This is a decent 4-star hotel and I would be happy to recommend it to others. Positives: Clean and modern. Good location in a secluded area. Near a lagoon and beach. Most of the staff are friendly, especially the lead member at the check in desk. There is evidence of daily maintenance of the hotel. Negatives: The room is missing bath robes, slippers and tea making facilities. For half board, no soft drinks are included, not even water. If the above could be addressed, I would rate it a 5. The hotel has ample car parking when I was there (March 2024). It is also genuinely separate to the sister Meliá hotel. I really liked the pool. By my estimates, it is a 25 metre rectangular pool, which means we can actually swim in it. The temperature was also perfect for swimming - not too hot or cold. The breakfast and dinner buffets are satisfactory for the size of the hotel. For dinner, they typically change the "main event" each day e.g. baked salmon, roast pork, suckling pig, roast chicken, beef ribs etc. There is also a decent selection of pastas, salad, cheeses, bread, dessert.

Hotel was great, room super foods very good. I would like come back again soon. Big thanks lady JULIETH. She did fantastic massage for me. Her soft and also strong hands was fantastic. . I feel very relaxing. Thanks again and be happy ❤️

It started pretty good, beautiful hotel by the sea, nice big room, the swimming pool area is great. Then nightmare. No room service after 9pm, charge 10€ if you want something up in your room, the buffet restaurant closes at 9:30pm, so don’t even think about eating late and to add, the quality of food is quite poor. the AC doesn’t work properly so you wake up too many times sweating like crazy and there was ants everywhere in the room. But the main issue we had was that they stole an important amount of money inside our room and didn’t even had cameras in the hallway to verify who took it. Of course they didn’t refunded us, neither offered us the meals and beverages and thought a candle of 5€ would make it ok. It can happen but the service towards the client wasn’t appropriate.

Rooms are beautiful; we had the garden ones with a sea view, which were really nice. However: - The walls are super thin, so you can literally hear everything from your neighbors and the floor. Unfortunately, we had neighbors who watched TV very loudly, preventing us from falling asleep or waking us up early in the morning. - The service in the restaurant is, unlike what we expect for that price category, really bad, except for one or two colleagues who always had a smile on and were happy to take your order or clear your table. Apart from that, in 4 nights, we never received wine recommendations nor were actively asked for drink orders even when our glasses were empty. Overall, the service, both at breakfast and in the evening, seemed very annoyed, which I find really unfortunate because the colleagues may not be aware of how much the service matters in such a hotel. Reading the other reviews, the stressed service is very often being mentioned so I’m wondering when and if the hotel will ever take actions on this. - Many describe the buffet as diverse, which we did not feel, but it must be said that we have rather high standards for food.

I came here for a solo trip as a treat to myself for my birthday. It didn’t disappoint! The location was amazing, I spent my mornings doing yoga or Pilates at the included classes, spent my days lounging by the pool and then my evenings hiking in the surrounding mountains. The food was great, and plenty of options for vegetarians. I felt welcomed by all the staff and had a lovely bottle of fizz and some truffles in my room upon my arrival for my birthday- lovely! The evening singers were so incredible and a real treat to sit with a drink after dinner and see out the night. My only issue was the rooms not being very sound proof, I was kept up by my neighbours every night which was really annoying, but not much I could do. I highly reccomend getting up early for sunrise walks on the beach and evening hikes to catch some seriously incredible sunset skies! I also recommend doing half-board or all inclusive here, the food was brilliant and I am usually very fussy. I would absolutely stay again, and thanks for a great trip!
