Fabulous hotel.good variety on the buffet. Restaurant had some outdoor seating with Fabulous views overlooking the cacti and the sea. and nice quality food.room was spacious. Everywhere was very clean. Pool lovely and plenty of sunbeds.people left towels to reserve sunbeds even though there was notices not to do this. The indoor pool was very quiet and warm. Lovely! Only drawback for me as a single traveller was no nearby bus stop. Overall, a Fabulous hotel for a complete getaway, relaxing holiday.

What a wonderful vacation at Playa Esmeralda. While vacationing in Mexico, we heard great things about H10's resorts on the Canary Islands - and were we not disappointed! Service in all aspects was exceptional. The staff are extremely punctual, friendly, and consistent! They go above and beyond for their H10 members (nightly turndown service, chocolates, etc.) And from beef cheek -- to beautiful beef tenderloin -- all our meals at the Privilege restaurant were superb. Further, I have never stayed at a cleaner hotel. The resort is also located near a very cute, beach town - and on the southern portion of the island - which provided clear, blue skies everyday! We hope to be returning one day.

Currently on holiday at this hotel and I’m sadly disappointed by the stay. Firstly location is amazing staying in a privilege room over looking the sea but unfortunately there has been a couple of things that has really let it down. On arrival was told our room was not ready and to return at 3pm, on our return was told room still not ready and was being put in another room which was fine. Put luggage in room and checked the mini bar all looked good put passport and wallet into safe then went for a walk. Came back to room to find mini bar had been emptied and safe open. Spoke with reception later that evening to inform them of this but response was very unhelpful telling me the room that I had been put in was not ready even though I had been moved from my original room because that was not ready either. The reception staff tried to justify what they had done and would not apologise for any inconvenience and was told to come back following day. As a non smoker found it very unhealthy to have to walk through the smoking point directly outside the lift . Mini bar very hit and miss as to whether it was restocked and with what drinks. Ants all over the side board Would be nice to have at least one English Channel on large flat screen tv even just for when getting ready Air con very hot and miss Overall hotel very disappointing and having upgraded to privilege not what I expected Further to my review I really appreciated the customer relations manager giving me the time to express theses concerns in person

I loved this hotel, location, right on the beach and also next to desert, so we didn’t feel enclosed. We went half board very good selection of food and a lovely eating area. Absolutely loved her rooms. I asked for mine to be adjacent to my sons which they did. Nice big terrace overlooking both parties it and sea. Very spacious area around the pools with loads of sun loungers, so never had a problem. Finding one. There was also the option to walk down the stairs onto the private beach free parking is available all over the island and there are parking spaces all along in front of the hotel and also some more rough parking next to it very clean very spacious feel, and it was only for 18s and over.

First visit to this wonderful hotel. What a great welcome received with a glass of cava to take onto the stunning veranda with awesome views of the wonderful pool area and the sea! All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. The room was on the 4th floor with fabulous views, very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The buffet restaurant served a wonderful assortment of food to suit all tastes and very well run by any the staff. Over all a wonderful relaxing holiday and will definitely be returning as soon as possible, thank H10 Esmeralda
