First time to Fuerteventura and to Ocean Dunas. Hotel we will highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were all lovely and so helpful. Our room was perfect large balcony with 2 sunloungers sun there every afternoon and very private and quiet. Location could not be any better. Shops, bars, restaurant and beaches all within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend this holiday.

We enjoyed our stay in H10 Ocean Dunas hotel in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, hotel is adults only and is very calm. Location is in the centre of the town, with main street in front and a city beach in the back, while still being very quiet. We enjoyed good food, loads of sun at the hotel pool and amazing friendly staff in the restaurant and front desk. At the reception we were welcomed with a glass of champagne which was nice after a long travel. Great holidays!

Right I will start with the good and there is plenty, we did have an issue but we have to share blame for that so read on or skip to the end if you can't contain the excitement. Check in was great, Sarah looked after us and was super friendly and efficient. The room 245 was amazing, great views, huge space, large terrace, sea view, did I say huge. All the staff were very friendly and polite, from room staff to bar, couldn't fault any of them, well done all. Hotel is well kept and the no music by the pool makes for a very relaxed atmosphere, idiots who decide to play videos and have phone calls on loud speaker aside, unfortunately you get idiots with no thought for others everywhere, no one wants to hear your conversation or listen to the next funny video. Drinks and cocktails were great, has a nice bar area with seating for lunch attached. Food, the lunch time food was the best, it came out hot and well prepared. Breakfast was next best, lots of choice, not sure how anyone could pick fault with the range of food on offer, unfortunately the hot food was warm at best, the heat lamps don't cover an individual item, they kind of cover the edges of 4, so nothing stays hot, it's a shame and it pops up in reviews. Dinner was the last and the food was nice, it did however come out pretty much cold which was a real shame as it spoiled what would have been a nice meal, we didn't return again for dinner that was enough to put us off. The biggest disappointment for us was the noise on a night time, now this is probably only relevant to our room which is out on its own and possibly the room in front of it across the roof. Ours was pretty much on top of the Irish bar, the music goes on till 2am ish, when that stops, the tiki bar further down plays music till 5am, you might as well get up and join them, the room is full glass on the street side and front giving great views but it's not the best insulator of sound. You also have the drunks and the shouting and singing as folk leave, you get a few hours silence then the street cleaner and the bottle collection begin. This is very specific to this room, I'm sure the other rooms facing into the pool have no such problems, we just kept thinking the next night would be quieter, but it never was. Please note we did not complain or make management aware of the sound issues until we were leaving, I have no doubt they would have moved us, we just got half way into our week and by then couldn't be bothered packing the stuff up to relocate. So that's it, great place, just need to get the hot food hot and make people aware 245 will come with street noise and lots of it.

I've been a guest at H10 Ocean Dunas 2 times now. It's so good I'm arriving back on 13th March 24 for 7 days, AND 25th September 24 for 7 days. A lovely quiet hotel. Superb suites, friendly staff, and a lovely pool area. I usually go bed & breakfast. The food at breakfast is fantastic. Fresh, and tasty. I'd highly recommend this hotel. I intend to be a regulator visitor twice every year👍

Visited for the second year and even better than the last time . Great staff, lovely food and so quiet even though the beach and town are just outside. Pool area is nice and recommend the superior pool rooms with sun loungers on balcony
