Lovely place to stay with family. We enjoyed every minute in those beautiful hotel! The food was good but I think it should be less to choose but a bit better quality. Swimming pools were amazing, especially in the evening on sunset.

Staff super unhelpful, ordered milk and coffee to the room didn’t come, called back to see where it was and response was we might be able to. Asked to speak with a manager we were told that apparently there isn’t one available and “we don’t know when he will be back”. Check in takes a long time, that’s if you get acknowledged straight away. Bar staff seem as though they don’t want to be there. Rooms very clean but amenities not topped up such as tea and coffee. We paid extra to be part of the black band club and for some reason on a random Thursday they decided to do an aerobics session in the “private” pool at 5 don’t really see why we paid extra to have this inconvenience. It also happened multiple times. Really ruined my plans for the day. The food is nice and edible compared to places in the area. However the staff at alua village round the corner are a lot nicer. It is a nice hotel but I dont feel you are welcomed as a guest and are thought about more as just someone paying for location. Other hotels in the area may not be as nice is location or food but treat you like a guest and this does matter. A man that was working in the main cafeteria wed 17th April, was very rude to me and my boyfriend as well as two other groups of 2 saying that we couldn’t sit on a table for 4 and had to move, even though we have sat at these tables previous nights and it has not been an issue. Seems as though he is creating issues for no reason , paid to come surely I can sit wherever I like as long as it’s not reserved, I wouldn’t mind but it was half past 8 and there is lots of surrounding space for larger groups.

Went with all-inclusive package in January. The hotel is not too busy off-season and it's great. We were at the "Esencia" part of the hotel, and it's much less crowded and much calmer. Really nice. The room was okay, we didn't spend much time there. We had problems with the water in the bathroom about half the time. The food again is pretty good for a buffet, but a lot of stuff was hit and miss. Desserts were particularly bad in general with the rare exception. There was a very distinct smell of vomit at multiple spots in the hotel. It's very weird and wouldn't go away. The view and location of the hotel are just amazing.

We had a great experience staying in this hotel. The food was excellent and it was variety of food. I reserved a room with ocean view and although at checkin I mentioned that I am here for celebrating my birthday, so please give me one of your best available ocean views, but the room was the most far away room from the ocean!! 🙃 Also we were all inclusive but at bar we could just have some drinks from national brands not all. I also love mini disco at nights for the kids, it was absolutely amazing! Anyways, we had a nice experience there!

The hotel grounds are nice, the food is average and the rooms are good. But the hotel is ran poorly your giving a map and sent on your way to find your room with your bags, you won't find it, we seen one family ending up near the beach with all there cases. Endless queues at the bar as they under staffed, every night you'll stand in a queue 10 or more deep to get a drink. We where kicked out the room at 11am but had a flight at 7pm we only found this out at 10 am after a inquiry at the reception then had a stressful argument at reception who looked like they couldn't care less, so we had 1 hr to get out of the room and leave the hotel.
