I loved this hotel, location, right on the beach and also next to desert, so we didn’t feel enclosed. We went half board very good selection of food and a lovely eating area. Absolutely loved her rooms. I asked for mine to be adjacent to my sons which they did. Nice big terrace overlooking both parties it and sea. Very spacious area around the pools with loads of sun loungers, so never had a problem. Finding one. There was also the option to walk down the stairs onto the private beach free parking is available all over the island and there are parking spaces all along in front of the hotel and also some more rough parking next to it very clean very spacious feel, and it was only for 18s and over.

We had a lovely time at this beautiful hotel. We were fortunate to be given an upgrade room which was massive. With a beautifully large garden patio with a sea view. The room was spotless. The staff very friendly and helpful. Especially our pink hair dancing queen in the main lounge and reception bar. She was full of life as she danced around serving drinks. The food was good. We are vegetarian however we could see there was a good choice for everyone.

Overall a good holiday ruined by reception staff who lied to us and treated with arrogance. After moving to our room we noticed that the entrance door was not closing properly and had a gap of over 1
Cm resulting in a strong draft and light coming in. We were promised that the room will be changed next day and when we came to reception the staff said they never promised it and that we need to pay 30 EUR for the swap. The reception manager also didn’t believe us and spoke to us sarcastically and in a disrespectful manner. It didn’t even matter that we had already paid for the more expensive Privilege package. Another issue with the first room was that there were small insects on the coffee maker table which we didn’t have in the second one that we paid to move to. We will definitely never return to this hotel again.

Beach is lovely but a quite a lot of steps to get on. It's not near shops.
So if you have difficulties walking not recommended. Love the drinking water machines so you don't have to lug it from the supermarket and its free. Kettle and cups in the room but no tea bags or coffee so make sure you pack some if you want early morning cuppa. Also no shower caps. A very relaxing holiday.😄 Also no children.

Just got back from a very relaxing 7 days stay. Emailed in advance asking for a high up sea view, had a very quick response & our room was spot on what we asked for. All of the staff are extremely pleasant, welcoming & friendly. The hotel had several nationalities but around 80% were German, which doesn't bother us, as they tend to be better behaved than a hotel full of Brits on p.... The food was lovely with plenty of choice with an obvious Germanic slant as you would expect but there was always plenty to try. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Beach is a short walk(not private, remember to take your key card to get back in the Hotel)where it seems clothing is optional. The beach is nice, the water is warm, loungers are plentiful but you have to pay. There is a nice little crazy/mini golf course, free on all inclusive. It's a quiet, peaceful hotel with an older clientele which suited us. For a very relaxing break it's ideal. Already talking about going back again.
