Such a lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean and warm and bright. Staff were magnificent - so kind and patient. I found my mattress too hard and they arranged to put a very effective topper on it immediately. Food was always great with great variety. Fish in particular was absolutely delicious here. Also water and sparkling water are provided throughout the hotel completely free if charge - I was very impressed with this lovely gesture. Night time entertainment was good- there's a young and enthusiastic animation team. Full marks to them 🥇

Very good hotel in Fuerteventura, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Great location with direct beach access, very comfortable rooms and excellent cleanliness throughout the stay. The pools and outdoor areas are a real highlight and very well maintained. The service was good overall, especially at reception. We would like to give a special mention to Alondra, who was extremely helpful and supportive with some personal requests, going clearly beyond what would normally be expected — this truly made a difference to our experience. In general, all staff were polite, attentive and professional. At times, however, it felt that the hotel was operating with too few staff for the workload, particularly in bars and restaurants. This appears to be more a management and staffing issue rather than a reflection of the employees’ effort. The animation team also deserves praise for their friendly attitude and the good job they do with daytime activities and evening entertainment. The food was good and reasonably varied for an all-inclusive resort, sometimes a bit cold near to the end of the time for the lunch, but unfortunately the drinks and cocktails were a major disappointment. Most cocktails are machine-made, which results in an artificial taste and low quality, well below what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We really missed having cocktails prepared fresh.

There is alot to say, but this is the first hotel where I stay and you have to pay 20 euro to use the locker in the room. Also, regardless of half board or all inclusive, you cannot get your beach towels changed! You receive one ticket for one free change, then each time you need to change your towel, they are asking for 2 euros. The only way you can have your towels changed is to pay extra for what they call “privilege”, which is really such a joke for a resort. The hotel food is average, the options are limited too. They do have an indoor pool, but guess what? You cannot use it, unless you pay 20 euros for 2 hours ? So if the weather is bad, you find yourself something else to do. Anyways the indoor pool is small, there is one small jacuzzi and the overall look is not tempting at all. Therefore, if you expect a resort with resort facilities, forget it. The 4 star is in my opinion an honest 3*. The staff was nice, which is one of the few positives about our stay. The beach is nearby, but it’s been super windy during our stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the sea. No one to fault for this, but do consider the chances for strong winds in here! Will I ever return ? Clearly not! I’ve had many other better stays in other places for the same money. The biggest MINUS is not being able to use an indoor pool for free. I do understand spa treatments are extras and this is normal, yet indoor pool should NOT be considered as such. I have acces to an indoor pool and a jacuzzi & sauna even at my local gym.

This was our first time visiting Fuerteventura, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The hotel is right in front of the beach, which made the location perfect for us. The food was very good, the facilities were well maintained, and everything was spotless. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly return in the future

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The hotel is quite old, but it has clearly been renovated and is generally well maintained. The staff were always friendly and attentive, and the food in the main restaurant was good, although the variety could be improved. Unfortunately, there was one issue that completely overshadowed the experience: the huge number of cockroaches throughout the hotel. We saw them in several areas, including the gym, the corridors near the rooms, and other common spaces. The most shocking experience happened at the Route 66 restaurant, which was a real disappointment. Not only was the food inferior to that served in the main restaurant, but during our dinner we found four cockroaches around our table. When we informed a waitress, her response was that it was "normal" and that they probably came from the refrigerator next to our table. Honestly, having dinner under those conditions was absolutely disgusting. When we reported the issue at reception, we were told that the hotel is surrounded by sewers and that this is something "normal". While I understand that insects can occasionally appear in tropical destinations, the number of cockroaches we encountered and the staff's apparent acceptance of the situation are simply not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. Another disappointing aspect was the evening entertainment. The shows were very poor and lacked quality, finishing quite early in the evening. After the shows ended, there was virtually nothing else to do at the hotel, making the nights rather dull for guests looking for some entertainment after dinner. It is a real shame because the hotel has many positive aspects and could offer a very good experience. However, the hygiene and pest control issues, together with the weak entertainment program, need to be addressed urgently.
