Such a stunning hotel! The reception, dining area, pool area were all amazing and beautiful. The rooms were lovely and very large and spacious but some of them need a bit of maintenance, there were a couple drawers which were broken and needed to be fixed but other that, one of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The hotel staff were mostly friendly and really nice, some of the staff were a bit rude and didn't look like they wanted to help. The food staff were all amazing and very nice people and always did their best to help. On the food, it was nice at times, unfortunately some of the food was plain, not seasoned and not cooked properly. The BIGGEST issue was food not being labelled properly which was mentioned in other reviews before. Most of the food is labelled wrong so you have to guess what was in it or had to constantly ask staff. There were many times things had pork in it which my partner and I can not have but we had to guess if it was pork or not. Food labelling really must improve!! The other BIG issues was cross contamination; the same utensils used to cook pork was also used to cook veg which is a big no no especially for vegans, vegetarians or non pork eaters. I had to ask in the morning for our omelettes to be cooked somewhere else as they used the same utensils and cooking area to cook omelettes with pork in it. The team were really happy to accommodate for this but something to think about for sure. The pools and other facilities were really nice, the pools do close early because dinner starts very early which is something to think about. Overall the hotel itself was really nice and beautiful but the food issues need to be addressed urgently for health and safety reasons, religious reasons or dietary reasons.

This is a fantastic hotel for both grown ups and kids. The facilities are great and the rooms are really nice. This is the best hotel we have stayed at so far in Fuerteventura and we have been at many different hotels on the island. Food is also really good. The only remark is that the food could have been marked better - this especially important for people with allergies.
We will definitely be back in the future!

This is by far one of my favourite place for holiday. I am just returning after a week at this complex. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The food was amazing and what a location. It is very clean, well maintained. I can only highly recommend this hotel for your holiday. The beach nearby is stunning. What a holiday :)

we had a wonderful 9 days at this hotel. We were very pleased with the service and cleanliness. A large beautiful area, BUT there was one minus. During the whole time we didn’t see a single English-speaking tourist, which made our daughter very upset. 90% of guests were Spanish , the remaining 10% were Germans.
Entertainment program/Kids club is all in Spanish. We probably arrived at such a time, but otherwise the holiday was great

We spent 7 nights in the resort with two small boys (age 6 & 2) and loved it.
We were "Esencia"guests which ment we had access to a smaller restaurant and parts of the resort that other guests didn't. We took advantage of that especially that the "Esencia restaurant" Mirador as it was on our doorstep and made everything so much easier when the kids were tired or we were behind schedule.
There was a lot of entertainment(shows),kids clubs, mini disco, aqua fitness classes (our 2 yr old absolutely loved it too even though they were intended for adults mostly 😅)a number of pools, gym and access to a beautiful beach. We only left the resort once for a day trip to the Oasis wildlife park. Also, there is a convenient shop( nappy, beach toys, water, snacks) in the resort as well as a pharmacy and gift shop too.
I highly recommend it to any families with small children but there is an only adult section of the resort too so if you don't have children you can hide away from the business of the resort.
Having said that we were told during our stay that the rooms were all booked out but you didn't feel it was too busy and never really had to queue in the restaurants either which was great.
The only things we were a bit taken back by was the fact that most staff members didn't even have basic English which sometimes made things awkward & difficult (ordering, getting charged for drinks etc)
Also,we paid extra 45 euro for late check out that seemed a complete waste as the housekeeper lady packed out stuff into a bin bag(most was packed up in our suitcases already anyway), took the unopened bottle of water that we had for the road and threw all the rock and stones out that the kids collected and wanted to bring home.
Again I couldn't really explain any of this to anyone due to the lack of English.
Overall a good experience and great value for money -made great memories.
