We stayed at the hotel with a half-board option. Overall, mixed impressions — there are both pros and cons. Food was definitely one of the highlights. Very tasty, varied, always fresh, and well-prepared. Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable every day. However, one disappointing aspect was that during dinner, all drinks except water were charged extra — even a simple juice or tea came at an additional cost. I chose half-board not to save money, but because we spent the entire day driving around the island and didn’t need lunch. But where’s the logic? If I skip lunch, does that mean I shouldn’t be allowed to have a drink at dinner? Unfortunately, I didn’t check this rule beforehand — now I’d think twice before agreeing to such conditions or just pay extra for all-inclusive. The room was basic but fine. Cleaning was good, but for some reason, the floors were never mopped — they were always sandy. Also, a very strange thing: there were no proper duvet covers. Instead, the blanket was placed between two flat sheets like a sandwich — which felt odd and uncomfortable. The hotel overall feels a bit tired and definitely needs renovation in many areas. That said, it’s not critical — we only used the hotel for sleeping and meals, didn’t attend any shows or events. Smell — one major downside was the strong sewage smell that often lingered near the main entrance and even on the balcony. Location — great. There are shops, bars, and a nice beach nearby. Keep in mind: like most of the island, the beach is clothing-optional and there are a lot of nudists — just so you’re aware. There’s no hotel parking, but we always found a spot nearby without any problem. In summary, it’s an average hotel with some downsides, but also its advantages. For the price — it’s okay. Nothing to rave about, but not a disaster either. A decent choice if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the island and just need a place to sleep and eat.

Amazing hotel and holiday. Great location next to a very nice beach. Food has been good every night on the buffet and H10 always good drinks on the all-inclusive. Our 3 year old daughter loved the splash park and we were amazed as to why it was so quite there as she found it great fun. However, the pool with the slides in was too cold for us to venture in, wish it was heated like the other pool! Shout out to Willy, the bartender, whose service was excellent. We will definitely book H10 hotel for our next holiday!

Stayed for a week in April Took the "room with ocean view" option : really worth it, having the sunset on the balcony. Clean rooms, nice service, pools a bit cold for the season but all nice. The only complain would be that "all inclusive" cocktails are mostly cheap premade. Beyond that, a very pleasant stay

The location is amazing. very calm area. Even that, I have to say that the all inclusive is not a real all inclusive. You don’t have food all day. Cafe for example (real coffee) opens from 11 to 16. The rest of the day they tell you to go to the pool bar, but they only serve real food from 13:00. Cocktails and some drinks are done by a machine, no option to personalize. On the good side, they have gluten free beer. But I would say if you are looking for a real all inclusive, this is not the place to go. Food at lunch and dinner is always served in a buffet, which lacks variety.

We had a lovely holiday in January. The hotel looks beautiful and the rooms were nice. The all inclusive drinks were good, included good brands. The staff are fantastic. The bar staff are funny and remembered my orders. The animation team are another reason we will return as they made us feel especially welcome and got us involved in the foam party and lots of activities. Special shout out to Ivan, Joanna and Lisa who regularly came to put smiles on our faces. Our only improvement would be that the food could be served hot as some of the dishes chips and rice are not. We will return!
