the food quality and presentation did not justify the high prices. In addition, the beach was not particularly attractive and felt under-maintained, which didn’t match the otherwise exceptional standards of the hotel. Aside from these points, our time at The Chedi was excellent. We would gladly return and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel overall.

The hotel was fantastic. Very nice rooms and great hotel grounds with a beautiful beach and pool. The service was very good. The service at the pool (Mr. Pandiyan) was particularly excellent, and the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired.
